Abstract

Manajemen pengelolaan toko baik untuk pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran sangat penting untuk perkembangan toko tersebut untuk dasar evaluasi sistem bisnis yang sudah berjalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin baik maka perlu adanya sentuhan teknologi komputerisasi dalam manajemen toko untuk mencatat transaksi pengeluaran dan pemasukan sehingga akan lebih cepat dan efektif dalam pencatatan segala transaksinya. Sistem Informasi Pemasukan Dan Pengeluaran Barang Pada Toko Nibras Gisting Berbasis Web MobilMerupakan fasilitas inovasi untuk memanajemen transaksi pengeluaran dan pemasukan tokoh yang nantinya akan lebih efektif dan efisien menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP membangun database menggunakan MySQL dan server localhost menggunakan exam yang nantinya akan di hosting atau diupload sehingga informasi ini akan menjadi web mobil yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun hanya menggunakan Smartphone

Abstract

The Qur'an is the revelation of Allah. which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. which is believed to be a guide for us humans. The belief berkonitasi logical to put this book at a central position that is second to none in alignment to find clues Divine. Therefore an assessment of the scriptures remains attractive and actual anywhere and anytime. The assessment will be more interesting and very important, especially in a period in which Muslims with the full dynamics of life. At the boarding school Raudlatul Mojolegi Hasaniyah Probolinggo also contribute in order to strengthen the teaching of the Qur'an tafsir and Hifdzil. This kind of success can not be separated from teaching system of interpretation and methods that were applied dipondok schools specializing himself to teaching Tafsir and Tahfidz. From the data gathered in this study there are four learning methods of interpretation applied by clerics at boarding Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Ivory Probolinggo, namely: (1) In the system of learning in the classroom; (A) lectures, (b) and answer method, (c) the method of discussion, and (d) the assignment method. (2) In a system of learning outside the classroom / cottage; (A) method shove, (b) the method bandongan, (b) the method of discussion / deliberation, and (d) the assignment method. The steps taken by clerics in the application of learning methods Tafsir, (1) In the system of learning in the classroom; (A) reading, (b) explain, (c) commissioned, and (d) evaluating. (2) In a system of learning outside the classroom / cottage; (A) pray / appetizer, (b) reading, (c) explain, (d) assigning, and (e) berdo'a / cover. Some of the constraints faced by clerics in the application of learning methods Tafsir Al-Qur'an at boarding Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Ivory Probolinggo after analyzed lead to the educational background of religious scholars / teachers Tarsir Qur'an educated non-teacher, so that the application of the method interpretation of learning is imitation and basic consideration in the application of learning methods are not controlled. Although there are efforts in overcoming various constraints faced by clerics in the application of any type of learning method of interpretation among both the learning in the classroom and outside the classroom, but it is only theoretical in practice can not be done.

Abstract

Dalam pandangan agama Islam, kepemimpinan bukan merupakan suatu bentuk legitimasi jabatan semata yang diberikan oleh orang lain kepada orang yang dipercaya .Namun lebih dari itu,agama Islam memandang bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu bentuk fitrah yang Allah SWT berikan kepada manusia selaku hamba-Nya untuk mampu memimpin diri sendiri, orang lain, bahkan alam semesta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan propetik pada diri peserta didik yang di analisis melalui tipologi kepemimpinan propetik Nabi Muhammad SAW yang meliputi aspek shiddiq, amanah,tabligh,dan fathanah.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang berjenis instrumental case study yang di dekati dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara serta observasi.Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang telah di lakukan, pelaksanaan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan propetik pada peserta didik MA Nahdlatul Ulama secara keseluruhan sudah mengarah kepada tipologi kepemimpinan propetik Nabi Muhammad SAW.Nilai kepemimpinan propetik yang tampak pada diri peserta didik selama masa pembelajaran new normal dapat di lihat melalui nilai jujur, nilai responsible, dan nilai integritas menjadi kunci aspek shiddiq.Nilai tanggung jawab, nilai disiplin,serta nilai visioner, untuk aspek amanah.Nilai relationship,nilai keberanian,serta nilai terbuka (openminded) menjadi kunci aspek tabligh.Adapun nilai kecerdasan emosi,nilai kecerdasan intelektual,serta nilai kecerdasan spiritual menjadi kunci aspek fathanah yang ada pada diri peserta didik selama melaksanakan pembelajaran akidah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether the implementation of the BUPIN (Interactive Learning Book) application can improve student learning outcomes. In this case, the researcher chose a comparative quantitative approach. The population selected by the researcher consists of all 62 students of MA Plus Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar in the academic year 2022/2023. The simple random sampling technique was used to determine the sample members, and the researcher selected 21 students from class X. The data collected by the researcher consisted of mid-term and final exam scores. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, and the SPSS version 16.0 application was used to assist in data analysis. From the results of the analysis, the researcher obtained a significant value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the BUPIN (Interactive Learning Book) application can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what challenges are experienced by educational management in the digital era in managing educational institutions. In addition to revealing the challenges, the author also tries to open up what opportunities exist in the digital era and its efficiency for the progress and arrangement of educational institutions. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method with an emphasis on literature review to find out or understand in depth the challenges of educational management in the digital era, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise. Management of education management information systems is a way for leaders and decision makers in the education sector to improve education management in the future.

Abstract

Problems in the world of education often occur today. One of them is violence committed by teachers as a reasonable punishment. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the characteristics of professional teacher competence according to Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya ‘Ulumuddin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of library research based on the translation of the book Ihya’ Ulumiddin and various types of references such as books, journals, and articles that are relevant to the research being conducted. The results of this study show the characteristics of professional teacher competence according to Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya ‘Ulumiddin including: First, giving affection to his students. Second, emulating the Prophet. Third, not leaving advice to his students. Fourth, teaching in a gentle way. Fifth, not demeaning other knowledge. Sixth, conveying understanding according to the level of understanding of his students. Seventh, conveying material clearly. Eighth, practicing his knowledge. In addition, there are several factors that influence the professional competence of teachers, including academic qualifications, teaching experience, training and motivation.

Abstract

The weakening of children's education that occurs in Indonesia as well as the problems experienced by national education and Islamic educators as well as the increase in delinquency committed by children. identifying the need to improve children's education, education that is not only focused on intellectual intelligence but education that reaches the areas of morals and personality according to religious teachings. This research aims to explain the methods and material presented by Abdullah Nasih Ulwan. This type of library research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is document and content analysis as an analysis technique. There are several findings from this research, namely Abdullah Nasih Ulwan believes that children's education in Islam pays more attention to children's morals and aqidah. Abstract

Abstract The family is the first and foremost center of education. It is in this family that children first receive education and guidance. Family education is a very important education, especially Islamic education, which absolutely must be done by both parents from an early age to adulthood. In addition, the family also functions as the foundation for the formation of the child's personality. In this case, the role of parents as first and foremost educators is needed. The focus of this study is to find out in detail about the relationship between husband and wife and between sons and daughters in the family with the following problem formulation: (1) What are the views of the people of Ranuwurung Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency regarding the obligation to educate children for both parent?; (2) What is the view of the people of Ranuwurung Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency regarding the example that must be given by both parents?; (3) What is the view of the people of Ranuwurung Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency regarding the justice of parents in providing education to all children? From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the views of the Ranuwurung village community regarding the obligation to educate children for parents are something that must be carried out. Abstract

Penelitian  Bullying adalah masalah besar yang memengaruhi anak-anak di seluruh dunia. Pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat telah berusaha untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Studi ini memberikan gambaran awal tentang pelecehan dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan prestasi akademik anak-anak. Penelitian ini juga menekankan betapa pentingnya program anti-bullying untuk melindungi kesejahteraan anak-anak dan mendorong  penelitian  lebih  lanjut.  Fokus  penelitian  ini  adalah  kegiatan  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di SDN 1 Sidoharjo, Lampung. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberi siswa pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari perilaku bullying dan meningkatkan tingkat empati siswa sekolah dasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih  memahami  anti-bullying,  memahami  dampak negatif dari  perilaku  bullying,  dan mengetahui manfaatnya untuk kesehatan dan akademik mereka. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Sidoharjo, Lampung. Sekolah ini memiliki akreditasi B dan memiliki satu perpustakaan, tujuh ruang kelas, dan satu ruang UKS. Secara keseluruhan, program PKM ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi anak-anak agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara mental dan akademik, dengan fokus pada pencegahan bullying dan peningkatan tingkat empati. Program ini merupakan langkah positif dalam mengatasi masalah bullying dan melindungi kesejahteraan anak-anak.
