Abstract

Abstract

Chronic diseases are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. To ensure patients receive optimal therapy, BPJS Kesehatan (Indonesian Health Insurance) has established a regular patient visit schedule through the Referral Back Program (PRB). However, discrepancies often occur between patient visit times. To control medication administration, Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) formed a verification team. The purpose of this study was to analyze the visit times of chronic patients at the outpatient pharmacy depot of Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regional General Hospital within the BPJS Kesehatan service system. This study used a cross-sectional design. The research instrument was an observation sheet to record the number of prescriptions for chronic patients that were inconsistencies with the visit schedule from October to December 2024. Data analysis is the calculation of the number of chronic prescriptions against the visit schedule. Based on research at RSUD dr. Hardjono S. Ponorogo in October 2024 there was a rejection of 1.13%, in November 2024 there was a rejection of 0.93% and in December 2024 there was a rejection of 1.28%. Influencing factors are patient condition, compliance with treatment and external factors. Based on the results of research on the Analysis of Chronic Patient Visit Time at the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot RSUD dr. Harjono S. Ponorogo in the BPJS Health Service System, rejections still occur in the BPJS Health application system.

Abstract

The use of synthetic chemical-based detergents often leads to environmental pollution problems. The results of the study by Muhamed et al. (2018) indicate that laundry wastewater (greywater) containing detergents alters soil characteristics, such as an increase in pH and electrical conductivity, and a decrease in the rate of infiltration. Based on the literature review conducted by Naufal and A’yun (2024), carelessly discarded detergent waste contains active substances like phosphate, surfactant, and bleach, which can reduce soil quality, disrupt microorganisms, and impact public health. The lerak fruit (Sapindus rarak) is a natural material with a high saponin content that can therefore be utilized as a raw material for eco-friendly soap. This community service program aims to provide knowledge and popularize the use of lerak fruit as a raw material for eco-friendly soap. The activity was carried out in collaboration with PKK members in Sambilawang Village, Bungkal, Ponorogo. The methods used included counseling/extension using PowerPoint media and brochures, as well as the practice of making lerak soap. To measure the effectiveness of the activity, pre-tests and post-tests were conducted before and after the activity. This activity is a tangible contribution to making the PKK members self-reliant and empowering them to utilize local natural resources. It is hoped that this extension program can become a solution to the pollution problems resulting from detergent use and increase community productivity. Based on the N-Gain score analysis, which showed a figure of 84%, the method used was effective in increasing the participants' knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes based on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with a focus on its contribution to quality improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a literature review, which involves analysis of scientific articles, official reports, and relevant academic documents published between 2015 and 2025. Data collection techniques were carried out through systematic searches of literature from various academic databases, while data analysis was conducted through the stages of theme identification, data reduction, concept categorization, and inductive conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the integration of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, digital twins, and big data analytics significantly improves the effectiveness of GMP implementation by strengthening data integrity, accelerating data-driven decision making, and increasing the transparency of the pharmaceutical supply chain. However, obstacles such as organizational resistance, limitations of legacy system integration, and cybersecurity issues remain major challenges in its implementation. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of the evolution of digital-based quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry, while practically providing strategic guidance for companies and regulators in designing sustainable and regulatory-compliant digital transformation policies. Thus, the results of this study make an important contribution to strengthening the conceptual and implementational framework of digital transformation in the global pharmaceutical sector.
