Abstract

Anthropometric measurements of the dimensions is the study of the human body. Anthropometric measurement difficulties caused by several factors: a) the size of the human body is very diverse and depend on age, gender, ethnicity, so some group work often demands certain requirements. Objective article focuses on the effort to design chairs Helicopter pilots Sykorski type S-76 based on the concept and principles of ergonomics. Some of the data required for the design work is based on the principle of the pilot seat with ergonomic support anthropometric data, among others, namely: Data Width backrest (LS), High backrest (TS), Wide Hips (LP), High Popliteal (TPL), popliteal Ass (PPL) which is supported by data size adult Indonesia (Central Jakarta Usahid student anthropometric data).  After the direct measurement data processing based on uniformity test data. Uniformity test is intended to homogenize the data in an Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL). Once all the data is uniform, followed by  testing the adequacy of the data to determine whether the data is uniform can represent all the data available with the provisions of N ´ N. If the test result data is uniform and meets the adequacy of the data, performed data sorting sizes from small to  the largest percentile calculations and used P5, P50 and P95 with a normal distribution method is to approach the average value using a 5% level of accuracy and level of 95% confidence. Based on the data obtained from the calculation can be done designing Helicopter pilot seat types Sykorski S-76 that meets the principles of ergonomics.

Abstract

Effort to minimize the cost of production companies in an effort to increase competitive advantage through a  number of ways to implement strategies to meet the minimum production costs demand. In this research is focused on aggregate production planning through several stages, namely: (1) forecasting product demand in the coming year, (2) aggregate production planning with reference to "equal demand and supply" at a minimal cost. Many methods in the aggregate production planning for the use of linear programming based optimization approach to obtain the optimal value with minimal cost. The final results of the  linear programming optimization approach based on the lowest available cost of U.S. $. 57,178,349. for a number of sports shoes demand 6,609,634 pieces

Abstract

Abstract

In Indonesia the safety program in construction projects has not been a concern of all parties because Indonesia is still listed as the country with the highest level ofaccidents. The number of accidents in Indonesia is also the highest in the ASEAN region. There are almost 32% of accident cases that occur in the construction sector involving all types of construction projects such as the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, dams and other constructions. One of the hazards of a construction activity is ergonomic hazards, so that from the phenomenon of ergonomic hazards that dominate and even escalate into workplace accidents in the construction sector, it is important to explore the role of ergonomics in preventing work accidents in the construction sector. At the Micro level, an important aspect that is the focus of this paper is the Implementation of Construction Works in the context of Macroergonomics in developing and implementing an Ergonomic Construction Management System. This Management System focuses on the focus of macroergonomics, namely aspects of Human, Technology, Organization and the Environment of the Company.  acroergonomic which covers organizational ergonomics and social ergonomics is the development of microergonomies that need attention in construction activities in Indonesia. Because of the still high number of construction work accidents, the government's efforts are to issue Construction SMK3 and other regulatory packages related to construction work safety. The Owner of the Construction Project must actively monitor and evaluate the implementation of the construction work not only on the dimensions of physical work and fulfillment of the technical requirements of the building but need to proactively monitor and evaluate safety performance, especially in the ergonomics field

Abstract

This journal is intended to apply laboratory research on an industrial scale that aims to: 1) identify potential workplace accidents, and 2) Implementation of ergonomics in the garment industry to increase productivity of workers and reduce occupational accidents. Therefore, in the methodology, non-experimental and observational research is conducted by observation of a number of subject variables based on the actual state (in nature), without any manipulation or intervention of the researcher, as this research approach used modeling system and simulation study where data, and the role that is displayed in the picture is translated in mathematics from a reality. The end result of this research 1) Identification of work accident potential can be divided into: a. Initial stage can be identified the initial condition, where the condition of the foot is burdened with body weight and unstable position during work back position many curved due to back aches and pains and Adverse effects for internal organs. b. Phase Improvement of observation after improvement of sitting position where in sitting position and standing position, sitting position where the foot is not burdened with body weight and stable position during work. While standing position where vertical vertical position and weight are balanced in two legs. Application in the industry for comparison of seated and standing working positions In the Garment Industry Seated and standing positions have biomechanical advantages, where the pressure on the spine and waist is 30% lower than the sitting position or standing position continuously. 2) The results of ergonomic application in the workplace / garment industry can increase the productivity of the workers: In the implementation of ergonomics, the initial improvement phase in the garment industry obtained a productivity increase of 28%; decreased cruelty; provide work convenience; reduced complaints against occupational health problems and increased worker income by 15% - 17%;

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the water heater industry (solar water heater) located in Bogor, West Java. Currently the company does not have a raw material inventory method, because the company does not have a fixed schedule for ordering raw materials, so there is often a vacuum of raw materials. WinQSB version2.0 is a quantitative management analysis software used to process data. Based on the results of data processing obtained a group of components that have the largest inventory costs, namely group A (Electric Heater, Thermostate, and ELCB). The value of economic order quantity (EOQ) 3208Pcs with a total cost of IDR 2,553,370,500, the amount of safety stock is 80Pcs, and the value of ROP (Reorder Point) is 497Pcs, which means the company must have 80 safety stock of raw materials each component and when the raw material stock reaches 497 must be re-ordered. The total cost with the Period Order Quantity (POQ) order quantity (Q) analysis is Rp2,611,285,900, and the total cost with the period order analysis is Rp2,541,200,900. So it is recommended to the company to implement an inventory system with an analysis of Period Order Quntity (POQ) based on the order period (P) because it can save inventory costs by Rp.182,563,934.

Abstract

Pengaturan penjadwalan tenaga kerja perawat di rumah sakit adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang menjadi salah satu beban bagi manajemen rumah sakit. Pembagian penjadwalan perawat menjadi sebuah tuntutan tersendiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya tenaga yang terbatas melalui optomasi, namun di era pandemic sekarang ini kebutuhan tenaga perawat kepada pasien harus tetap terpenuhi dengan jumlah pasien yang terus bertambah jumlahnya, bahkan sering tidak sebanding dengan tenaga perawat yang tersedia. Untuk itu dilakukan penerapan optimasi tentang analisa penjadwalan perawat dalam situasi keterbatasan jumlah perawat, disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan terhadap pasien sebagai usaha untuk mennyesuaikan jumlah perawat sesuai dengan penjadwalan kerja. Untuk itu dilakukan pendekatan optimalisasi kebutuhan perawat yang digunakan melalui metoda Gillies dan metoda Swanburg, sehingga dicapai kondisi yang ideal di suatu bangsal bedah rumah sakit X di Kuwait sebanyak 17 perawat, sementara pada penjadwalan ini menerapkan sistem 4 grup dengan 3 shift merupakan kondisi yang efektif diterapkan pada bangsal tersebut.
