Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh media pembelajaran power point dan media pembelajaran video dalam pembelajaran daring baik secara langsung atau bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan korelasi, dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V SD Kecamatan Tikala. Unit populasi berjumlah 79 siswa, dan sampel 44. Data variabel X1 dan X2 dikumpulkan menggunakan angket yang telah diuji kevaliditasan dan realibilitasnya, data variabel Y dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu data nilai ulangan semester ganjil. Teknik analisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas dan uji linearitas serta uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana untuk hipotesis 1 dan 2 dan analisis regresi berganda untuk hipotesis 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran power point dan media pembelajaran video dalam pembelajaran daring baik secara langsung dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD. Oleh sebab itu diharapkan dalam memaksimalkan sebuah pembelajaran guru harus kreatif menggunakan media pembelajaran yang merupakan alat bantu guru menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran yang memaksimalkan hasil belajar dan bersinergi pada prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Biology is one of the materials of science. Biology as a science subject has different principles from other science subjects. It has many concepts contained in biology. One of the complex biological materials found in biology that is difficult for students to understand is material about the classification of living things. Apart from that, the material on the classification of living things generally uses terms that are difficult for students to understand. Therefore, it is necessary to identify concepts in the material for the classification of living things that students have not or have not understood. This research aims to analyze the understanding of the concept of classification of living things in class VI students at SD Negeri 14 Manado. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique, with a total of 48 students. This research was carried out by giving multiple choice test questions with open reasoning. Data was analyzed quantitatively. The results of the research showed that class VI students at SD Negeri 14 Manado experienced a level of understanding of concepts in the low category. Low understanding of concepts includes concepts about the characteristics of living things 41.66%; basic classification of living things 25.00%; 12.50% determination of key concepts; monera and protista group 16.93%; characteristics of Kingdom Fungi 21.88%; Kingdom Plantae features 20.83%; the difference between mosses, ferns and seed plants is 18.23%; characteristics of Kingdom Animalia 9.38% and differences between Vertebrate and Invertebrate animals 16.02

Abstract

Menjadikan peserta didik sebagai individu yang kreatif merupakan suatu tantangan bagi kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan. Dikatakan sebagai tantangan karena mengembangkan potensi kreatif peserta didik dan menjadi pribadi yang berkarakter kreatif merupakan salah satu dimensi tujuan pendidikan nasional dan juga merupakan salah satu dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Kepemimpinan Kreatif Kepala Sekolah pada SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat. Hasil peneltian : 1). Kepemimpinan kreatif kepala sekolah terbentuk atas perilaku kepala yang memfasilitasi kreativitas guru dan perilaku kepala sekolah yang mengarahkan perwujudan visi kreatif melalui kerja guru. Perilaku kepala sekolah yang memfasilitasi kreativitas guru ditunjukkan melalui motivasi eksternal dan motivasi internal. Perilaku kepala sekolah yang mengarahkan perwujudan visi kreatif melalui kerja guru ditunjukkan melalui komunikasi langsung dan komunikasi tidak langsung. 2). Faktor-faktor penentu kepemimpinan kreatif kepala sekolah terdiri atas faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat. Faktor penentu yang berfungsi penunjang ditunjukkan melalui karakteristik kepala sekolah, karakteristik guru, ketaatan beragama, dan otonomi dan kewenangan. Faktor penentu yang berfungsi penghambat ditunjukkan melalui karakteristik kepala sekolah, karakteristik guru, karakteristik kebijakan, dan karakteristik lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Kreatif, Kepala Sekolah, SMP Negeri 2 Aifat Kabupaten Maybrat.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran dalam bidang pendidikan sangat penting karena keberadaannya saling berinterkasi dengan berbagai komponen lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengelolaan media pembelajaran pada pada SD YPPK ST. Petrus Ayawasi di Kabupaten Maybrat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian 1). Perencanaan media pembelajaran adalah sebagai suatu proses yang dimulai dari indentifikasi kebutuhan, penetapan prioritas, dan penetapan rencana program dan anggaran sebagai hasil perencanaan yang disebut rencana strategis sekolah baik yang berjangka waktu menengah dan tahunan; proses perencanaan media pembelajaran melibatkan guru-guru; pembiayaan media pembelajaran bersumber dari dana BOS; dan media pembelajaran yang direncanakan untuk diadakan adalah buku siswa, buku guru, buku pelajaran, dan buku referensi.  2). Pelaksanaan media pembelajaran dilakukan dalam bentuk kepala sekolah memberi dorongan kepada guru dalam menggunaan atau memanfaatkan media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar; penggunaan atau pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar di kelas; dan penyimpanan kembali media pembelajaran oleh guru. 3). Pengawasan media pembelajaran dilakukan kepala sekolah melalui pemantauan dan evaluasi; teknik pemantauan yang digunakan yakni mengecek dalam dokumen RPP guru tentang jenis media yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas; kepala sekolah mengecek di tempat penyimpanan media; dan kepala sekolah melakukan evaluasi dengan teknik non tes yakni mewawancarai kemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran melalui guru. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Media Pembelajaran, SD YPPK St. Petrus Ayawasi Kabupaten Maybrat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Center of Excellence vocational high school program at SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan. The research method used is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The subjects of this study were the principal, the head of the program committee, the head of the Light Vehicle Engineering expertise program, several productive teachers, several students of the industrial program, the business world and the world of work. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that; 1) The evaluation of the program from the context aspect is stated to be very good and effective because it has been implemented in accordance with the legal basis, policies, and guidelines of the Directorate General of Vocational Education; 3) The evaluation of the program from the input aspect is stated to be very good and effective in terms of improving the quality of human resources in this case educators and students, the procurement of facilities/infrastructure that meets the standards of the world of work, and effective financing in supporting each component of the program; 2) The evaluation of the program from the process aspect is stated to be very good and effective in terms of the implementation process of internal teachers, students of field work practices, and industrial classes. Through partnerships with industrial programs, the business world and the world of work, the implementation of teaching and learning activities both in schools and in industry allows students to experience learning experiences as they work in the world of work, so that when they graduate they will become competent ready-to-use workers according to their field of expertise; 4) Evaluation of the program from the product aspect is stated to be good in terms of the absorption of graduates in the world of work. Based on the data collected, it was found that not 100 percent of students who graduated were immediately absorbed in the world of work. Although some continued to college and became entrepreneurs, of the graduates who had completed their education, there were still some who had not worked.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of educational supervision in the 21st century with a focus on the social dynamics between teachers, students, and institutional authorities. The approach used in this study is qualitative through literature studies, by reviewing various previous studies that are relevant to understanding changes in educational supervision practices. The results of the study show three main findings: first, collaboration-based supervision has a positive impact on the relationship between supervisors and teachers, and improves teaching effectiveness. Second, the integration of technology in supervision allows for more efficient and data-based supervision, although it poses challenges related to privacy. Third, the mental well-being of teachers and students is a priority in effective supervision, which has an impact on improving the overall quality of education. This study suggests that changes in the educational supervision model must prioritize collaboration, technology, and well-being to create a more inclusive and productive educational environment.

The approach used in this study is qualitative through literature studies, by reviewing various previous studies that are relevant to understanding changes in educational supervision practices.
