Abstrak Â Busi merupakan alat utama agar mesin dapat menyala, namun cukup sulit untuk mengetahui kondisi masih baik atau sudah setengah rusak, lebih-lebih pada saat mesin jalan. Bengkel pun sering tidak bisa teliti mengatasi karena peralatan nya yang kurang memadai. Maka penelitian ini mencoba mencari metoda baru yang lebih mudah dan murah digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi busi, yang dapat memeriksa kondisi busi saat mesin dalam keadaan hidup. Metoda yang digunakan adalah dengan merekam pola sinyal getaran mesin, yang kemudian dapat dianalisa dengan metoda wavelet dari Matlab. Wavelet induk yang digunakan adalah fungsi Haar yang dimanfaatkan sebagai filter digital untuk menemukan ciri dari sinyal tersebut, yaitu dengan memilah spektrum frekuensi tertentu sehingga dapat diketahui ciri pola getaran yang menandakan kerusakan busi. Hasil penelitian ini telah dapat dengan cukup baik dapat menetapkan kondisi busi yang rusak. Metoda ini dapat dikembangkan pada diagnosa kerusakan mesin yang lain. Â Katakunci :Â wavelet, signal processing, spark failure, Otto engine Â Â Abstract Â Spark plug is the main tool for the internal combustion engine to turn on , but it is quite difficult to determine the condition still good or was half broken , especially when the vihicle is on the road. Workshops are often not able to accurately resolve because its equipment inadequate. This research is trying to find a new method that is easier and cheaper to use to determine the condition of the spark plug, which can check the condition of the spark plugs Â while the engine is in running on. The method used is to record the pattern of machine vibration signals , which can then be analyzed with the wavelet method of Matlab. Used mother wavelet is the Haar function which is used as a digital filter to find the characteristics of the signal, ie with a certain sort of frequency spectrum that can be known characteristic vibration patterns that indicate damage to the spark plug . The results of this study have been well enough to be able to set a broken spark plug condition . This method can be developed to diagnose other engine damage . Kepemimpinan sangatlah penting dan dibutuhkan bagi suatu organisasi untuk membentuk suatu teamwork yang baik dalam menjalankan kerjasama di suatu organisasi. Keberhaslilan dari sebuah organisasi tergantung dari faktor kepemimpinan, teamwork dan kinerja dari karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap kepemimpinan dengan organisasi adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan diantara organisasi atau kelompok. Selain itu juga dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari hubungan kepemimpinan yang digunakan dari seorang pemimpin di berbagai situasi dan kondisi dalam organisasi. Kepemimpinan yang beretika akan membuat suasana hubungan kerja dalam organisasi lebih nyaman dan terhindar dar konflik. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu tinjauan pada sikap kepemimpinan yang baik, dalam menerapkan sikap-sikap pemimpin itu sendiri. Etika kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan kegiatan organisasi merupakan dimensi yang tidak dari kehidupan organisasi kesehariann, tanpa adanya tanpa adanya etika kepemimpinan dan etika organisasi yang efektif dapat mengakibatkan keseimbangan dalam organisasi terganggu. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kerjasama antara pemimpin dengan organisasi maupun karyawannya.

Professionalism is an attitude and behavior that must be possessed as an educator. Teachers are the most decisive driving force in the education system as a whole, and as an implementation of the recognition In accordance with the requirements that must be met, it is stated in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. Teachers and Lecturers are required to have academic qualifications, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to make it happen. This research was conducted to find out the extent to which the professionalism of the SMP Negeri 13 Bintan teachers towards the students at the State Junior High School 13 Bintan. Based on the concept of Ace Suryadi (Trisoni 2011). By looking at the four characteristics of professional teachers namely, Professional Capacity, Professional Effort, Time Devotion, Professional rent, while the population and sample are 8 people consisting of teachers certified and uncertified at the State Junior High School 13 Bintan as key informants. The method in this research is using descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. His tools are interview guides and checklists.The results of this study indicate that the professionalism of the teachers of the 13 Bintan State Junior High Schools has been going well, the skills and attitudes of the teachers required have met the standards. While the suggestions in this study are expected that teachers can improve teacher professionalism by continuing tomake improvements and attend trainings that can add insight and professional Knowledge.

The existence of mangrove forests (mangroves) in Tanjungpinang is threatened with extinction. Little by little the mangrove area began to decrease and start to shrink. Whereas mangrove forests have very important functions and benefits for the ecosystem, water and the surrounding environment. Therefore it is necessary to implement a permit policy for landfilling in mangrove forest areas in order to provide planning, utilization, control, maintenance, supervision and law enforcement. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the permit policy for land hoarding in the mangrove forest area of ??Tanjungpinang City, and to find out what factors were hindering this implementation. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study are tourism managers, visitors and the government. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews and observation, as well as secondary data through documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study are that the permit policy for landfilling in the mangrove forest area has been implemented, but it is not optimal, due to overlapping policies between existing agencies and causing ambiguity for the community about which policies to follow.

Abstract Cemaga Village is one of the cities in Natuna Regency, which has the potential for the tourism industry, especially Akar Island. For the construction and development of the Root Island tour, a budget of 2,625,081,000.00 is budgeted. But the phenomenon that occurs is, access is inadequate. In this case, the Cemaga Village government is required to have high performance to be able to solve development problems in its territory. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the Cemaga Village Government, South Bunguran District, Natuna Regency in Village Development from 2015-2019. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were the Cemaga Village Community, Bunguran Selatan District, Natuna Regency, namely 929 people, and 11 village apparatus. While the samples were 1 village head, 1 development section head, 1 village secretary, and 2 community and community leaders, so that the total sample size was 5 people. The data in this study were obtained from observations and structured interviews. Data analysis was performed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study are the Performance Analysis of the Government of Cemaga Village, South Bunguran District, Natuna Regency in Village Development for the 2015-2019 Study on Akar Island is not good. The advice that can be given in this study is that the government must make careful planning and involve the community so that it is more targeted, and the community must maintain the results of development. Abstrak Desa Cemaga merupakan salah satu kota di Kabupaten Natuna, yang memiliki potensi industri wisata khususnya Pulau Akar. Untuk pembangunan dan pengembangan wisata pulau akar dianggarkan sebesar 2.625.081.000,00. Namun fenomena yang terjadi adalah, akses belum memadai. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah Desa Cemaga dituntut memiliki kinerja yang tinggi untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah pembangunan di wilayahnya. Tujuan peneitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Cemaga Kecamatan Bunguran Selatan Kabupaten Natuna Dalam Pembangunan Desa Dari Tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Desa Cemaga Kecamatan Bunguran Selatan Kabupaten Natuna yaitu 929 orang, serta aparatur desa sebanyak 11 orang. Sementara yang menjadi sampel adalah 1 orang kepala desa, 1 orang kepala seksi pembangunan, 1 orang sekertaris desa, dan masyarakat serta tokoh masyarakat yang berjumlah 2 orang, sehingga keseluruhan jumlah sampel adalah 5 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Cemaga Kecamatan Bunguran Selatan Kabupaten Natuna Dalam Pembangunan Desa Tahun 2015-2019 Studi Pada Pulau Akar kurang baik. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah harus membuat perencanaan yang matang dan melibatkan masyarakat agar lebih tepat sasaran, dan Masyarakat harus menjaga hasil-hasil dari pembangunan.

The increasing unemployment is a result of the instability of the economic structure, which has made it difficult to develop employment opportunities. On the other hand, the lack of competence in the Asean Economic Community has led to an increase in the number of job seekers, both within the country and from other neighboring countries. To overcome this, workforce competency must be increased, including an apprenticeship program that passes competency tests held by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Domestic Apprenticeship Program of the Riau Islands Manpower and Transmigration Service. Researchers use qualitative methods and descriptive approaches to analyze data according to this type of research, namely descriptive. The results of this research are that the Riau Islands Province has been able to show that the quality of apprenticeship participants after participating in the Apprenticeship Program is able or ready to compete in the world of work. The advice given in this research is that the government and the business world coordinate more frequently regarding domestic apprenticeship program activities in order to find solutions regarding the quality and workforce needs needed by the business world and the industrial world today in order to compete with graduates from outside the Riau Islands Province.

Bintan Regency is one of the districts/cities in Indonesia that implements the STBM program in order to improve sustainable clean and healthy lifestyles by reducing the problem of open defecation in Bintan Regency. Kelong village is one of the villages that implements STBM, but Kelong village has not been declared an Open Defecation Free (ODF) village/sub-district because some of the people still build houses above the sea so they still practice defecation even in private. The aim of this research is to evaluate the First Pillar Community-Based Total Sanitation program to Stop Open Defecation (BABS) in Kelong Village, Bintan Pesisir District, Bintan Regency. The type of research used is evaluative analysis with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were employees of the Bintan District Health Service, Kelong Community Health Center sanitarian workers in the field of environmental health, employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Services and the Kelong village community who received benefits from the STBM program. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and documentation. Next, a qualitative analysis was carried out. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the STBM program in Kelong Village is still not optimal. Suggestions that can be given for this research are that the relevant agencies should respond more to reports or complaints from the public regarding the communal septic tank facilities that have been built in Kelong Village.
