Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan keterlibatan kerja dengan kinerja. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Outlet Glugur Medan. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan cara total sampling dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Dua Prediktor. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja dan keterlibatan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (motivasi kerja dan keterlibatan kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 12,0 % dan berarti masih ada 88 % faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan namun tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

 The population in this study were employees of PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri Medan, totaling 65 people. All members of the population are used as a unit of analysis or population research. And the results of this study indicate that Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y), this is evident from the results obtained that the t-count value for the X1 variable (Motivation) is 6.520 while the t-table is 0.678. So 6.520 > 0.678, because t-count is greater than t-table, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and it can be concluded that Motivation (X1) has an influence on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y), this is evident from the results obtained that the t-count value for the X2 variable (Job Satisfaction) is 2.401 while the t-table is 0.993. So 2.401 > 0.993, because t-count is greater than t-table, then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted and it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction (X2) has an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, the variables Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect together on Employee Work Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to explain that work motivation has an impact on the performance of employees who get incentives, both material and non-material incentives and good organizational culture. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research and the research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Medan. The number of samples is 152 employees using the objective sampling technique. The data was processed using a computer program Lisrel 8.7. Based on the results of the analysis that work motivation increases when employees are given material and non-material incentives and supported by a good organizational culture, and with high employee motivation will affect employee performance. This is evident from the results of the inferential path analysis with the results of a significance value of F, which is 0.000 < 0.05 (alpha), the path coefficient value is 0.32 Material Incentives (X1), 0.44 Organizational Culture (X2) and Non-Material Incentives (X3). ) of 0.24 on Work Motivation (Z), the path coefficient value of 0.89 on Employee Performance (Y). This proves that the variables of Material Incentives, Organizational Culture and Non-Material Incentives have a significant influence on Work Motivation and Employee Performance either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through work stress intervening variables. By taking a sample of 130 people from a population of 191 people. Analyzed using path analysis with SPSS. The results show that work stress negatively affects leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, meaning that the better the leadership style and organizational culture, the lower employee stress levels will increase employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and training on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Pacifik Medan Industri. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The population taken in this research were all 143 employees of PT Pacifik Industri Medan. With random sampling technique. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so the sample is 105 people. The data analysis used is path analysis using the Sem application via Smart PLS 26. The results show that there is an influence between Compensation on Motivation, and Training has an influence on Motivation. Motivation can mediate compensation and training on employee performance, and there is an influence of motivation on performance, and there is a simultaneous relationship between compensation and training on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a Mediating Variable at PT Toba Pulp Lestari Sumut. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 200 people and a sample of 133 people with Random Sampling Technique with the Slovin Formula. Data collection method through questionnaire distribution. Structural modeling using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is used for data analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable is positive, thus the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important factor in improving the company's progress, therefore every company should pay attention to matters relating to employee performance where this research was carried out by paying attention to organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening factor. By taking a sample of 152 employees at PT Growth Industry Sumatra and analyzing it using SEM. The results show that organizational culture and job satisfaction, as well as organizational commitment, have a simultaneous and partial effect on organizational commitment. And Organizational Commitment affects employee performance
