Abstract

The latest medical developments use computers to help diagnose diseases, one of which is an expert system is a computer program that incorporates human knowledge. Nasal polyps are disorders of the nasal mucosa in the form of soft masses that can cause obstruction of the respiratory tract. This study was designed to help in diagnosing nasal polyps by using 18 symptoms as a measure to determine whether or not nasal polyps are infected. To increase the validity of the research, the Fuzzy Logic method was employed in its completion. Three steps make up the Fuzzy Logic method: the fuzzification, inference, and deffuzification procedures. This system provides questions about the symptoms experienced by the patient. Following the patient's responses to the queries they have, the system will display the results of a diagnosis of shark polyps. To gauge the degree of accuracy, Mean Percentage Absolute Error (MAPE) is employed as a relative metric. The measurement findings revelaed a tiny inaccuracy 9%, indicating that the study’s accuracy level had achieved 90,9%. The findings also demonstrated a relationship between the weight of the symptoms and the probability values NOT, POSSIBLE and CONFIDENT.

Abstract

The Youth and Sports Service (Dispora) of West Papua Province is one of the government offices in West Papua Province that is tasked with sports, one of which is managing athlete data from 7 districts. The problems that are often encountered are that information regarding athlete data, especially athlete achievement data, is often late and the data obtained does not cover all athlete data in West Papua Province because the data collection still uses Microsoft Excel. The purpose of this study is to create an information system that can assist in recording athlete data in West Papua Province based on a website using the Waterfall development method. The core of this method reveals the process of creating a system starting from System Analysis, System Design, Coding, System Testing. and Maintenance System. This study produces an integrated information system used by the Provincial Dispora and Regency Dispora, making it easier for the Provincial Dispora to obtain the athlete data needed.Keyword: System; Dispora; Athlete; Website; Waterfall AbstrakDinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dispora) Provinsi Papua Barat merupakan salah satu kantor pemerintahan di Provinsi Papua Barat yang bertugas di bidang keolahragaan salah satunya mengelola data atlet dari 7 kabupaten. Permasalahan yang sering ditemui yaitu informasi mengenai data atlet khususnya data atlet berprestasi sering terlambat dan data yang diperoleh belum mencakup seluruh data atlet di Provinsi Papua Barat dikarenakan pendataan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat membantu dalam pendataan atlet di Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode pengembangan waterfall digunakan dalam sistem ini. Inti dari metode ini mengungkap proses pembuatan sistem mulai dari Analisis Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Coding, Pengujian, Maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu sistem informasi terpadu yang digunakan oleh Dispora Provinsi dan Dispora Kabupaten, sehingga memudahkan Dispora Provinsi dalam memperoleh data atlet yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Mansinam Island is a historical island for Papuans. Mansinam Island tells the early history of Papuan society. Mansinam Island has tourism potential such as cultural, natural, marine and historical heritage tourism. However, this potential has not been used and has not been utilized properly, including in the dissemination of tourism information, so that tourists do not get enough information and do not know that Mansinam Island has so many tourist attractions. Seeing this problem, the researcher designed software that produces information using a website by making Laravel a framework. The design used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, with a system development method using the Research and Development (R&D) method. This research produces an information system that can make it easier for tourists, especially foreign tourists, to obtain information related to tourism on Mansinam Island, the distance from urban areas, and road maps to tourist locations.Keywords: System; Travel; Mansinam; Laravel; Website AbstrakPulau Mansinam adalah pulau bersejarah bagi warga papua. Pulau Mansinam menceritakan sejarah awal masayarakat Papua. Pulau Mansinam mempunyai potensi wisata seperti wisaya budaya, alam, bahari dan peninggalan sejarah. Akan tetapi potensi tersebut belum digunakan juga belum dimanfaatkan dengan semestinya termasuk dalam penyebarluasan informasi wisata, sehingga wisatawan kurang mendapatkan informasi dan tidak mengetahui bahwa Pulau Mansinam memiliki begitu banyak objek wisata. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka peneliti merancang perangkat lunak yang menhasilkan informasi menggunakan website dengan menjadikan Laravel sebagai framework. Perancangan yang digunakan adalah pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu memudahkan wisatawan khususnya wisatawan mancanegara dalam memperoleh informasi terkait wisata di Pulau Mansinam, jarak dari wilayah perkotaan, serta peta jalan menuju lokasi wisata.Â
