Abstract

Many studies have proved that market orientation has an influence on marketing performance,but it is considered a market orientation is not sufficient to improve marketing performance.Market orientation will be able to improve marketing performance when combined with organizationallearning, but the role of organizational learning in the convert market orientationinto marketing performance is unclear. By integrating variables of organizational learning asa single entity-market orientation-organizational learning- innovation, competitive advantagemarketing performance in a study as one is expected to clarify the role of learning in the convertmarket orientation into marketing performance has been deemed not clear.Keyword: Organizational Learning, Market Orientation, Competitive Advantage and Marketing Performance

Abstract

Batik Purbalingga has a promising role to increase society’s welfare in Purbalingga. This studyaims at investigating the problems of and formulating a competitive strategy for Purbalingga Batik,using an Analytical Hierarchy Process. It uses Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threatsand Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix to formulate a competitive strategy for Purbalingga Batik.It finds that the operational factor, human resources, marketing, financial and business environmentare constraints to the formulating process, with operational factor as the dominant one. Itsuggests that the Strength-Opportunity is the appropriate tool to develop a competitive strategy forPurbalingga Batik.Keywords: Competitive strategy, analytical hierarchy process, quantitative strategic planning matrix,purbalingga batikJEL classification numbers: D21, D22

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas dan juga menganalisis biaya berpindah sebagai variabel moderasi antara nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas.Untuk meguji model empiris, digunakan analisis regresi dan uji Chow varibel moderasi sub group. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pengguna operator IM3 di Purwokerto.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas biaya berpindah tidak memoderasi hubungan antara nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas. Kata Kunci: Nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, danbiaya berpindah. Abstract Puposes of this study were to analyze the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction, customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyaltyas well as to analyze switching cost as moderation variable between customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. To test the empirical models, regression analysis and Cho-test sub-group moderation variable are used. Sample size of this research were 100 IM3 operator user in Purwokerto.The results showed that customer value have positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer value and customer satisfaction have positive effect on customer loyalty, and switching cost are not moderated the relationship between customer value and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. Abstract

Regression parameter estimation is mainly used to describe the effect of dependent variable to the response variable. On development of it, parameter estimation is also used to case of multivariate regression. Seemingly Unrelated Regression model is one of regression multivariate cases which has especially assumption, i.e., correlation between errors on the multivariate regression. Robust S is one of robust estimation methods. This estimation can be resistant in presence of outlier in the data. In this research, we studied about parameter estimation for Seemingly Unrelated Regression model using robust S. We applied the model obtained to General Electric and Westinghouse data from 1935 to 1954

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure KPPI in Purbalingga Regency performance increase. Primary data was collected using proportional random sampling. Sample of this research consist of 325 respondents. The result of this research shown that KPPI in Purbalingga Regency was perform well to their society with gave satisfying service.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze the influence of using formalin to consumer’s tofu perception in Purwokerto. Primary data was collected using questionnaire. Sample of this research consist of 110 tofu consumer’s in Purwokerto. The analysis’ tool that used is non parametric statistic (Binomial test, Cochran test and Mc-Nemar test) with the help of SPSS Version 11 th.00 Software. The result of this research shown that tofu is associated with formalin by consumer. Variables that considered by consumers in buying tofu before break out of formalin issue are tenderness, color, smell, durability, esthetic performance, producers, seller and price. But after the break out of formalin issue, the variables that considered by consumers in buying tofu are tenderness, color, smell, durability and producers. Formalin issue make consumer worry to eat tofu, but level of switching tofu consumer’s to other product is low.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the feasibility of granodiorit mining in Baseh, Kedung Banteng, Banyumas Regency. Several aspecst that analysed in this research are market aspect, technology aspect, production aspect, management aspect, and financial aspect. Market aspect, technology aspect, production aspect, management aspect, analysed by descriptive-comparative analysis while financial aspect is analyzed by investment criterion analysis: Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Index Profitability (PI), and Internal Rate of Return ( IRR). Based on the analyzis, it can be concluded that granodiorir mining in Baseh, Kedung Bandeng, Banyumas regency is feasible to be executed.

Abstract

In the condition of the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, many people have lost their jobs because the government has implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and social distancing policies in all regions in Indonesia which have an impact on the economic decline, and many companies are laying off workers. but in the bird cage craft industry, Jaya continues to produce bird cage crafts and does not carry out Termination of Employment (PHK) on employees. The bird cage craft industry is one of the business actors in the creative economy sector. In a business, of course, there are internal and external company problems that have an impact on a business. This study aims to find out what strategies can develop the Creative Economy of jaya bird cage crafts during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research conducted is a field research with the research location in Banjarsari Village in November 2020-June 2021. The data collection method is in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. To systematically identify various factors and formulate a company's strategy using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Creative Economy development strategy during the covid-19 pandemic of the jaya bird cage industry is to continue to increase production, increase bookkeeping and skill training for employees, improve product quality, and increase promotions using various social media. With the creative industry of the Jaya Bird Cage craft, it adds to the contribution to aspects of people's lives
