Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di desa Sea Kecamatan Pineleng ini bertujuan untuk membantu para ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam kelompok usaha “Majelis Taklim” untuk memberikan solusi dari masalah yang dialami oleh kelompok usaha. Masalah yang dihadapi kelompok ini adalah ketidakteraturan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang diterima dari Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MP). Selain itu masalah overstock dan promosi juga dialami kelompok dalam hal perluasan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Dari hasil kegiatan, kelompok usaha ini dapat mengelola keuangan dengan baik, dapat menekan biaya produksi agar tidak kelebihan stok dan dapat memperluas usaha dengan cara promosi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di peroleh di BEI selama 5 tahun berturut-turut yaitu laporan keuangan periode tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode penentuan jumlah sampel yang di ambil secara acak berdasarkan kriteria –kriteria tertentu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 151 perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 perusahaan.Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kupon obligasi, likuiditas obligasi, profitabilitas terhadap imbal hasil obligasi korporasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Imbal hasil yang diterima investor dari investasi obligasi selalu berfluktuasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan jenis penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan model Random Effect serta menggunakan bantuan Eviews 10 untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 perusahaan yang menerbitkan obligasi korporasi dengan 1165 obligasi dalam yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2019 dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kupon obligasi (CPN) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Imbal Hasil Obligasi (YTM) dengan koefisien sebesar 324.0467 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0008. Likuiditas obligasi (FR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Imbal Hasil Obligasi (YTM) dengan koefisien sebesar -0.001973 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.2991 .Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Imbal Hasil Obligasi (YTM) dengan koefisien sebesar -0.018929 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.5279.Kata Kunci : kupon obligasi, likuiditas obligasi, profitabilitas, imbal hasil obligasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of managerial ownership and firm size on debt policy in the perspective of agency theory. This research uses industrial samples of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and data collection techniques are panel data (cross-section and time series). The analysis tool used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model (FEM) approach. Based on the test results show that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Company Size has a negative impact but insignificant on debt policy. The results of this study have the potential for agency conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the investment variable on corporate value. Next will examine the effect non-monotonic of managerial ownership on corporate value. The sample used in this study is a consumer goods industry sector company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2012-2016). Data collection through time series and cross sectional. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is panel data regression. Based on the hausman test, the suitable approach in this study is random effect model (REM). The results of the research obtained indicate that the investment variable has a negative coefficient but is not significant for the corporate value variable. At the level of low managerial ownership is obtained positive and significant to the value of the company, while managerial ownership at a high level or managerial ownership squared shows a negative coefficient on corporate value but not significant. These results indicate that managerial ownership variables have a non-monotonic effect on corporate value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the new normal and arrange materials for their economic empowerment in the Matuari District, Bitung City. After conducting a content development, the MSME economic empowerment material product was successfully compiled with the Four D development process, with the stages of problem identification and analysis of development needs, prototype design and material, product testing, and product revision. The material developed is the economic empowerment of MSMEs with an outline of characteristics and principles of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, how to get business capital, family financial management, and online marketing. The trial of this MSME economic empowerment material is highly effective.

Abstract

Profitability is a measure of a company's success in making a profit. The objectives of this study are: (1) to test and analyze whether profitability is affected by working capital, and (2) to test and analyze whether profitability is affected by debt policy. This research uses quantitative research methods, using a sample of 12 automotive and components companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 to 2017 with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses panel data with multiple regression. The results obtained indicate that working capital has a negative and not significant effect on profitability, as well as debt policy variables have a negative but not significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment on firm value, as well as the influence of non-monotonic managerial ownership on firm value. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2012 to 2016. The technique of collecting data is panel data (Time Series and Cross sectional), while the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is panel data regression with a random effect model (REM) approach. Based on the test results indicate that investment has a negative and not significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on firm value, while squared managerial ownership has a negative but not significant effect on firm value. The results of this study have a non monotonic relationship between managerial ownership and firm value even though it is not significant. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan menganalisis kebutuhan dalam pengembangan pengembangan materi kewirausahaan bagi nelayan pesisir desa Rerer Kecamatan Kombi Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan Teknik penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis  persentase. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 orang nelayan tradisional pesisir di Desa Rerer Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nelayan pesisir Desa rerer kabupaten minahasa sangat membutuhkan akan pelatihan lewat pemberian materi kewirausahaan yabg berbasis pesisir. Materi-materi yang dimaksud terkait dengan karakteristik wirausaha berbasis pesisir dan laut, pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen usaha berbasis pesisir, pengelolaan produk olahan ikan dan hasil laut, serta pengelolaan usaha ekowisata berbasis pesisir. Hasil penelitian dengan metode survey, focus group discussion serta wawancara  mendalam di hasilkan bahwa sebagian besar nelayan pesisir Desa Rerer kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa sangat membutuhkan literasi kewirausahaan yang berbasis pesisir sebagai modal untuk alternative mata pencaharian mereka selain menjadi nelayan. Kata Kunci: Analisis kebutuhan, Kewirausahaan nelayan, Literasi Kewirausahaan Pesisir
