Abstract

This research reviews about how Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani couple optimize their political capital in the winning of Klaten General Election in 2015. The triumph of Sri Hartini– Sri Mulyani has a huge political capital influence. There are some important fundamental considerations, such as: First, Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani is a figure who is known in Klaten folk because both of them are the wife of the former Regent of Klaten. Second, Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani is carried by the winning party of general election that is PDIP and supported by some qualify parties for general election as Nasdem, PPP, Hanura and PKS. Third, Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani has a high financial which is strength enough. The theory which is used in this research is theory of the political Capital of Pierre Bordieu. This research uses descriptive research methods with qualitative approaching. As for the result of this research is Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani is a couple with the highest capital accumulation than other spouses. From the four political capitals that consist of economic capital, social capital, cultural capital and symbolic capital Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani couple has a very strong social capital than other candidate, especially in terms of the network that supports both, network of non formal and formal. PDIP as the party which brings SriHartini – Sri Mulyani is the party with the highest base mass in Klaten. in other hand, the popularity of Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani as the wife of a former Regent of Klaten and as political figure of women who be able to take the sympathy of the citizens to choose Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani as head of their region. The solidarity of political parties and civic organizations that support the role of klaten local elites are able to muster the mass votes to win the couple Sri Hartini – Sri Mulyani in Klaten Election 2015. Key words : political capital, ekonomic capital, social capital, cultural capital, simbolic capital.

Abstract

Dalam konteks penyelenggaraaan pemerintahan daerah yang terpenting adalah bagaimana pemerintah desa mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan mampu meningkatkan daya saing desanya. Hal tersebut hanya mungkin terwujud apabila urusan yang menjadi kewenangan desa dapat terlaksana dengan baik didukung oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia dari aparatur desanya. Dengan demikian, Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan FISIP Unjani menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dari aparatur pemerintahan desa di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan melakukan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis serta membuat standarisasi kompetensi dan sertifikasi profesi, pengembangan kerjasama pelatihan, pengembangan pembelajaran masyarakat melalui platform digital akademi desa 4.0 berbasis inovasi desa. Hasil kegiatan dapat dikatakan efektif karena mampu membantu meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia bagi para Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Perangkat Desa lainnya dan pendamping Desa dalam rangka tata kelola manajemen Pemerintah Desa dan tata Kelola Aset Desa dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Community service carried out aims to provide an in-depth understanding between theory and practice regarding the smart village concept. This theme was chosen because villages in West Bandung Regency have the opportunity to realize village governance with the concept of smart village government. However, until now not all villages in West Bandung Regency have realized village governance with the concept of smart village government. This is because most of the village heads in West Bandung Regency are not aware of the strategic position and advantages of the infrastructure they have and the village head's weak understanding of strategies for realizing good governance. The method of implementing community service is done by providing material, lectures, focus group discussions, and evaluations. To make the smart village run optimally, the capacity of the village government is needed. Human resources play an important role in the realization of a smart village, of course, supported by facilities and infrastructure in the village. From the results of this community service, the village government in West Bandung Regency wants to make their village smart. For this reason, village government officials hope that education and training related to smart villages are often held.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a single candidate pair in the 2018 Pilkada is not the first to have occurred since the Pilkada were held directly. This becomes an interesting political dynamic, indicating that democracy does not work according to its spirit. Political parties have strong control over the emergence of a single candidate, political parties should be able to carry out political regeneration and political education to the public for the sake of democracy. The implementation of the 2018 Tangerang Regency regional elections was in the public spotlight with the presence of Ahmed Zaki Iskandar and Mad Romli as the sole candidate pair. Even though the political capital owned by this single pair is quite strong and victory can be ensured without holding elections, procedurally the implementation of regional election political campaigns must still be carried out to convince constituents of this single candidate. In carrying out political campaigns, it is very important to carry out political marketing so that the campaign strategies and materials delivered are right on target. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explore and analyze existing political phenomena. The results of this study show that political marketing carried out by this single candidate pair runs optimally by running four indicators of political marketing, namely; Product, Place, Price and Promotion. Of the four indicators, the political marketing of this single candidate is strongest in the product indicator where this single candidate who is also an incumbent has more access than the other prospective regents/deputy regents. The character built by Ahmed Zaki Iskandar succeeded in convincing constituents to re-elect him.

Abstract

Community service carried out aims to improve the knowledge, abilities, and skills of village officials in e-government in administering government at the village level. Human Resource is an important factor in an organization. With various forms and objectives, the organization is made based on various visions for the benefit of the organization and in carrying out its mission it is managed and managed by employees. Implementation of village-level e-government as a form of village digitization so that villages become smart villages. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage in the form of socializing activities with village officials, the implementation stage is carried out by delivering material, focus group discussions (FGD) and training or tutors, and the last stage is an evaluation by asking participants about knowledge related to e-commerce. government. The results show that participants understand e-government but still need further guidance. Keywords: E-government, Human Resources, Village Government

Abstract

Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan pariwisata pemerintah mengembangkan sektor pariwisata melalui kolaborasi pentahelix. Curug Malela merupakan salah satu pariwisata yang berada di Kecamatan Rongga, Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan karena keunikan curugnya. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bandung Barat berupaya untuk mengembangkan pariwisata dengan melakukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak seperti Disbudparpora (Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga), kecamatan, akademisi, media, pelaku usaha dan komunitas. Akan tetapi, tidak diketahui sejauhmana keterlibatan dari pihak-pihak terkait dalam pengembangan pariwisata ini, dengan demikian, yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model Penta Helix dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata di Kecamatan Rongga Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlibatan dari masing-masing aktor agar tetap terjaga sinergitas serta untuk mengoptimalkan kolaborasi pentahelix. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kecamatan Rongga, Kabupaten Bandung Barat belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini karena kolaborasi antar actor belum berjalan mengingat masih ada kecenderungan aktor -aktor yang berjalan sendiri-sendiri, selain itu masih adanya ketidakpercayaan antar aktor.

Abstract

Tata Kelola manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pengelolaan penyelenggaran pemerintahan harus di manage dengan baik, karena Sumber daya manusia aparatur pemerintah akan memiliki dampak terhadap berbagai arah, termasuk dalam tata Kelola Keuangan Desa, tata Kelola Keuangan Bumdes. Tata Kelola Keuangan Desa dan tata Kelola Keuangan Bumdes perlu dilakukan secara baik dan benar serta bersifat transparan guna menghindari ada penyimpangan dan penyalahgunaan dari penggunaan keuangan tersebut. Tata Kelola keuangan desa, tata Kelola keuangan Bumdes ini dapat meningkatkan potensi keuangan desa dan akhirnya dapat meningkatkan tingkat ekonomi Masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan taraf kehidupan kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Tata Kelola keuangan desa, dan tata Kelola keuangan Badan Usaha milik desa dengan cara mengoptimalkan dari potensi desa maka akan menopang kehidupan perekonomian Masyarakat desa dan akan mendukung terhadap Program Pemerintah bahwa Pembangunan desa merupakan garda terdepan bagi Pembangunan Nasional. Beberapa penerapan teknologi informasi sebagai bentuk wujud digitalisasi desa sudah tersdia untuk membantu Pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa, diharapkan dengan adanya teknologi informasi tersebut sebagai bentuk penerapan e- Government dalam pemerintahan desa yang tjuannya mewujudkan Smart Village dan menuju desa mandiri.

Abstract

Stunting in children under five is a critical health problem that affects physical and cognitive development as well as potential future productivity. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting is still high, especially in Central Java. This research explores the Central Java Health Service's strategy in overcoming stunting through a qualitative approach using library research. This research shows the results that the Central Java Health Service has formulated policies in accordance with the RPJMN and the direction of the Ministry of Health, focusing on improving health status at all stages of life. Flagship programs such as "Centing Apik" in Kebumen and "Centing Emas" in Magelang aim to improve the possibilities and quality of health and nutritional infrastructure for mothers and children. Even though the reduction in stunting rates is not yet significant, the Health Service's commitment to accelerating the reduction in stunting prevalence is carried out through program optimization, cross-sector collaboration, and public education about nutrition and healthy lifestyles. This strategy includes five stages: goals, environment, direction, action, and measurement. This research concludes that sustainable and integrated efforts are needed to significantly reduce the prevalence of stunting in Central Java.
