Abstract

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) merupakan salah satunegara yang ada di Dunia yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri di manawilayah yang kepulauan sebagai ciri khasnya tentu berimplikasi padajumlah populasi penduduk yang cukup besar, jumlah kelompok etnik danadat istiadat yang beragam, bahasa yang bermacam-macam denganvariasi dialek yang berbeda pula, dan budaya yang beragam, agamaserta keunikan dan keberagaman lainnya.Harus diakui bahwa konflik yang muncul di Indonesia sangat cepatterjadi bila mengedepankan isu-isu perbedaan keragaman. Hal inimerupakan sebuah tantangan khususnya kalangan sekolah karenasekolah merupakan miniatur dari masyarakat dimana peserta didik yangbelajar di sekolah membawa budaya masing-masing.Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dengan memberikanpemahaman pada peserta didik melalui pola implementasi danpengembangan pendidikan multikultural pada setiap sisi kehidupan disekolah baik melalui kegiatan kurikikuler, ko-kurikuler maupun ekstrakurikulerserta peran-peran kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai gardaterdepan dalam implementasi dan pengembangan pendidikanmultikultural di sekolah. Dengan demikian pendidikan multikulturaldapat meminimalisir konflik serta memberikan pemahaman akan nilainilaipositif akan keberagaman pada peserta didik khususnya.

Abstract

New Paradigm Learning is currently a challenge in itself for education in Indonesia. With Guru Penggerak which is one of the government's policies to respond to this challenge. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research at SD Negeri 47 Palembang which currently have guru penggerak regarding the Strategy of the Guru Penggerak in the Implementation of the New Paradigm Learning Process which aims to describe and analyze the strategy of the Guru Penggerak in implementing the new paradigm learning process in terms of learning planning, learning implementation, assessment learning, inhibiting factors and efforts made to overcome obstacles in implementing the new paradigm learning process. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 47 Palembang with research methods using a qualitative research approach, while data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documents. The research data were analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Hubareman. Based on the research results, it was found that the planning and implementation of learning was carried out by Guru Penggerak at SD Negeri 47 Palembang regarding several new paradigm learning processes. Assessment of learning outcomes carried out cognitively and non-cognitively. The things that become obstacles include limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of teacher understanding, resistance to change, limited time and lack of support from parents.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze student management in supporting the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, as well as to the challenges and strategies in overcoming obstacles in implementing student management to support the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection tools, namely interviews, observations and documentation. Data were analyzed using the interactive model analysis method. The results of the study concluded that student management in supporting the Pancasila student profile strengthening project has implemented the functions and principles of student management through the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising activities carried out properly involving internal elements of the education unit. The challenges in implementing student management in supporting the Pancasila student profile strengthening project include facilities and infrastructure, lack of student motivation, and lack of understanding of the impact of activities on character development. Strategies to overcome the challenges of student management in supporting the Pancasila student profile strengthening project include strengthening teacher competency in managing students, innovative learning, collaboration between schools and parents, stakeholder involvement and participation in school activities, and encouraging student involvement in various activities at school

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, learning committee, and students of SDN 7 Rambutan, Banyuasin Regency. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. This study aimed to determine the extent to which the school's digitalization strategy supports the School Leadership Program at SDN 7 Rambutan. The research results showed that SDN 7 Rambutan has implemented a digitalization strategy based on the national School Leadership Program. Therefore, it can be concluded that the school's digitalization strategy in supporting the School Leadership Program at SDN 7 Rambutan has been implemented successfully. This is evidenced by the active involvement of the principal, teachers, learning committee, students, and parents in supporting the program and the school's recognition as an Inspirational Implementing School of the School Leadership Program by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sidomakmur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen SDM yang efektif berdampak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa adalah: (1) pengembangan SDM, (2) motivasi kerja guru, (3) lingkungan kerja, dan (4) pengawasan evaluasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas Manajemen SDM guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The principal is the highest leader in an educational unit who has the task and responsibility to manage the educational unit, therefore this study aims to describe and analyze the Principal's strategy in implementing educational management and the factors that hinder and support the implementation of the Principal's strategy in implementing educational management and the efforts made by the Principal in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of Educational Management at SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang. The research data were obtained by interviews, observation and document methods which were analyzed using interactive model analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that 1) the Principal's strategy in implementing educational management at SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang implemented the principles and functions of educational management such as planning, organizing, implementing/driving, and supervising, especially in the governance of students, educators and education personnel, and facilities and infrastructure so that the implementation of education runs in accordance with applicable regulations. 2) inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of the principal's strategy in implementing educational management at SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang including the principal's ability in educational management and leadership, support and active participation of educators and educational personnel, availability of adequate facilities and sufficient resources to support the learning process, a positive culture that has grown and developed in the school. While inhibiting factors include budget limitations, less than optimal communication and coordination, educators' understanding of new approaches to changing school conditions, and parental support that is not yet complete. 3) efforts made to overcome obstacles to the principal's strategy in implementing educational management at SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang include optimizing the use of human resources, a persuasive approach to teachers and stakeholders, implementing time management, strengthening collaboration with parents and other stakeholders

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze strategies for increasing students' learning interest through the implementation of pedagogical competence and teachers' learning innovations, as well as to analyze their impact on student achievement, the obstacles faced, and the efforts to overcome them at SD Negeri 74 Palembang. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. It was conducted at SD Negeri 74 Palembang with respondents including the principal, school supervisors, teachers, students, and parents. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative method with stages such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the strategy to increase students' learning interest at SD Negeri 74 Palembang is implemented through the application of pedagogical competence and learning innovations by teachers. Teachers employ approaches tailored to students' needs, such as project-based learning, edutainment, and digital media, and actively participate in training. Learning innovations include the use of technology, educational games, and interactive activities such as character-building programs and extracurriculars. Supporting factors include a conducive learning environment, school support, and parental involvement. Obstacles include limited time, varying teacher competencies in technology use, students' economic conditions, and lack of parental support at home. As a result, students have become more active, confident, and successful in both academic and non-academic areas.
