Abstract

 The population in this study were employees of PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri Medan, totaling 65 people. All members of the population are used as a unit of analysis or population research. And the results of this study indicate that Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y), this is evident from the results obtained that the t-count value for the X1 variable (Motivation) is 6.520 while the t-table is 0.678. So 6.520 > 0.678, because t-count is greater than t-table, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and it can be concluded that Motivation (X1) has an influence on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y), this is evident from the results obtained that the t-count value for the X2 variable (Job Satisfaction) is 2.401 while the t-table is 0.993. So 2.401 > 0.993, because t-count is greater than t-table, then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted and it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction (X2) has an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, the variables Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect together on Employee Work Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to explain that work motivation has an impact on the performance of employees who get incentives, both material and non-material incentives and good organizational culture. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research and the research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Medan. The number of samples is 152 employees using the objective sampling technique. The data was processed using a computer program Lisrel 8.7. Based on the results of the analysis that work motivation increases when employees are given material and non-material incentives and supported by a good organizational culture, and with high employee motivation will affect employee performance. This is evident from the results of the inferential path analysis with the results of a significance value of F, which is 0.000 < 0.05 (alpha), the path coefficient value is 0.32 Material Incentives (X1), 0.44 Organizational Culture (X2) and Non-Material Incentives (X3). ) of 0.24 on Work Motivation (Z), the path coefficient value of 0.89 on Employee Performance (Y). This proves that the variables of Material Incentives, Organizational Culture and Non-Material Incentives have a significant influence on Work Motivation and Employee Performance either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance is impacted by the workplace and salary. The research subjects in this study are staff members of ine of motorcycle automotive dealer company in Indonesia. 30 employees made up the study's sample. In order to sample every employee in this workplace, nonprobibality sampling was utilized in this study along with saturated sampling categories. Using a questionnaire, data was collected, and SPSS software was used to analyze it using multiple linear regression analysis models. The findings of this study suggest that employee performance is influenced by both the workplace and salary. Employee performance is affected in part by both the work environment and remuneration. Employee performance may be described by the workplace and compensation, according to the Adjusted R Square value of 0.88, and the remaining can be accounted for by factors beyond the scope of this research.

Abstract

Semua pekerjaan baik wiraswasta maupun yang bekerja di organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai Laba maupun Nirlaba selalu membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu bekerjasama dengan baik.  Kemampuan bekerjasama setiap orang dipengaruhi oleh kedewasaan IQ, SQ, PQ dan EQ.  Kemampuan ini bisa dilatih agar lebih baik terutama SQ, PQ dan EQ.  Oleh karena itu Organisasi harus berusaha untuk melatih karyawannya dengan melaksanakan seminar-seminar maupun pelatihan-pelatihan.  Demikian juga dengan Yayasan Tzu Chi – Medan mengundang muda-mudinya untuk pelatihan agar bisa semakin dewasa dalam membawakan diri untuk mengikuti pelatihan millenials era – smart generation untuk peningkatan IQ, SQ, PQ Dan EQ.  Adapun peserta yang hadir sebanyak 60 orang.
