Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, process dan Produk pelaksanaan program pembinaan olahraga renang di Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet yang pernah mengikuti kejuaraan renang tingkat Nasional di klub renang Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga dan Spectrum Semarang, pelatih dan orangtua atlet yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan olahraga renang klub renang Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah baik, meliputi: (1) evaluasi konteks dukungan dari orang tua atlet kepada atlet sudah baik, (2) evaluasi input, secara umum sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan program pembinaan olahraga renang meliputi pelatih, atlet, dan pendukung lainnya seperti sarana dan prasarana dan kualifikasi pelatihan telah memenuhi ketercapaian ideal. Meskipun untuk tingkat pendidikan pelatih serta sarana dan prasarana masih ada yang belum memadai, (3) evaluasi proses, secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam pemilihan program setiap klub renang sebelumnya menganalisis program yang telah berjalan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi di lapangan, pelatih telah mengikuti petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan program serta terdapat jadwal rutin dan target latihan serta dilaksanakan latih tanding, try out dengan klub atau atlet dari klub lain dan juga berperan aktif mengikuti kejuaraan, (4) evaluasi Produk, secara garis besar prestasi klub renang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dicapai para atletnya terbilang sangat baik, dibuktikan dengan prestasi yang telah diraih melalui tingkat daerah, provinsi, nasional bahkan ASEAN.   THE EVALUATION OF POOL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AT TIRTA SERAYU CLUB, BUMI PALA, DEZENDER, AND SPECTRUM IN CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCEAbstract This study was aimed to evaluate the context, input, process and Produk for the implementation of swimming sports coaching program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province. The subjects were the athletes who attended the national championships level at the swimming pool club of Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga and Spectrum Semarang, the coaches and the athletes’ parents totaled of 15 persons. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that generally the evaluation of the implementation of swimming sports development program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province was good which consisted of (1) In the evaluation context it was good for the parents support for the athlete. (2) For the input evaluation, generally it met the ideal achievement for the human resources to achieve sports coaching program objectives included swimming coaches, athletes, and other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as training qualification, although the level of the coaches education and facilities were not adequate. (3) In the evaluation process, the implementation of swimming club training program in Central Java province generally had been going well. In the program election, each swimming club analyzing the running program based on the field and coaches who had followed the instructions and regular schedule, target practice and the practice match implementation, try out the clubs or athletes from other clubs and also actively follow the championship. (4) On the Produk evaluation, generally the performance of swimming clubs in the province of Central Java achieved by the athletes were fairly good, this was evidenced by some of the achievements that have been achieved through local, provincial, national and even ASEAN. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode circuit training dan metode interval training terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket (2) perbedaan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 20 anak didik yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan dengan menggunakan metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan interval training  terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket antara anak didik yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah, (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode  latihan (circuit training dan interval training) dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket.Kata Kunci: circuit training dan interval training, daya tahan otot tungkai, hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max The Effects of Endurance Training Methods and Limb Muscle on VO2Max Capacity Basketball Player AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) differences in the influence of methods of circuit training and interval method of training on the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball (2) the difference of increase in capacity VO2Max basketball resilient tall limb muscle and muscular endurance leg lower the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, and (3) the interaction between exercise and limb muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball. This research method used experiments with 2 x 2 factorial design study. The research sample of 20 children trained were taken with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using analysis of variants (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference between exercise training method circuit training and training methods interval training against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, (2) There are no significant differences in increase in capacity VO2Max basketball among students who have the endurance of leg muscle and durability of  low leg muscle, (3) there is no interaction between the method of training (circuit training and interval training) and leg muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball.

Abstract

Decrease in physical fitness occurs after the age of 30 years and factors that affect physical fitness include age, gender, BMI, waist circumference, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the physical fitness of middle-aged to elderly people between 45-74 years based on BMI and age. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods. The sample of this research is men who are active in badminton activities in Rejang Lebong Regency, which are classified as middle age to elderly people who are taken by purposive sampling. The data collection technique used the BMI test and fitness test. The results show that 1) The average BMI value in middle age to the elderly is 25.47 kg / m2, in the category of light fat. The average value of physical fitness in middle age to the elderly is 33.39, with a very poor category. 2) 26.3% of people have normal nutritional status, 50% of people have mild nutritional status and 23.7% of people have severe nutritional status. 3) 84.2% of people have very poor fitness category, 10.5% of people have poor physical fitness category and 5.3% of people have moderate physical fitness category. So it can be concluded that middle-aged to elderly people with high BMI have less physical fitness and the more middle-aged to elderly people have less physical fitness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill dan small sided games terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola siswa agility tinggi dan siswa agility rendah, serta interaksi metode latihan dan agility terhadap keterampilan sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen faktorial 2x2, dengan pretest dan posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri di Bantul dengan jumlah 485 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswa. Instrumen untuk mengukur agility siswa ekstrakurikuler adalah Illinois Agility Test, validitas 0,95 dan realibilitas 0,78. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterampilan sepakbola adalah Ball Technique the David Lee Soccer Potential Circuit Test dengan validitas 0,73 dan realibilitas 0,8. Analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur yang dilanjutkan dengan Post-Hoc Tests pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill dan small sided games terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, p=0,002 < 0,05, ada perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola siswa yang memiliki agility tinggi dan agility rendah, p=0,000 < 0,05, ada interaksi metode latihan dan agility terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, p = 0,000 < 0,05. Siswa yang memiliki agility tinggi lebih tepat dilatih dengan metode drill, sedangkan siswa agility rendah lebih tepat dilatih dengan metode small sided games. The effect of training method and agility on football skills AbstractThis research aims to reveal the differences between the effects of drill training method and small sided-game on football skills, the different of football skills in high agility and low agility students, and the interaction of exercise and agility and football skills. This research is an experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design, with the pretest and posttest. The population was extracurricular football students of state high schools in Bantul with a total of 485 students. Sampling technique using the purposive sampling of 60 students. The instrument to measure the level of students' agility used the Illinois Agility Test, with the validity of 0.95 and the reliability of 0.78. The instruments to measure football skills used Ball Technique the David Lee Soccer Potential Circuit Test with the validity of 0.73 and the reliability of 0.8. The data were analyzed using the ANAVA followed by Post-Hoc Tests at the significance level α = 0.05. The research result shows that there are differences in the effects of drill and small-sided games training method on football skills, p = 0.002 <0.05, there are differences in the effects of football skills on students with high agility and those with low agility, p = 0.000 < 0.05, and there is an interaction of training methods and agility and football skills, p = 0.000 > 0.05. The students with high agility are more appropriately trained using the drill method, while those with lower agility are more appropriately trained using the small-sided game's method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kontribusi faktor fisik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, (2) kontribusi faktor teknik dalam kemampuan free throw, (3) kontribusi faktor psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, dan (4) kontribusi ketiga faktor fisik, teknik, dan psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain non-experimental. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 81 peserta. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor fisik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,1795 dan nilai t hitung 2,6074 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 15,88% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 14,08%; (2) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor teknik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,3404 dan nilai t hitung 7,0207 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 31,94% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 28,32% (3) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,5095 dan nilai t hitung 8,3679 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 52,18% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 46,27%; dan (4) terdapat kontribusi ketiga faktor fisik, teknik, dan psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,886695 atau 88,67%.Kata kunci: faktor fisik, teknik, psikis, kemampuan free throw. THE CONTRIBUTION OF PHYSICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS TO THE FREE THROW ABILITY IN BASKETBALLAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the contribution of the physical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, (2) the contribution of technical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, (3) the contribution of psychological factors in optimizing the free throw ability, and (4) contribution of the three factors physical, technical, and psychological in optimizing the free throw ability. This research is a non-experimental design. The hypothesis testing was analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the significance level α = 0.05. The samples in this research were 81 participants from SMA N 3 Yogyakarta, SMA N 4 Yogyakarta, SMA N 6 Yogyakarta, and SMA N 8 Yogyakarta that were chosen by using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a positive contribution of the physical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, proven by the value of the path coefficient that was 0.1795 and the t value 2.6074 t table 1.960, the value of relative contribution of 31.94% and an effective contribution value of 28.32%;  (2) there is a positive contribution of the technical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, proven by the value of the path coefficient that was 0.3404 and the t value 7.0207 t table 1.960, the value of relative contribution of 31.94% and an effective contribution value of 28.32% (3) there is a positive contribution of psychological factors in optimizing the free throw ability, proven by the value of the path coefficient that was 0.5095  and the t value 8.3679 t table 1.960, the value of relative contribution of 52.18% and an effective contribution value of 46.27% and (4) there is a contributions of three factors physical, technical, and psychological in optimizing the free throw ability, proven by the value of the corellation coefficient that was 0.886695 or 88.67%.Keywords: physical factors, technical, psychological, free throw ability.

Abstract

Many students find that swimming is a necessary skill, yet many struggle to learn the appropriate form due to inadequate teaching. Learning can happen faster with the right training media, and knowledge of swimming techniques can be improved. Innovative teaching methods and training media are needed to optimise students' mastery of swimming skills. This study is to assess how well proper workout regimens and media can enhance fundamental swimming skills. This study uses an action research design, where three action research cycles are (1) preparation, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. If at least 75% of children can perform basic swim movements in a crawling style successfully, then this learning has been successful. This study used a percentage analysis methodology as its analytical method. While at least 75% of students who received a completeness score in swimming during the first cycle showed success in basic crawl style movements, the learning results of students' movements were not in accordance with the success indicators; only 55.55% of students achieved the overall target. The number of students who achieved the goal in the second cycle increased to 32 or 71.11%. At the end of the cycle, 40 students, or 88.89% of students, achieved the overall target. According to the study's findings, the basic swimming ability of adolescent students can be improved by using land exercises and training tools.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to empower students of the Darul Ulum Tragung Islamic Boarding School, Batang, through digital marketing training to develop their ultra-micro businesses. This training was conducted in three stages: introduction to digital marketing, case studies from other Islamic boarding schools, and creation and management of a marketplace. The results of the training showed an increase in students' understanding of digital marketing strategies and their ability to manage a marketplace. Several obstacles such as limited internet access and devices, as well as limited time in the Islamic boarding school environment, were successfully overcome with an adaptive approach. This program succeeded in providing strong digital-based entrepreneurial provisions for students while strengthening partnerships between Islamic boarding schools and universities.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para santri dengan keterampilan dasar dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Program ini mengajarkan cara menggunakan platform e-commerce populer seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Bukalapak, serta memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook untuk pemasaran produk. Selain itu, santri juga diberikan pemahaman mengenai strategi digital marketing sederhana seperti giveaway dan promo diskon untuk menarik minat konsumen. Dengan keterampilan ini, diharapkan santri dapat mengembangkan usaha secara online, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, serta meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi.

Abstract

Sports events both in the region and nationally are a place to search for talents and show their abilities in terms of sports achievements. The results of the championships in the area are capital for higher coaching, for example National Training (Pelatnas). Many club or regional coaches lack an understanding of the physical condition of athletes. This is what causes the gap in knowledge level. Because we know that physical condition is the most important component in supporting athletes' achievements. The lack of understanding related to physical conditions is due to the fact that in the regions there is still a very minimal increase in human resources, especially physical coaches in sports. If left unchecked, it is feared that it will reduce the performance of athletes. The implementation method for improving the human resources of physical trainers is to conduct a national-level physical trainer training that last for four days. This training is attended by coaches from various sports branches from different regions. The training process is carried out theoretically and through practical field application. Based on the result of the training activities and the assessments conducted to determine of the training materials, it has been found that 5.6% of the participants have not yet met the assessment standards, while 94.4% of the the participants have understood the standard level of material comprehension.
