Abstract

The environment greatly influences learning independence, especially the student environment. This study aims to determine differences in learning independence in fkip students who live in a family environment and boarding environment. This re­search method uses a comparative quantitative method. Data collection instrument in this study uses the scale of independence, family environment and boarding environ­ment. The population in this study was the 2017 SWCU FKIP students, with a sample of 175 students, the sampling technique used probability sampling techniques. Data analysis method used to test the research hypothesis using Independent Samples Test. The results of data analysis showed alpha sig (2-tailed) value of 0.709 or sig value. (2-tailed)> 0.05, which means that there is no difference in the 2017 SWCU FKIP student learning independence that lives in the family environment and boarding environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 1 Gabus, Kab. Grobogan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data interaktif yang meliputi 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi dengan sumber data guru, siswa, orang tua, dan sumber pendukung waka kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Gabus, Kab. Grobogan selama masa pandemi covid-19 berlangsung secara daring dengan mengadakan pendampingan atau bimbingan guru. Guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring menimbulkan problematika yang kemudian mendorong adanya upaya untuk mengatasi problematika yang dilakukan oleh guru, siswa, orang tua / wali murid, beserta waka kurikulum untuk mensukseskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring

Abstract

The Pancasila education policy in Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) must be revised. Pancasila must be a mandatory content in the Indonesian education system. Pancasila education in Indonesia in the reform era through the revision of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning SNP cannot be separated from the national politics behind it.Educational reform through the revision of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning SNP, in turn brings changes to the paradigmatic aspects of the study and learning of Pancasila education in Indonesia from the aspect of national education standardization. The objective of the Merdeka Belajar program is the profile of Pancasila students as an educational transformation. The introduction of Pancasila in the understanding and application of Pancasila is the main pillar of the transformation of Indonesian education which does not depend on a change of regime in power.

Abstract

Pentingnya kemandirian belajar yang dimiliki setiap peserta didik harus ditanamkan sejak dini. Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan teman sebaya terhadap kemandirian belajar pelajaran ekonomi pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 136 peserta didik X IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kota Salatiga dengan jumlah sampel 101 anak. Analisis data menggunakan analisis hipotesis yaitu regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Pelajaran Ekonomi pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi, dibuktikan nilai thitung yaitu 13.721 > ttabel 1.987 dan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Teman Sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Pelajaran Ekonomi pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi, dibuktikan nilai thitung yaitu 6.407 > ttabel 1.987 dan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Motivasi Belajar dan Teman Sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Pelajaran Ekonomi pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi, dibuktikan Fhitung yaitu 98.895 > Ftabel 3.089 dan nilai signifikan yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi dalam menciptakan aktivitas belajar untuk kemandirian belajar guna menumbuhkan motivasi belajar dan membimbing lingkungan teman sebaya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha adalah karakteristik kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kewirausahaan pemilik usaha Favor Cafe Salatiga dan implikasinya terhadap keberhasilan usaha Favor Cafe Salatiga. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer bersumber dari pemilik Favor Cafe. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha Favor Cafe Salatiga meliputi: percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, pengambilan resiko, kepemimpinan, berorientasi masa depan, kreatif dan inovatif, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, mencari peluang kontribusi dan mendukung personal. Selain itu, karakteristik kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha berimplikasi kepada keberhasilan usaha Favor Cafe Salatiga selama masa pandemi covid-19 atau new-normal, bahkan pendapatannya meningkat.Kata Kunci: karakteristik kewirausahaan, keberhasilan usahaABSTRACT One of the factors that determine the success of a business is the entrepreneurial characteristics of the business owner. This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial characteristics of the Salatiga Cafe business owner and ensure the success of the Salatiga Favor Cafe business. In this study using qualitative methods. The data collected is primary data sourced from the owner of the Favor Cafe. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial characteristics of Favor Cafe Salatiga include: self-confidence, task and result oriented, risk taking, leadership, future, creative and innovative, independent, responsible, seeking contribution opportunities and personal support. In addition, the entrepreneurial characteristics possessed by business owners have implications for the success of Favor Cafe Salatiga's business during the COVID-19 or new-normal pandemic, even increasing income. Keywords: business success, entrepreneurial characteristics.

Abstract

Economic growth is an effort made by the government to improve people's welfare. Factors that can affect economic growth are unemployment and HDI. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment and HDI on economic growth in Bali Province. The method used is quantitative based on secondary data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency based on a 10 year time series. The results obtained are unemployment and HDI variables together have a significant influence on the variable economic growth. This is shown from the results of the F test calculation with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially the influence of the unemployment variable on economic growth based on the t test shows the results of sig 0.000 <0.05, which means that unemployment has a significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. The results of the calculation of the HDI t-test on economic growth with a sig value of 0.159> 0.05, which means that the HDI variable has no significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the data and information used by local governments to measure the achievement of human development. This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of the headcount on poverty ratio and health as seen from the amount of life expectancy on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province. This study was completed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate headcount of poverty ratio and health have a significant effect on the human development index, which is 95.2% and other factors influence 4.8%. Headcount of poverty ratio shows a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province health as seen from the amount of the life expectancy show a positive effect and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Primary schools lack Christian and Catholic teachers so there are volunteer teachers of the religious teaching staff. The volunteer has not enough education and teaching experiences. Therefore, provision is important both from a spiritual perspective, introduction to vision and mission, core values of BKGS, and as well as intellectually Christian and Catholic learning methods. The method that we used was to distribute the instrument to partner schools. The activity is carried out in several steps: Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation, and Reporting. The outcome and achievement are the performance of BKGS volunteers who are placed in schools, especially primary school in Salatiga, are classified good. This activity implies that teachers can improve learning strategies in schools through evaluations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKompetensi pedagogik diperlukan oleh calon pendidik sebagai dasar dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran yang bermutu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa FKIP UKSW Salatiga melalui program magang dan efikasi diri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 292 mahasiswa FKIP UKSW dengan penentuan sampel sebanyak 88 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial nilai signifikansi variabel program magang (X1) sebesar 0,013 < 0,05 dan nilai signifikansi variabel (X2) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan nilai signifikansi variabel X1 dan X2 adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupum simultan program magang dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik di kalangan  mahasiswa FKIP UKSW Salatiga. Saran yang penulis berikan adalah agar mahahsiswa dapat mempraktikkan dan menghayati proses belajar mengajar selama pelaksanaan program magang serta menambah rasa percaya diri sehingga terbangun kompetensi pedagogic yang baik dalam diri setiap mahasiswa. kata Kunci: Kompetensi pedagogik, program magang, efikasi diriABSTRACTPedagogic competence is needed by prospective educators as a basis for darrying out a quality learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the pedagogic competence among SWCU Salatiga FKIP students through internship and self-efficacy programs. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 292 SWCU FKIP students with a sample determination of 88 students. The data collection technique ised in this research is to use questionnaire given via google form.. The results of this study are partially the significant value of the internship program variable (X1) is 0.013 <0.05 and the value of the self-efficacy variable (X2) is 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously the significant value of the variables X1 and X2 is 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that either partially or simultaneously the internship program and self-efficacy have a positive and significant impact on pedagogic competence among SWCU FKIP Salatiga students. The advice that the author gives is so that students can practice and live up to the teaching and learning process during the implementation of the internship program and increase self-confidence so that good pedagogic competence is built in each student.Keywords; Pedagogic competence, internship program, self efficacy
