This study aims to understand the extent of the Teacher Competency Test results which include: (a) pedagogical competencies, (b) personality competencies for improving the quality of education in Cilangla State Elementary School, Gandasoli State Elementary School, and Babakan Pamoyanan Elementary School in Sukabumi District. This research uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data with case study methods. The results of this study indicate that there are obstacles that occur in the implementation of Teacher Competency Tests, namely the extent of the material being tested, especially in the aspects of pedagogical competence, professional competence and lack of mastery in the operation of the teacher's computer. This is what causes the low scores obtained when implementing the Teacher Competency Test. But on the other hand in improving the quality of education, teachers continue to strive to be able to deliver their students to obtain various achievements in school.

HOTS is one of the abilities that must be claimed by understudies to almost certainly have qualified aggressiveness in this worldwide time. This paper intends to investigate fundamentally and profoundly the connection between parts of reasoning, strategy, and usage of the 2013 Curriculum approach (K-13), particularly identifying with HOTS. Education is now growing rapidly and is able to influence a variety of life arrangements. All parties are involved in it to keep abreast of the times . Therefore , optimism is needed in responding to these challenges, and the responsibility of schools as educational institutions capable of determining quality education . This study tried to take photos of how the school was able to air the effort to build optimism and responsibility in conducting education towards a better match expectations. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The results of the research conducted revealed that in realizing quality education there are things that schools do that are inseparable from 8 interrelated educational standards between one and the other. Therefore in this case the school emphasizes more on graduate competency standards and process standards as a portrait of building optimism and a sense of responsibility

This study aims to describe the achievements of online learning programs in Semester Odd Academic Year 2020/2021 at SDIT Adzkia 2 Sukabumi. This study uses the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product) as an evaluation tool. The method used in this study is research-evaluation with a descriptive-evaluative approach. The data collection in this evaluation research is observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Sources of data obtained from school principals, teachers and homeroom teachers, TU staff and curriculum staff. The results showed that the online learning program at SDIT Adzkia 2 Sukabumi had achieved good results in its implementation. This can be seen from the suitability of the indicators assessed with the 4 components of the CIPP evaluation, namely in the context component there is a legal basis and purpose for implementing the program, in the input component, there are human resources, targets and infrastructure in program implementation, the process component contains the planning process, program socialization and monitoring process, on the product component there is a report on program results and the achievement of program objectives. Overall, the implementation of the online learning program at SDIT Adzkia 2 Sukabumi can be said to have been effective because it has met the standard criteria that have been determined. However, there are several focuses that need to be improved including, 1) increasing additional programs to fill the free time of students while studying at home, 2) principals to be more intense in socializing and communicating with students' parents, 3) teachers to provide more variations in learning media.

Penelitian menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) sebagai alat melakukan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu riset-evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian evaluasi ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, wali kelas, staff TU, staff kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, program pembelajaran daring di SDIT Adzkia 2 Sukabumi telah mencapai hasil yang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari kesesuaian indikator yang dinilai dengan 4 komponen evaluasi CIPP yaitu pada komponen context terdapat landasan hukum dan tujuan dilaksanakannya program, pada komponen input, terdapat sumber daya manusia, sasaran dan sarana prasarana dalam pelaksanaan program, pada komponen process terdapat proses perencanaan, sosialisasi program dan proses monitoring, pada komponen product terdapat laporan hasil program dan ketercapaian tujuan program. Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran daring di SDIT Adzkia 2 Sukabumi dapat dikatakan telah efektif karena telah memenuhi standar kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Namun, terdapat beberapa fokus yang perlu ditingkatkan diantaranya, 1) memperbanyak program tambahan untuk mengisi waktu luang para peserta didik selama belajar di rumah, 2) kepala sekolah untuk lebih intens melakukan sosialisasi dan komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, 3) guru untuk lebih banyak memberikan variasi dalam media pembelajaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kecerdasan logis matematis siswa; 2) pengaruh model pembelajan NHT (Numbered Head Together) berbantuan video. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis quasi eksperimen dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas V berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Data kecerdasan logis matematis siswa diukur melalui instrumen tes, untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji statistik yaitu uji independentt sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model NHT berbantuan video terhadap kecerdasan logis matematis siswa. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil posttest diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87, 21 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 66,58 untuk kelas kontrol. Hal ini menandakan bahwa dengan menggunakan model NHT berbantuam video dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan logis matematis siswa kelas V di SDN Cibereum Hilir 3 Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

In elementary school, the implementation of education for children is very weak, so it cannot guarantee character education learning. This study aimed to determine the impact of character education on student behavior at Gandasoli State Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative method, which is descriptive research. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. Character education in elementary schools can be implemented through the learning process, school regulations, and extracurricular activities. The implementation applied at Gandasoli State Elementary School has six characteristics, namely: Implementation of tolerance character education, implementation of honest character education, implementation of hard work character education, implementation of creative character education, and implementation of discipline character education. The results of the research conducted on the behaviour of students at Gandasoli State Elementary School in the implementation of character education is follows. This can be seen from the results of observations that the behaviour of students who are taught religious values, honesty, tolerance, and discipline values are higher when students are at school.
