Abstract

Clove production in Tolitoli Regency, which is spread across all sub-districts, is a producer of cloves. The role of the Plantation Office in categorizing and mapping which sub-districts produces clove production is in the highest or last category. This study conducted grouping of clove-producing areas using the K-means algorithm clustering method, the K-means algorithm has a sensitive problem in determining the partition number of clusters (k), to determine whether the determined cluster is optimal, clustering evaluation is carried out with the Devies Bouldin Index (DBI). This study resulted in three groups producing the most, medium, and few cloves, the results of the evaluation with 3 clusters were optimal for the Devies Bouldin Index (DBI) of 0.390. It was found that the Districts of Damsel, Dampal Utara, Dondo, Basidondo, Lampasio, Dakopamean, and North Tolitoli were included in Cluster 1 (one), Baolan District, Galang into Cluster 2 (two), and Ogoideide in Cluster 3 (three).

Abstract

The research is aimed at designing a decision-making system for the determination of credit using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Determining the provision of credit is still done manually so it takes a long time for data processing, as well as the assessment made by the leadership in determining the feasibility of the loan is still subjective. The research design used is a structured Unified Modeling Language (UML) that consists of the design of model use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams, while programming languages use PHP, JavaScript, and MySql for database processing. The method used in obtaining results is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The result of the design of the decision-making system for the determination of credit using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), among others, provides the calculation of the expansion of credit and can provide a credit feasibility report for the customer who has filed.

Abstract

With the development of Information Technology, learning activities and the world have also changed. Every educational institution requires good governance in order to achieve the expected goals. Campus responsible for the use of Information Technology so that when damage occurs it is not handled properly and there is a risk of data security breaches and compliance with regulations which could be detrimental to the XYZ Campus. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations in the form of IT governance design using COBIT 2019 to help XYZ campus implement the prioritized programs contained in the RENSTRA document. Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The interview results show that the prioritized process domains are: EDM01, EDM03, EDM04, APO04, APO07, BAI05, BAI09, MEA04. Data analysis shows that the current IT process capability level is still on average at level 1, while the expected average is level 3 and 4, meaning that XYZ campus has not yet carried out most of the existing IT process activities so it requires a better IT governance design. appropriate to be used as a reference in realizing prioritized programs

Abstract

Peran perguruan tinggi dalam dunia pendidikan adalah untuk menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat luas. Salah satu bentuk penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan adalah melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.Program Studi Ilmu Komputer merupakan salah satu program studi di STMIK Kreatindo yang mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Manokwari memiliki Pendidikan tingkat Madrasah Ibtidayah, Madrasah Tsanawyah, Madrasah Aliyah. Sejak diberlakukannya pembelajaran daring oleh pemerintah, mata pelajaran TIK sudah tidak diajarkan lagi disekolah-sekolah untuk sementara waktu.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melakui pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman TIK siswa-siswi Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Manokwari sehingga dapat menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan TIK yang diberikan oleh guru kelas mereka. Mampu mengaplikasin tugas-tugas yang diberikan menggunakan database Ms. Access. Mampu membuat aplikasi sederhana menggunakan database Ms. Access. Membina kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak terkait, terutama pihak sekolah Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Manokwari.Kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanaan dengan cara hybrid yaitu offline dan online serta praktik langsung di ruang laboratorium Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Manokwari menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Office 2013. Dalam pelatihan ini, siswa-siswi mengikuti pelatihan dengan sangat antusias. Kemampuan dan pemahaman para siswa sangat baik dalam menerima materi yang telah diberikan. Hal ini terlihat ketika para siswa-siswi dapat menyelesaikan setiap tugas yang diberikan oleh pemateri. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, para siswa-siswi telah mengenal tools-tools dasar dari Ms. Access, memahami cara membuat database menggunakan Ms. Access kemudian ditampilkan menggunakan design view dan datasheet view, menyaring data menggunakan perintah dasar sql, membuat database menggunakan wizard, serta menampilkan laporan dari database.

Abstract

Areca nut is a plant that is cultivated by the people of Papua as a means of livelihood. Areca nut has many benefits, starting from the fruit, leaves, roots, and the economic value of betel nut is also quite good. The problem often encountered by areca cultivators is the damage caused by areca plant diseases, causing losses both in terms of yield and control. In this study, the expert system for diagnosing areca plant diseases uses the Certainty Factor method, the essence of this method is to measure whether it is certain or uncertain in diagnosing disease based on the type of disease and disease symptoms found in areca plants, there are 8 types of areca plant diseases, namely spotting and yellowing, red leaf rust, stem base rot, fruit rot, shoot rot, root rot, flower and leaf fall and stunted plants. With the problems that occur, researchers will create an expert system that can help areca nut cultivators in diagnosing diseases in areca palm plants, it is hoped that this system can help areca cultivators by applying the Certainty Factor method which adopts expert knowledge into a computerized system so that the system can solve problems like an expert.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to socialize the importance of choosing a college major, as well as being able to make better use of technology in determining the ideal choice of major. This activity was carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari, which was attended by class XII students located in Manokwari Regency. This activity was carried out well followed by the students' responses so that discussion occurred. The results of the activity are students' knowledge about the importance of continuing their studies at university, it is important to choose a major that is in line with technological developments.

Abstract

Abstract The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) is an identity card for National Health Insurance participants which is managed by the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). KIS is a program whose members are taken from underprivileged communities and the provision of cards is determined by the government and payment of contributions is borne by the government. However, sometimes in society there are many discrepancies in who is entitled to receive assistance and who is not entitled to receive assistance because the selection is still manual and based on recommendations from the government. This is the background that gave rise to the idea of ​​creating a decision support system that could serve as a recommendation for selecting people who are entitled to receive KIS. The research design used is a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The method used to carry out the selection process and obtain results is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the design provide calculation results for the ranking of those entitled to receive KIS, providing reports on people who are and are not entitled to receive KIS.

Abstract

This Community service activities "Provision of Natural Disaster Assistance for Landslides in Mbenti Village, Minyambaouw District" were carried out on July 1, 2024. The activity was carried out as a form of concern from lecturers and students of STMIK Kreatindo Manokwari for the victims of the landslide. The assistance distributed was in the form of basic necessities and clothing. The purpose of this community service activity is to help ease the material and moral burden of the victims of the landslide. The activity was divided into two stages, namely: fundraising and distribution of assistance. The results of providing assistance to the community were very happy and enthusiastic in receiving assistance and the victims were able to raise a new spirit in being active in the midst of the landslide that hit.

Abstract

The marketing information system for small and medium enterprises (SMES) based on the village of Bulukumba district Tritiro is expected to be able to provide a picture of information and transaction sales of products at UKM Konjo roof. The research aims to: (1) Designing a marketing information system for small and medium enterprises (SMES) based websites in the village of Tritiro Bulukumba District, (2) implementing a marketing system of small and medium enterprises (SMES) based websites on the village Tritiro. This method of research is conducted using interview methods, observations and documentation. System design is done with the modeling language using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) consisting of Use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. While the programming used is HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), JQUERY using a MySQL database. Testing the program using the Blackbox method as the final stage in the creation of this application, with the test results free of logic errors. This results showed that with the information system of marketing of small and Medium enterprises (SMES) based website in the village of Tritiro Bulukumba District can facilitate the crowd see the products contained in certain SMES and can make purchases of products for South Sulawesi region and Admin in processing product purchases from customers and view sales reports. As for the features that appear on the website are the homepage, SME village Tritiro, shopping products, about and login menu for customers and admins

Abstract

Abstract Website-based Smilax cream sales information system at PT. Cenderawasi emas construction of an online and computerized sales system that is expected to be able to reach sales broadly making it easier to promote products to consumers' sales management. Making this information system uses the waterfall research method, in the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing to maintenance, this information system is made using the programming languages PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. The system built can provide complete information about sales, product stock, and customers. So that the system that is built becomes a company tool for conducting sales activities. Based on the results of testing and implementation, it can be concluded that the Sales Information System for Cream Smilax at PT. Cendrawasih Emas Construction can be managed properly and meet the needs of the company.
