Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning activities using props Build Space models for the elementary school, describing the process of design of interactive multimedia on the subjects of Mathematics, knowing the results of the validation of interactive multimedia. The problem in this research is the students' grades in Maths low, conventional learning, and interactive multimedia that support the mathematics is not yet available. Development steps include: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Subject trials, the master of the course content, instructional design experts, media expert learning, small group evaluation, individual evaluation, and field evaluation. Data collection techniques are questionnaires to data from expert reviews and test students. Data were analyzed by using a Research and Development (R & D). The results showed the process of interactive multimedia design. The results of research that application of the model geometry aids in Mathematics Learning can increase physical activity can improve mental activity, can improve students' emotional and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The bacterial populations in the farming of spiny lobster could have either beneficial or harmful effects depending on the prevailing conditions. We designed this study to identify and to perform a pathogenicity test of some bacteria isolated from wild and farmed spiny lobsters Panulirus homarus. The adult farmed lobsters were obtained from Pangandaran and Lombok coastal areas, while the wild lobsters were collected from Lombok, with five lobsters for each location. The bacteria were isolated from the midgut, gill, hepatopancreas, and muscle tissues of the lobsters. The identification of the bacteria was carried out by molecular methods. Pathogenicity test was performed by intramuscular injection of 0.1 ml bacterial suspensions at the density of 7×106cfu/ml into each three adult apparently healthy lobsters for every eight bacterial isolates. Our study identified six bacterial isolates that exhibited high homology of a nucleotide sequence with Shewanella algae, Bacillus firmus, Vibrio alginolyticus, Tenacibaculum lutimaris, Pseudomonas sp. and Vibrio sp., while two isolates were reminded unidentified due to low nucleotide similarities (< 97%). The pathogenicity test showed that there was no mortality of lobsters injected with those bacterial isolates. This may because the dose of injection was too low to induce bacterial infection particularly for Vibrio, or the bacteria were not pathogenic for lobster or even have the potency as probiotic bacteria.

Abstract

To ensure the safety of food products to the consumer, required the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Liquid sugar is a food product which can be eaten directly or used as additives in the processing of other products. Stages in the HACCP plan includes identification of hazard analysis critical control point (CCP), the determination of the limit of danger, CCP monitoring, corrective action against danger verification, and documentation. Results of hazard identification no physical harm in the form of pebbles, hair; pesticide chemical hazards, biological hazards ants and black shank. CCP 1 was washing materials, CCP 2 was incubation, CCP 3 was Packaging. Critical limits for all hazards should be zero. Corrective measures must be of good quality raw materials. Wash in running water. Incubation at 400 C. Packaging using sterile packaging.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan penetrasi internet dapat memperlancar arus informasi dan mempermudah akses penyelenggaraan pemasaran pariwisata. Pemasaran pariwisata online memberikan kemudahan terhadap akses informasi dan pelayanan bagi konsumen industri pariwisata. Salah satu fasilitas yang dapat dikembangkan adalah e-tourism. E-tourism dapat memberikan informasi tujuan wisata dengan berbagai kebutuhan dan fasilitas pendukung bagi para pengguna khususnya wisatawan. Layanan diberikan melalui handphone sebagai bentuk kemudahan yang bisa didapatkan oleh para pengguna. Handphone sudah menjadi alat komunikasi yang dimiliki secara umum oleh tiap individu. Dibuatnya Sistem Aplikasi e-tourism di Kabupaten Pringsewu, akan mempermudah para pengunjung dalam melakukan proses pencarian informasi pariwisata di Wilayah Pringsewu. Memberikan layanan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat, serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga membantu dalam pengetahuan tempat wisata dan fasilitas yang tersedia di tempat wisata yang akan di kunjungi.

Abstract

Cream soup banyak disukai dan merupakan salah satu makanan sehat. Cream soup biasa dibuat dari kaldu yang dikentalkan dengan pati atau tepung. Soup yang dikentalkan dengan pure, disebut pure sup. Pure yang sering dipakai sebagai penyusun dan sekaligus pengental soup adalah kentang, wortel atau labu yang memiliki harga relatif mahal dibandingkan ubi jalar. Ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas L) mengandung karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral, serat, oligosakarida, dan fitokimia lainnya yang baik untuk kesehatan. Produksi ubi jalar sangat melimpah, namun pemanfaatannya belum maksimal. Ubi jalar daging ungu memiliki kandungan antosianin, berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, anti inflamasi, menurunkan gula darah dan mencegah kanker usus. Ubi jalar kuning mengandung karoten lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ubi jalar yang berwarna krem yang berfungsi sebagai pro-vitamin A. Harga ubi jalar Rp. 8000/ Kg, sedangkan kentang mempunyai harga Rp 18.000/Kg. Untuk bisnis makanan sehat faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan adalah kandungan gizi bahan, ketersediaan, dan harga. Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan produk makanan sehat berupa sweet potato cream soup. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan uji organoleptik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sweet potato cream soup diterima baik dan disukai panelis. Harga pokok pembuatan sweet potato cream soup jauh lebih murah dibandingkan potato cream soup. Gizi sweet potato cream soup relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan potato cream soup. Ketersediaan bahan pokok ubi jalar sangat melimpah. Jadi Sweet potato cream soup sangat prospektif dijadikan sebagai bisnis makanan sehat.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang bersifat individual. Setiap karyawan akan memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan sistem dan nilai-nilai yang berlaku bagi karyawan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui tidak ada pengaruh positifyang signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa, hal ini berdasarkan jawaban responden berkaitan dengan cahaya dari pantulan sinar matahari membuat responden tidak puas melakukan pekerjaan serta suara bising yang terdapat PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa dilingkungan kerja membuat responden tidak fokus dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa, hal ini dijelaskan juga berdasarkan jawaban responden berkaitan dengan karyawan memiliki insiatif yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, berani mengambil tindakan yang berisiko, berusaha mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bekerja untuk memajukan perusahaan, atasan selalu mengkomunikasikan kepada bawahan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan usaha pencapaian tugas, kesempatan mendapatkan kenaikkan jabatan diberikan secara adil kepada karyawan yang bekerja dengan baik dan bagus pada PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa.

Abstract

The compounds contained in pomegranate skin are phenolic acids, flavonoids, and tannins, including anthocyanidin, gallic acid, ellagic acid, ellagitannin, gallotanin, catechin, quercetin, which have antioxidant properties. The benefits of pomegranate peels are that they treat health problems and maintain beautiful skin. This research aimed to see the effect of adding pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.) ethanol extract on the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value of a combination of avobenzone and octyl methoxycinnamate sunscreen cream. This research was carried out using experimental methods. The formulation of sunscreen cream preparations uses pomegranate peel ethanol extract in various concentrations. The cream was evaluated to determine its Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value, organoleptic test, homogeneity, pH, emulsion type, and irritation test. The organoleptic test results showed that the cream produced in the blank had no odor and was white, while the cream with the addition of pomegranate peel ethanol extract had a distinctive smell and was brown. The emulsion type test shows the oil in the water type.  The addition of pomegranate peel ethanol extract to each formula increased the sun protection factor (SPF) value of sunscreen preparations. The average SPF value of each formula was FI 12.5956, FII 13.9673, FIII 16 .8205, FIV 17.9187, and FV 18.8437.

Abstract

Isu mengenai komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru merupakan topik yang saat ini penting dalam konteks pendidikan, terutama di sekolah menengah atas. Hal ini karena kinerja guru merupakan garda terdepan dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar sekaligus menjadi ujung tombak dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empris pengaruh komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian adalah guru menengah atas sebanyak 36 guru pada SMK Islam Adiluwih Kabupaten Pringsewu. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan diketahui komitmen guru dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga peningkatan keduanya tidak hanya akan meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, manajemen sekolah perlu mengimplementasikan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen dan disiplin kerja di kalangan guru.

Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries, especially Indonesia, home study programs have been implemented to avoid transmission of Covid-19. To comply with these regulations, learning is replaced with online/in-network so that students continue to get lessons that should be obtained at school, but students are still protected from transmission of Covid-19. In online learning at the Al-Qodir Integrated Middle School there are several problems that arise Because the Al-Qodir Integrated Junior High School still uses WhatsApp media, which is deemed inaccurate and efficient, the problem that usually arises is that the material that has been sent by the teacher council is deleted due to accidental or too much material that has been sent, causing confusion. Therefore, the author aims to create an Android-based e-learning application. The method used for system development is the waterfall method. While the method used for designing and developing applications is the UML method. The result achieved is a learning application that is easy to use, has a simple display, and is also lightweight for low and low smartphones. With this application, it is hoped that it can facilitate learning at home, besides that it can also help teachers in the process of delivering material and student assignments easily and efficiently

Abstract

Women's empowerment in entrepreneurship plays a vital role because it equips individuals to succeed, fostering innovation, economic growth, and societal impact. These community service international programs have been recognized as a potential means to promote women's empowerment for household migrants and entrepreneurship by providing them with opportunities to develop skills, access resources, and engage in entrepreneurial training. This community service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method, which strengths-focused, participatory framework that empowers community teams to carry out the activity from two higher education institutions, Indonesia-Malaysia University. There are Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN) Lampung Indonesia and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris Malaysia, which are some of the care activities driving the empowerment of women migrants in Kuala Lumpur. The result of international community service was that it successfully carried out positive responses from participants, which can be seen from the outcomes of training the participants from the household migrant Muslims in Kuala Lumpur. Entrepreneurship training participants indicated a majority increase in knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Therefore, women's empowerment in entrepreneurship training is not just about individual success—it transforms communities by fostering resilience, innovation, and economic progress.
