Abstract

ABSTRAKBagi dunia perguruan tinggi khususnya perguruan tinggi keguruan masalah penguasaan ketrampilan mengajar bagi mahasiswa dan lulusannya menjadi suatu tantangan tersendiri. Tuntutan stake holder terhadap lulusan dari perguruan tinggi keguruan diharapkan untuk siap kerja. Oleh karena itu agar harapan tersebut dapat direalisaikan dengan sangat baik maka persiapan di kampus yani pembekalan ketrampilan mengajar harus dilakukan secra kompehensif dan berkesinambungan pada setiap semester mulai dari bobot teorinya sampai bobot prakteknya. Salah satu dari bagian pembelajaran tersebut yang harus disiapkan adalah pembelajaran micro teaching yang biasanya diberikan pada semester menjelang mahasiswa menempuh program praktek lapangan (PPL).  Terkait pembelajaran micro teaching ternyata beberapa permasalahan ditemukan oleh beberapa hasil studi dimana yang paling banyak adalah pada penguasaan yang rendah tentang ketrampilan dasar mengajar, materi, penguasaan kelas maupun sisi kreatifitas dalam pengajaran. Oleh karena itu maka banyak pendekatan dan model model pembelajaran micro teaching yang digunakan salah satunya adalah model Experiential Learning. Model ini menekankan pada sebuah model pembelajaran yang holistik dalam proses belajar. Dalam experiential learning, pengalaman mempunyai peran sentral dalam proses belajar. Dalam makalah ini konteks menyiapkan calon pendidik yang memiliki ketrampilan dalam pembelajaran yang baik maka perlu dikaji beberapa hal menyangkut: 1).bagaimana pendekatan konsep experiential learning ?2) bagaimana implemtasi experiential learning dalam micro teaching? Kata kunci: micro teaching, experiential learning.ABSTRACTFor the world higher education, especially college teacher tenure teaching skills for students and graduates become a challenge. Stakeholder demands for graduates of teacher training colleges are expected to be ready to work. Therefore, for these expectations can realiate very well the preparation on teacher collage  to equip teaching skills to do comprehensive  and continuous in each semester from the weight of theory to practice weight. One of the learning section that must be prepared is learning micro teaching is usually given in the semester before the students take field practice program. Related micro teaching learning turns out some of the problems found by some studies where the most is at the low mastery of basic skills teaching, materials, control of the classroom and the creativity in teaching. Hence the many approaches and models for micro teaching learning models used one of them is a model of Experiential Learning. This model emphasizes a holistic model of learning in the learning process. In experiential learning, the experience has a central role in the learning process. In this paper the context of preparing prospective teachers who have good skills in learning some things it needs to be studied with regard to: 1) .How to  approach the concept of experiential learning? 2) how to apply experiential learning in the micro teaching? Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop Microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups (practicality, efectiveness).The design of this research is development research and to carry out this research development methods will be used from Plomp which consists of five stages, namely: (1) the initial assessment stage, (2) the design stage, (3) the realization / construction stage, (4) the test, evaluation and revision stages, and (5) the implementation phase. Furthermore, to assess the quality of the Microteaching learning model based on Experiential Learning, Nieveen's criteria are used to fulfill practice, and effectiveness. The results of the study based on aspects of practicality namely management, lecturer and student activities towards learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups. with an overall average of 3.5 with very good indicators, the practicality criteria are very practical. Then the results of the above effectiveness data from the tabulation of student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires to learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups. with a good average learning outcome. The implications of this study will be able to improve the skills of final-level students when they implement a field experience  program at school.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan koperasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) yang tersebar di Kabupaten Tuban. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Path Analysis dengan model trimming. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; namun secara parsial kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan.Abstract: The Effect of Compensation, Competencies and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction and Performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, competencies and organizational commitment to employee’s job satisfaction and performance of cooperatives. The population in this study is all employees of KSP (Credit Unions/Loan and Saving Cooperative) in Tuban. Data analysis employed is path analysis with trimming model. The study's findings indicate that the compensation, competency and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Compensation, competencies, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s performance, but partially competence and job satisfaction do not has a significant effect on employee’s performance.Keywords: compensation, competency, organizational comitment, job satisfaction, employee’s performance

Abstract

One learning model that prioritizes direct experience is experiential learning. Experiential learning orientates learning to direct experience. This follows the objectives of microteaching courses. The purposes of the study were:  1. Developing a microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through models and groups to improve qualified teaching skills/practical and effective, 2. Developing supporting the administration of microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups to improve qualified teaching skills /practical, and effective.  This research used a developmental study using Plomp model, which consisted of five stages. Furthermore, to assess the quality of microteaching learning models based on experiential learning, Nieveen criteria was used to fulfil the practicality and effectiveness. The study results were based on the practical aspects of management, lecturer and student activities on learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups with an overall average of 3.5 with very good indicators. It had very practical implementation. The result of the effectiveness data analysis from student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire to microteaching learning, had good average learning outcomes. The effectiveness data analysis from student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire to microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups had good average learning outcomes.Keywords: Experiential Learning; Micro Teaching; Teaching Skills

Abstract

Asumsi yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya pandemi covid-19 membawa dampak pula pada perekonomian yaitu pada lemahnya perputaran modal yang digunakan oleh wirausaha (Usaha Kecil Mikro/UKM) khususnya yang tergabung dalam Unit Kredit Mikro (UKM) Koperasi Serba Pelayanan Keluarga Pendidikan (KSPKP) Tuban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan analisa kredit yang diambil oleh para wirausaha (Usaha Kecil Mikro/UKM) ditinjau dari tingkat kredit yang bermasalah atau Non Performing Loan (NPL). Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data diambil dari bulan Januari 2020 hingga Juli 2020 yaitu sebelum pandemi hingga era new normal. Selanjutnya data yang ada dimasukkan kedalam rumus yang telah ada dan dibandingkan dengan standart tingkat kesehatan kredit atau rasio NPL paling besar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus perpitungan NPL diperoleh hasil bahwa pada bulan Januari hingga Maret rata-rata tingkat NPL sebesar 3,8% (sangat sehat), pada bulan April hingga Juni rata-ratatingkat NPL sebesar 6,79%, dan pada bulan Juli sebesar 6,34%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pandemi membawa dampak pada perputaran modal Usaha Kecil Mikro sehingga pengurus beserta karyawan sangat selektif dalam memberikan kredit usaha

Abstract

Di saat Pademi Covid 19 yang belum selesai, yang menimbulkan beberapa dampak yang luar biasa, salah satunya diantaranya di sektor pendidikan yaitu kurangnya minat siswa siswa SMA untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang lebih tinggi atau ke perguruan tinggi. Adapun beberapa alasannya adalah karena keterbatasan biaya dan waktu serta dalam keseharian juga banyak siswa yang harus mencari penghasilan dalam membantu orang tua memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan meningkatkan motivasi para siswa untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi dengan meneruskan kuliah di perguruan tinggi dalam mengapai masa depan yang lebih baik kedepannya. Dalam pengabdian ini target luaran yang dicapai yaitu artikel yang dipublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan materi pembekalan dan motivasi serta dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab demi meningkatkan minat kuliah siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palang. Kegiatan Ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan mengedepankan Protokol Kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the zoom meeting application in improving learning during the pandemic. The method used in this research is as follows: qualitative research methods. Qualitative research as according to Creswell, that qualitative research is defined as an approach that aims to explore, and understand a dynamic. In addition, the data collection technique is through a list of questions distributed via the WhatsApp application. The result of this research is that the benefits of Information and Communication Technology (Zoom Meeting) have only been implemented during this Social Distancing era, thus requiring the lecture process to be conducted online. Lectures carried out using Zoom Meeting are considered less effective because they are often constrained by the availability of network/internet signals for students who do not use wifi and will have an impact on the quality of ongoing learning. The advantages of using Zoom Meetings are considered practical and efficient for students because by using Zoom Meetings, communication between students and lecturers is easier than communicating in writing or via short messages practical for students. Therefore, with the existence of the Zoom Meeting application, it is hoped that it can support students in terms of online-based learning and it is hoped that students can use this application as effectively as possible. Therefore, students and lecturers must understand each other in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. We must accept the dynamics in the Covid-19 pandemic era because this phenomenon is a step and encouragement for every university in utilizing technology-based learning and is also a step towards the industrial revolution 4.0. Changes in distance learning that are carried out in the form of online lectures, of course require time to be able to adapt lectures to the current situation because lectures are in online form, requires the availability of supporting instruments to support the continuity of the online learning process.

Abstract

This study has the following objectives: Specifically, this researcher aims to prove and analyze whether:Strategic Environment, Public Trust, and Entrepreneurial Orientation influenced on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance. The population is batik SMEs belonging to the Tuban batik center totaling 84 SMEs batik and samples using the snowball sampling method and the number of samples are 84. To retrieve data using the questionnaire method and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed the following findings: 1. The strategic environment has a significant effect on competitive advantage 2. Public trust has a significant effect on the competitive 3. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the competitive advantage 4. Strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, 5. The strategic environment has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 6. Public trust has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies,7. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 8. Competitive advantage has no significant effect on the performance of batik companies, 9. The strategic environment, public trust, and entrepreneurial orientation and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance.
