Abstract

The problem in this study were how the planning, organization, implementation and control Quality Management ISO 9001:2008 is in SMK NU 01 Kendal. The purpose of this study were to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementation and process of controlling Quality Management ISO 9001: 2008 at SMK NU 01 KendalThe data collecting technic is by using documents, interviews and observation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Hubberman in the following ways; (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) the presentation of the data, (4) conclusion.The results of this study include, 1. Planning includes (a) the planning process step by step implementation approach that includes (1) the establishment of Total quality steering committee, (2) the process of composing a quality vision, ( b) the process of planning the formation of composing the team and (c) the process of planning the training. 2. The process of organizing include (a) the process of identity, (b) the process of break work down, (c) the process of dividing group task to each position, (d) the supervision process, (e) the coordination process. 3. The process of implementation starts with (a) process intensification team, (b) the implementation of the PDCA cycle, (c) the process of collecting feedback, (d) the process of changing the infrastructure, 4. The Process of control is (a) measure the perfomance (b) compare the performance match the standard, (c)  take corrective action

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the role of the school committee in the implementation of School Based Management in Elementary School Buah Hati District of Pemalang. The focus of research is the role of the school committee in the implementation of School Based Management with sub focus the role of the school committee as a conduit of consideration, the school committee as a support, the school committee as a controller, the school committee as a mediator in Elementary School Buah Hati District of Pemalang.Results showed the role of communities in School Based Management has a strategic role means that the school committee acts as a conduit of consideration in the form of ideas, input, aspirations, involvement in school programs, serve as a support in terms of funding, supporting school activities, imaging either to the surrounding community, the role of controlling which act as watchdogs of the budget in the form of reports, supervisory activities, acting as a liaison between multiple mediators that school with parents, education authorities and the public. Elementary School Buah Hati has a principle of independence, accountability, transparency, and strong partnerships that school that provides easy access to information to the school community and the public on what is being done with school by utilizing various communication channels. Constraint of the school committee in the implementation of school-based management is the lack of communication between the school and the school committee because of lack of time owned by the school committee.

Abstract

The purpose of this researh (1) Know and analyze the effect of work motivation on the teachers performance  (2) Determine and analyze the impact of school leadership on the teachers performance (3) Know and analyze the influence of discipline on the teachers performance and (4) Determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, school leadership and discipline on the teachers performance.The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in the area of State Sarwas I UPP Petarukan Pemalang of as much as 128 teachers, obtained a sample of 97 people by using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test validity and test hypotheses that include multiple linear regression analysis. Analyzing data using SPSS for windows Release 21.Based on the results of this research is that (1) There is significant influence teachers' motivation to work on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 40.1%; (2) There was a significant effect of school leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 68.00%; (3) There is significant influence of discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 48.8%; (4) There is significant influence work motivation of teachers, school leadership and discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 83.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Daniel Creative School Elementary di kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan kurikulum (2) pengorganisasian kurikulum, (3) pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan(4) pengawasan dan evaluasi kurikulum.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulanHasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) yayasan membentuk timResearch and Development sebagai tim pembuat materikurikulum, (2) kurikulum yang digunakan oleh Daniel Creative School merujuk pada Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, yang membedakan kurikulum yang digunakan diadaptasi dalam bahasa Inggris, (3) guru sebagai komponen penting dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum berusaha berpikir kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dan memenuhi tujuan kurikulum, dan (4) guru memiliki metode yang berbeda dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan dan perkembangan siswa.Beberapa saran yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh sekolah yaitu: (1) guru sebagai komponen utama dalam pencapaian kurikulum hendaknya membuat rencana pembelajaran dan mengembangkan materi yang ada sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan dicapai, (2) kepala sekolah membagi tugas mengajar sesuai dengan kemampuan guru sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan maksimal, dan (3) melakukan supervisi secara teratur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengaturan, pengadaan, optimalisasi penggunaan dan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana di SMK Negeri 2 Slawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana prasarana dilakukan berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan masing-masing unit/kompetensi yang diajukan oleh tiap-tiap kompetensi atau koordinator tiap mata pelajaran dengan skala prioritas,  pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan cara membeli, bantuan, membuat sendiri dan meminjam, pengaturan sarana dan prasarana diawal inventarisasi kemudian dilakukan penyimpanan sesuai dengan spesifikasi barang, sedangkan pemeliharaan dilakukan teknisi dan guru, siswa juga dilibatkan dalam praktek kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tidak terjadwal, penggunaan sarana dan prasarana disesuaikan kebutuhan, mengikuti tata tertib yang telah dibuat dan penggunaan bersama antar kompetensi keahlian, penggunaan sarana dan prasarana tidak terbatas juga melibatkan masyarakat setempat dan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana yang rusak belum dilakukan dikarenakan adanya kendala yaitu tidak adanya tindaklanjut dari pusat.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher professionalism, (2) to analyze the influence of the principal's influence on the professionalism of the teacher, (3) to analyze the influence of the work climate on professionalism, compensation and work climate together towards the professionalism of teachers.The study was conducted in thirty-seven elementary schools in Slawi sub-district with a population of 439 people and a sample of 82 people. Samples were taken randomly proportionately. Data collection in this study used the questionnaire as an instrument. Test of validity and reliability, test of normality and linearity, test of simple linear regression and multiple regression used facility program SPSS for Windows 21.0.The result of the research shows that: (1) there is influence of principal leadership toward teacher professionalism is 67,9% (2) there is influence of compensation to teacher professionalism equal to 61,8% (3) the working climate on professionalism of teachers is 71.8% (4) there is influence of principal leadership, compensation, and work climate together toward professionalism of teachers in SD Negeri in Slawi District of Tegal Regency is 69,3%.Suggested suggestions for improving teacher professionalism through continuous learning. In addition, for certified teachers to always improve their professionalism by following up to higher education, training, training, workshops, seminars or active in MGMP activities.
