Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the factors that affect Muslim customers' satisfaction and loyalty in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Customers of restaurants in Yogyakarta are all Muslims. Non-probability sampling was administered to collect data and total of 120 questionnaires were collected. Questionnaires were delivered directly to the target respondents both in person and online by employing a Google form. The Statistical Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical analysis tool, available in IBM® SPSS® Amos, was administered to determine the data. The study's findings demonstrate that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by product quality, service quality, and halal certification. In addition to that, customer loyalty is significantly influenced by customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty is directly impacted by factors such as product quality and service quality, but halal certification does not possess a positive or significant direct impact on loyalty. Halal assurance must pass through the satisfaction intervening variable before having an impact on loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, brand image terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian secara empiris dilakukan dengan survey lapangan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan mereka yang secara terpilih (self selection) dan secara sukarela (volunteer) bersedia sebagai sampel. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 307 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden sasaran melalui media tatap muka langsung dan melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Versi AMOS. Hasil penelitian dapat menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Brand image dan kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh negatif. Kualitas produk dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh negatif. Kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif. Brand image dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan loyalitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the use of games and the intention of buying in e-commerce. The data used is quantitative, with the population of Indonesian people who have played games in e-commerce. The data was collected using the nonprobability sampling method through the Google Form of 300 respondents. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel version 8.80. To produce a fit model, this correlated study errors based on modification indices. Thus, the study concluded that utilitarian benefits and time/effort do not affect their attitude toward gaming use, but hedonic benefits and social values do affect their attitude toward gaming use, and the attitude toward gaming use has a positive effect on the intention of buying.

Abstract

During Covid-19, consumers are more likely to shop online to avoid physical contact. Consumers are even getting used to shopping for basic needs online. Social distancing policies have encouraged the business sector to better leverage digital potential. This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-wom) on purchase intentions through e-commerce. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents online, and 205 samples were collected for analysis. The data were then analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis using SPSS and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS. The results of the study found that Ewom had a positive effect on online purchase intentions through e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of hedonic values and utilitarian values on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions. This study also examines the effect of consumer attitudes on purchase intention. This study conducted a survey of consumers at a coffee shop in Purwokerto. A pilot test was conducted on 30 initial respondents to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Respondents who participated in this study were 200 Coffee Shop consumers in Purwokerto. Hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the analysis conclude that hedonic values and utilitarian values are statistically proven to have a positive and significant influence on attitudes and purchase intentions; Besides that, this study also proves that attitude has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to examine marketing communications and life style on purchase intention. This study conducted a survey of consumers on beauty products from the Something brand. A pilot test was conducted on 30 initial respondents to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Respondents who participated in this study were 200 consumers of Something brand beauty products. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that marketing communications and life style are statistically proven to have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in beauty products from the Something brand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect analysis of service quality, price, and promotions on customer satisfaction and loyalty on Spotify premium users. The analysis used was the AMOS application program version 26.0. This research was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is a causality study with variables including service quality, price, and promotions and dependent variables including customer satisfaction and loyalty. The population used is all Spotify premium users in Indonesia. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 235 respondents and analyzed using the SEM approach. The results of data analysis show that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Halal Logo and Religiosity on Generation Z's Halal Cosmetics Purchase Intention in Indonesia. The analysis used uses the AMOS version 26.0 application program. This research was conducted in Indonesia. This research is causality research with independent variables including Halal Logo and Religiosity and dependent variables including attitude and purchase intention. The population used is all generation z halal cosmetic consumers in Indonesia. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 205 respondents and analyzed using the SEM approach. The results of data analysis show that the halal logo and attitude have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Halal logo has a positive and significant effect on attitude. Religiosity has a negative and insignificant effect on attitude. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of memorable tourism experience variables and destination image on tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit beach tourism in the Special Region of Yogyakarta by developing Stimulus - Organism - Response literature. This research is quantitative and conducted using a survey method. Primary data in this research were obtained through Google Forms and 225 respondents with purposive sampling. Techniques were used to test the proposed model-data analysis using a co-variance-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 25 Software. The results show a direct influence of memorable tourism experiences and destination images on tourist satisfaction and revisit intentions. Tourist attraction managers can use the results of this research to add to the memorable experience of tourists and improve a good image of the attraction to increase tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit

Abstract

This research is generally to determine whether there is an influence of the variables of Location, Price, Satisfaction, and Service Quality on customer loyalty at Guest Houses in Yogyakarta. Specifically, this research aims to analyze the influence of location on customer loyalty, the influence of location on customer satisfaction, the influence of price on customer loyalty, the influence of price on customer satisfaction, the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. The number of samples used in this research was 260 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method which is done by convenience sampling. Data analysis was quantitatively descriptive and SEM analysis using AMOS 25.0. The results of this research indicate that location, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and location, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Yogyakarta Guest House.
