Abstract

Planning structure can be defined as a mix betweenart and science combined with intuition expert structure of the behavior of the structure with the basic knowledge in statics, dynamics, mechanics of material, and analysis, to produce a structure economical and safe, during services. (Agus Setiawan , 2008). Over time and the times in Indonesia humans can innovate to design buildings with some more modern building style. In addition in designing a building structure, we need a few materials that can be used as an ingredient implementation.Structural material that can be used includes wood, bamboo, concrete, steel, or any other supporting material. As well as on building construction projects K.H. Muhammad Machdor Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon Campus 2 by using concrete construction. Planning the contruction of its own building structure refers to the regulation SNI 1727-2013 and Pedoman Perencanaan Pembebanan Untuk Rumah dan Gedung 1987regarding the imposition? and use of seismic regulations stipulated in SNI 1726-2012. The preparation and the planning itself is assisted using modelingExtended Three Dimension Analisys of Building System ETABS v.9.5.0.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) cases are increasing every year, IDF 2021 data shows DM cases aged 20-79 years with a total of 537 million people (10,5%), predicted to continue to increase in 2030 to 643 million people (11,3%) . DM sufferers can basically live a normal life if they follow four pillars, one of which is complying with education. It is important for patients to receive education in choosing foods that contain a low glycemic index because they are more slowly absorbed by the body into glucose, so that glucose levels in the body become more controlled. DM sufferers are advised to consume foods with a low glycemic index because these foods are more slowly absorbed by the body into glucose so that glucose levels in the body are more controlled. The more often DM patients receive education, the better their behavior, especially in choosing foods with a low glycemic index. Objectives: Knowing the effect of providing food glycemic index education on blood glucose levels in type 2 DM patients at Palembang Social Health Center. Methods: The research was carried out at the Palembang Social Health Center for 5 months, namely August to November 2021. Data was collected through measurements, namely body weight and height, interviews in the form of 3x24 hour recall and measurement of blood glucose levels. The type of research used is quantitative research using a Quasi Experimental research design. The research used a pretest and posttest with control group design with 46 respondents. The statistical analysis method used is the Paired T-test. The results of the dependent t-test between the treatment and comparison groups had a p value <0,05 which was equally significant, so it was continued with the independent t-test.Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference in blood glucose levels before and after providing counseling using posters (p=0,002) and booklets (p=0,004).Conclusion: Booklet media had more influence on increasing respondents' knowledge compared to using other media such as posters.

Abstract

Patients with tuberculosis who had completed treatment but did not do sputum rechecking at the end of treatment phase reached 117 people (20% of total patients). The drug consumption supervisor has a duty to remind the patient to carry out sputum rechecking. This study aims to determine the correlation role of drug consumption supervisor with the compliance sputum rechecking at the end of treatment phase. The design study is case-control. Cases are positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients aged > 15 years who had completed a treatment category 1 and did not recheck the sputum at month 5 or the end of treatment. The results showed that statistically variable confounder knowledge of extension workers and patients correlated significantly with the compliance sputum rechecking at the end of treatment phase of adult tuberculosis patients. The results of multivariate showed logistic regretion that drug consumption supervisor’s role is less well having 3,013 times the risk of causing the patient not adherent to recheck the sputum at the final phase of treatment compared to patients whose drug consumption supervisor role well (95% CI = 1,615 to 5,621) after the controlled variable extension officers and the knowledge of the patient.
