Abstract

Ikan Nila (oreochormis niloticus) yang berasal dari Taiwan sudah sejak tahun 1969 dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Kualitas air yang kurang baik mengakibatkan pertumbuhan ikan menjadi lambat. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi ialah kualitas air yang buruk, ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai penyakit pada ikan, seperti jamur, dan penyakit lainnya, beberapa diantaranya dapat menyebabkan hilangnya nafsu makan ikan dan berujung pada kematian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatkan jumlah keuntungan dan mengurangi angka kematian ikan. Adanya alat pengontrol air tersebut dapat mengurangi angka kematian rata-rata rentan dari bulan Oktober-Maret sebesar 5,6% sedangkan setelah di pasang alat pengontrol air mengalami penurunan yaitu sebesar 3,4% untuk satu kolam yang berisi 500 ekor ikan nila.

Abstract

Gastric pain is a symptom felt as heartburn caused by inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Electroacupuncture and moxibustion therapy are therapeutic methods that have significant results in reducing gastric pain. This study aimed to determine the effect and difference of electroacupuncture therapy ST 36, ST 25, ST 21, CV 12 with electroacupuncture at points ST 36, ST 25, ST 21, CV 12 and CV 8 moxibustion on cases of gastric pain in Kutoharjo Village. Quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. A sample of 30 subjects was divided into 2 groups given electro-acupuncture therapy and electroacupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion. Pain scale was measured using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after intervention. Data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests. The results showed a significant decrease in the NRS pain scale after intervention in both groups (p<0.050). The Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference between the two groups (p = 0.009), with the electroacupuncture group with CV 8 moxibustion showing a more significant reduction in pain than the electroacupuncture group. Wilcoxon test showed a significant reduction in pain scale in both groups (p<0.001). This study shows that electroacupuncture with CV 8 moxibustion is more effective than electroacupuncture in reducing the gastric pain scale. These results show a significant value, which can be taken into consideration to reduce gastric pain.

Abstract

Perkembangan aktivitas masyarakat yang tinggi di kawasan Gedebage dilengkapi dengan fasilitas publik strategis seperti masjid ikonik Al-Jabbar, stadion berkapasitas besar Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA), dan stasiun kereta Cimekar regional yang mendukung konektivitas menciptakan tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan fasilitas parkir dan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data survei lapangan dan membangun model demand transportasi terpadu untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas parkir di ketiga lokasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan mencakup survei primer (jumlah kendaraan, durasi parkir dan asal- tujuan perjalanan) dan penerapan model empat tahap (trip generation, trip distribution, mode choice dan route assignment). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lonjakan volume kendaraan terjadi pada waktu-waktu puncak, seperti hari besar keagamaan, pertandingan sepak bola dan jam sibuk kerja. Model simulasi yang dibangun berhasil memproyeksikan kebutuhan parkir dan distribusi moda transportasi secara dinamis. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan strategi manajemen parkir berbasis zonasi dan integrasi moda transportasi. Studi ini diharapkan menjadi dasar perencanaan transportasi kawasan yang berkelanjutan dan efisien, khususnya untuk fasilitas umum dengan kepadatan aktivitas tinggi.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce drives the need to understand customer opinions through sentiment analysis to improveservice quality. Tokopedia and TikTok Shop as popular e-commerce platforms provide a review feature that can be asource of data to analyze consumer perceptions. This study aims to compare the performance of two text classificationalgorithms, namely Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM), in analyzing the sentiment of customer reviews takenfrom the TikTok Tokopedia Seller Center dataset. The research method used is a computational experiment with aquantitative approach. The dataset used is sourced from the Kaggle site and is available in clean and labeled conditions(positive and negative). Model evaluation is done by measuring accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score. The results showthat Naive Bayes is superior with 97.50% accuracy and 84.00% F1-score, compared to SVM which obtained 94.90%accuracy and 76.80% F1-score. Thus, Naive Bayes is considered more effective for sentiment analysis of e-commercecustomer reviews

Abstract

Joint disorders are common in the knee and result in pain and limitation of motion. Knee pain can signi-ficantly reduce people's quality of life. This disorder can be complained of starting from a productive age to the elderly. The etiology of knee pain is complex, one of which is the age factor. Acupuncture therapy can reduce several cases of musculoskeletal disorders, one of which is knee pain. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of knee infrared therapy with ear acupuncture and local point electroacupuncture on the pain scale in knee pain patients at Puskesmas Baki Sukoharjo. This study used a type of quantitative research with a “Quasi-Experimental” research design. This study was divided into two treatment groups, namely the first group of ear acupuncture therapy combined with knee infrared, and the second group of local point electroacupuncture. This study started from February to March 2025 for 4 weeks and was conduct¬ed at Puskesmas Baki Sukoharjo. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a ρ value of 0.001, and the Mann-Whitney test obtained a ρ value of 0.011. These results indicate that there is an effect of a combination of knee infrared therapy with ear acupuncture and local point electroacupuncture on the pain scale in knee pain patients at Puskesmas Baki Sukoharjo. This means ear acupuncture therapy combined with knee infrared and local point electroacupuncture on knee pain cases showed significant results in reducing the pain scale (VAS) in patients at Puskesmas Baki Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most significant health problems in the world. This condition is characterized by increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure that can lead to serious complications such as heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. Treatment of hyper­tension generally uses anti-hypertensive drugs, but long-term use may cause side effects. This research is a quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental design. The research subjects amounted to 40 people who were divided into two groups. Group I acupuncture therapy and group II acupuncture and cupping therapy. The results of data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.004. This shows that the p<0.05 value means that cupping combination acupuncture therapy is effective in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Simpang Luas Village, Sungai Are District, Ogan Komerig Regency, South Ulu.

Abstract

Obesity is a problem in various countries, not only in developed countries but also in developing countries. Central obesity occurs due to excessive fat accumulation in the upper body, especially in the abdomen, which is generally in men and is characterized by an increase in waist circumference. Central obesity occurs due to excessive adipocyte expansion which can cause hypoxia and oxidative stress, resulting in further inflammation. Obesity can cause coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, insulin resistance, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), hyperlipidemia and cancer. This study aims to determine glycemic and inflammatory markers and obtain acupuncture therapy models in obesity cases. This study was designed as a quasi-experiment using the Pre-Post Design with obesity cases. The study was conducted in 3 stages (three years). Each series of acupuncture therapy was carried out 8 times. This study was conducted in three series (for 3 years, each year 1 series of acupuncture therapy). Haematologic and lipid examinations were carried out 2 times before therapy and after the 8th therapy in the first year. Liver function tests, insulin hormone tests and HBA1C tests were performed twice before therapy and after the 8th therapy in the second year. Kidney function tests were performed twice before therapy and after the 8th therapy in the third year. Laboratory results were analyzed using SPPS 23 statistical software to see their significance. Laboratory values were used in mathematical modeling to obtain the right acupuncture therapy model for obesity cases.
