Abstract

This study differs from the concept of the importance of education for each individual. In education, many economic factors do not support the citizens. Therefore, the government established an official body tasked with the welfare of the poor, namely Baznas. Not only in the field of education, Baznas must channel its funds effectively to mustahik (zakat recipients). The purpose of this study is to determine whether the distribution of zakat funds at Baznas Labuhanbatu has been effective. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is a non-structural government agency that manages zakat in the Labuhanbatu Regency area. This study uses a qualitative method. The qualitative method uses a descriptive approach. Based on the data presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the distribution of Zakat funds, at Baznas Kab. Labuhanbatu is carried out in two ways, namely active service (direct distribution) and passive service (indirect distribution). The effectiveness of the zakat fund distribution program at Baznas Labuhanbatu in its distribution can be said to be effective because it has fulfilled all the elements/benchmarks of effectiveness.

Abstract

This study describes the role of BPRS in the development and strengthening of the community's economy. The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the role of BPRS in developing MSMEs in Palopo City and to determine the impact felt by MSME actors in Sidamanik in the BPRS empowerment program. This survey is a field survey with a qualitative survey design and data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Keywords: Role, PT. BPRS Bank, Empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan generasi z, persepsi, dan fasilitas perbankan syariah terhadap preferensi pada bank syariah dengan sikap sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang berasal dari sampel yaitu generasi z yang ada di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sumatera Utara yang beralamat di Jl. William Iskandar Ps. V, Medan Estate, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling terhadap 99 orang responden. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa 1) variabel pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap variabel preferensi. 2) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap preferensi, 3) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi, 4) variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap, 5) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap sikap, 6) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap, 7) variabel preferensi berpengaruh terhadap sikap, 8) variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap melalui preferensi, 9) variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap variabel sikap melalui variabel preferensi, 10) variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap melalui variabel preferensi

Abstract

With religiosity as a moderating variable for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in North Padang Lawas Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia and the quality of m-banking services and products. This study uses quantitative techniques with important information obtained from a survey of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis . The findings show that customer satisfaction is partially influenced by the quality of m-banking products and services, that these two factors simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and that religiosity is able to moderate the impact of these two factors on customer satisfaction. The findings of this study could have an important impact on promoting mobile banking to the general public and increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics, workplace stress, and work-life balance, as well as the mediating role of employee loyalty, and employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Katamso Medan. The methodology used here is a quantitative form of survey research. For the study, researchers used a saturated sample size of 56 participants. The methodology for testing this research model uses path analysis. Employee performance was found to be positively influenced by work-life balance, positively influenced by job satisfaction, positively influenced by work stress, positively influenced by Islamic work ethics, positively influenced by work stress, positively influenced by job satisfaction, positively influenced by work-life balance, and positively influenced by Islamic work ethics. Job satisfaction does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and productivity, nor does it moderate the impact of stress on productivity, but moderates the impact of Islamic work ethics on productivity. Employee output; Islamic work ethics significantly increase worker happiness.

Abstract

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.

Abstract

Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam that must be believed and carried out by every Muslim who has fulfilled the mandatory requirements which will perfect the fifth pillar of Islam. The Hajj pilgrimage is actually an obligation for Muslims. Bank Syariah Indonesia Gunung Tua Sub-Branch Office is one of the sharia financial institutions that provides services for the Hajj pilgrimage using a system that can make it easier for customers, namely Hajj savings. This savings aims to make it easier for prospective Hajj pilgrims by setting aside some of their money so they can pay for expenses. pilgrimage trip. This research uses field research, with qualitative research methods to explore data through interviews, observation and data analysis. The research results obtained are that the implementation of the mutlaqah mudharabah agreement on the Hajj savings of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gunung Tua is in accordance with sharia and the terms of the mudharabah contract. And the system used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gunung Tua is revenue sharing, meaning that the Indonesian bank as mudharib and the customer as shahibul mall receive a profit share from the bank's total income. Bank Syariah Indonesia has been very helpful, making it very easy for customers to be able to fulfill their wish of getting a Haj portion number and continuing on to the holy land.

Abstract

This news aimsto analyze the marketing strategy of express postal service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sipirok. Research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The research subjects were the sipirok branch post office and sipirok community in the sub-district. While the object of the research is marketing strategy, it shows that there are problems faced by Pos Iindonesia (Persero) Sipirok regarding marketing strategy as evidenced by the results interviews with several business people and people who use express products and the many expedition companies that offer affordable and fact prices in the sipirok sub-district area. So the solution offered in determining the marketing strategy is to approach consumers by determining the target consumer based on the consumer’s desires. Meanwhile, the marketing mix used by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indonesia , branch office is the 4P marketing mix , namely product price, place, and promotion .
