Abstract

Negeri Ema terletak di kaki Gunung Horil, pada ketinggian 150 meter diatas permukaan laut. Keadaan geografisnya meliputi kekayaan tanah, flora dan fauna. Luas Negeri Ema 13 Ha, sedangkan luas wilayah petuanannya 64.000 Ha. Penerapan sistem pertanian hidroponik di Negeri Ema memang relatif masih baru. Hasil komunikasi bersama dengan PKK di Negeri Ema biasanya dahulu kami dari Negeri Ema yang membawa sayur ke pasar mardika untuk menjual kepada konsumen, tetapi beberap bulan belakangan ini kami yang ke pasar mardika untuk membeli sayur lagi. Salah satu masalah yang ditemui di Negeri Ema adalah bagaimana cara menggembangkan dan meningkatkan produksi pertanian organik melalui penerapan sistem hidroponik di Negeri Ema, Pemilihan benih sangat penting karena produktivitas tanaman teranganutng dari keunggulan benih yang dipilih, dan juga jenis tanaman yang dapat di tanam secara hidroponik. berdasarpkan analisis di lapangan  Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  melihat bayak sekali masalah yang di hadapi mitra seperti: 1). Cara pemilihan penih tanaman hidroponik, 2). Jenis-jenis tanaman yang dapat di tanam secara hidroponik, 3). Cara meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan penguasaan teknologi hidroponik bagi PKK negeri Ema, 4). Cara  mengelola tanaman hidroponik, Maka Solusi yang di tawarkan kepada mitra untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan antara lain : 1). Sosialisasi tentang pemilihan Benih tanaman hidroponik, 2). Sosialisasi tentang pemilihan jenis-jenis tanaman yang dapat di tanam secara hidroponik, 3). Sosialisasi tentang cara meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan penguasaan teknologi hidroponik bagi PKK Negeri Ema 4). Pelatihan mengelola tanaman hidroponik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the General Election Commission (KPU) of SBT Regency in the regional head election during the COVID-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a qualitative research type with the research subject of SBT Regency KPU, HR Division and community participation. The results showed that the communication strategy of the SBT Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in managing the Regional Head Election (PILKADA) during the Covid-19 Pandemic was in accordance with Walter Shewhart's theory, namely: (1) Plan, in terms of planning to manage Pilkada during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19 SBT Regency KPU is regulated by PKPU Number 5 of 2020 and technical implementation is regulated by PKPU Number 6 of 2020, (2) Do, in the Implementation of Pilkada during the Covid-19 pandemic, the SBT Regency KPU is in accordance with PKPU Number 5 of 2020 which all stages of the Pilkada are carried out using the Covid-19 prevention and spread protocol, (3) Check, after designing and implementing it, the thing that needs to be done to know in depth the problems in the field is to evaluate. The SBT Regency KPU in managing and carrying out the Pilkada during the pandemic also encountered problems at the stages of the Pilkada. One of them is the violation of health protocols at the time of registration for candidates for regent and deputy regent. However, the problem is immediately evaluated so that at the next stage the SBT Regency KPU can fix it, (4) Act, after going through the evaluation process then proceed with the follow-up process, in this process it can be in the form of modifying the problem, revising the process or changing policies.

Abstract

Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku melakukan langkah maju dengan mendeklarasikan Kawasan Bebas Asap Rokok di Fakultas Kesehatan dan Penerapan Aturan Etika dan Perilaku Mahasiswa Kesehatan. Pembentukan moral tiap mahasiswa menjadi tolak utama untuk dihadirkan di Fakultas Kesehatan UKIM, dengan berjalannya waktu sampai sekarang berdasakan hasil observasi lapangan terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang kedapatan melanggar aturan etika dan perilaku mahasiswa, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana efektivitas penerapan Kawasan Bebas Asap Rokok dan Aturan Etika dan Perilaku Mahasiswa di Fakultas Kesehatan UKIM,dan  yang menjadi Tujuan Penelitian adalah Mengetahui Sejauh mana efektivitas penerapan Kawasan Bebas Asap Rokok dan Aturan Etika dan Perilaku Mahasiswa di Fakultas Kesehatan UKIM, Bagaimana Respon dan perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa dalam mematuhi Kawasan Bebas Asap Rokok dan aturan Etika dan Perilaku? Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif kualitatif.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Etika dan Perilaku, kawasan bebas asap rokok

Abstract

Secara geologi, wilayah Jemaat GPM Ebenhaezer dibentuk oleh formasi geologi alluvium, loss material (material lepas), granit dan carts atau coral. Kategori bina umat dalam jemaat digambarkan sebagai berikut, yang secara detail disajikan menurut kategori: batita, TK1, TK2, TK3, AK1, AK2, AK3, AT1, AT2, AT3, Remaja. bahwa kategori bina umat kelompok anak di bawah tiga tahun (batita) sebesar 4,1%, kelompok Taman Kanan Kanak  (TK) 5,9%, Anak Kecil (AK) 7,4%, Anak Tanggung (AT) 7,2%, Remaja 7,0%, AMGPM 18,6%, Pelpri 21,9%, Pelwata 22,4% dan Lansia 5,4%.  Untuk kelompok anak-anak, maka kelompok anak kecil memiliki persentase terbesar kemudian diikuti oleh anak tanggung, anak TK dan batita.  Inilah kondisi umat yang perlu mendapat perhatian dan pendampingan dalam pelayanan. Pandemi COVID-19 adalah krisis kesehatan yang pertama dan terutama di dunia. berdasarpkan analisis di lapangan  Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  melihat bayak sekali masalah yang di hadapi mitra seperti: 1). Terhentinya pelayanan ibadah sekolah minggu bagi anak-anak SMTPI Jemaat GPM Ebenhaezer diakibatkan pandemic covid-19. 2). Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran anak-anak SMTPI Jemaat GPM Ebenhaezer terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. 3). Kurang pengetahuan pembuatan hand sanitizer yang menjadi kebutuhan penting di masa pandemic covid 19. Maka Solusi yang di tawarkan kepada mitra untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan antara lain : 1). Pelatihan pelaksanaan Ibadah Sekolah Minggu SMTPI secara Online atau virtual lewat Media Sosial atau jejaring TV nirkabel dengan menggunakan alat peraga. 2). Sosialisasi tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. secara Online atau virtual lewat Media Sosial atau jejaring TV nirkabel. 3). Pelatihan tentang pembuatan Hand Sanitizer secara Online atau virtual lewat Media Sosial atau jejaring TV nirkabel. Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah 1). Publikasi jurnal MAREN LPM UKIM, 2).Publikasi media electronik, 3). Vidio kegiatan, 4). Peningkatan tingkat keberdayaan mitra, 5). Perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat

Abstract

As PT Telkomsel's CSR Program also has the main commitments, namely: helping the community and providing optimal contributions to the community based on the 5 main pillars that are its CSR mission, namely: (1) building human capital; (2) Maintain social cohesion; (3) Strengthen economic value; (4) Encourage good government; and (5) Protecting the Environment.This is certainly inseparable from the intervention of the Public Relations (PR) department or other departments that carry out PR functions. At PT Telkomsel, PR is under the auspices of the Personnel department. PT Telkomsel Maluku can still "live" in harmony with stakeholders so far and it is almost said that there is no "skewed" news from other communities due to the implementation of CSR. This is the interest of researchers to analyze the function of PR in implementing one of the programs, namely the CSR program in Ambon. The formulation of the problem in this research is How the Role and Public Relations of PT. Telkomsel in implementing the CSR Program? The Research Method in this paper is Qualitative Descriptive

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of communication consisting of vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication on performance and (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Education and Training Agency of Maluku Province. The number of samples is determined based on the Kresjie table, where if the population is 231 people, at an error rate of 10%, the number of samples is 125 people, which is determined by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Education and Training Agency employees of Maluku Province by 78.9% and (2) horizontal communication was the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the Education and Training Agency employees. Maluku Province is 64.9%.
