Abstract

Learning strategy is a teacher effort to create environment system that enable student to learn, or choice of teacher-student activity pattern at learning process. There are several different strategies, but only at its accentuation, namely as abstract conception thought versus its operation on three activity i.e. pre-instructional, instructional, and evaluation. As criteria to choose learning strategy there are: learning goal, skill at lesson, media being used, evaluation system, and student as subject and teacher as implementer.

Abstract

This paper describes a model of PAI integrative learning with science. PAI integration with science learning is for several reasons. First, religion orders the adherents to of think a lot, by thinking, a man can know the power of Godthrough His verses, both kauniyah and kauliyah verse, without thinking a man will not be able to know of what nature behind Its creation. Second, the sciencesubjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) are subjects that describe many about the nature and sustainability events, both biotic and abiotic. Third, the success and benchmarks of PAI is faith and devotion learners. The process of the emergence of faith in religion, one of which begins with a medallion and tadabur about nature, that nature is His creation then comes the behavior of his conviction of faith. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan mengenai model pembelajaran integratif PAI dengan sains. Pengintegrasian PAI dengan sains dalam pembelajaran karena beberapa alasan. Pertama, agama memerintahkan kepada penganutnya untuk banyak berpikir, dengan berpikir manusia dapat mengetahui kekuasaan Tuhan melalui ayat-ayat-Nya, baik ayat kauniyah maupun ayat kauliyah, tanpa berpikir manusia tidak dapat mengetahui ada apa di balik alam ciptaan-Nya. Kedua, materi pelajaran sains (Fisika, Kimia dan Biologi) adalah mata pelajaran yang banyak menguraikan tentang kejadian alam dan kelestariannya, baik biotik maupun abiotik. Ketiga, keberhasilan serta tolok ukur PAI adalah keimanan dan ketakwaan peserta didik. Proses munculnya keimanan dalam agama, salah satunya diawali dengan bertafakur dan tadhabur tentang alam, bahwa alam adalah ciptaan-Nya kemudian dari keyakinannya munculah perilaku keimanan.

Abstract

Education to work for income, or the popular term now education for the sake of improving the quality of human resoource development, in the present context turned out to cause many problems such as the emergence of disparities in the various sectors of life. The gap between the number of jobs available to the realities of an abundant amount of labor. Ibn Khaldun’s conception of education who was born around six hundred years ago seems to still actual today. The recent conception of human resources in the community is a formulation of Ibn Khaldun’s conception that tries to combine between philosophy and education,  sociology and education so that the concept of education is still used today, as well as the expectations of the community can be used as a tool to help him well in modern society. According to the result of education is human being can actualize science (reason) that has been held in all aspects of life, which he called the haqiqoh al-insaniyah or complete Indonesian man, according to the national education, and ahlaku al-karimah in the perspective of Islamic education.

Abstract

Abstract : Teacher is a means of shaping human resources in nation development, especially in the areas of education. Teacher is the giver of inspiration, driver, and coaches in the mastery of certain skills to others, especially for the students to prepare them to build lives and their social environment. It is an undoubtable that the more qualified teachers, the greater contribution to the development of their students and the development community itself. More fundamental quality of teachers is also actively seeking progress in the improvement of skills in work and in social service. Key Words: Teachers, Qualified, and Competent.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contekstual Teaching Learning, merupakan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada keterkaitan antara materi pembelajaran dengan dunia kehidupan peserta didik secara nyata, sehingga para peserta didik mampu menghubungkan dan menerapkan kompetensi hasil belajar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui proses penerapan kompetensi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, peserta didik akan merasakan pentingnya belajar, dan mereka akan memperoleh makna yang mendalam terhadap apa yang dipelajarinya. Peserta didik akan belajar secara alamiah apa yang biasa dialami dilingkunganya, sehingga mendorong untuk memahami makna dan hakekat belajar yang akhirnya akan memotivasi secara internal untuk senantiasa belajar.        Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran ,Strategi Contekstual Teaching Learning

Abstract

Purpose: The primary objective of the Islamic Religious Education is to create amalus-solikhah, that is, the formation of pieties, both individual piety and social piety. The process of the piety formation is due to the ingrained faith and devotion to God. The process of the faith and devotion formation is achieved through tafakur and tadhabur, based on God the Almighty?s creations. Therefore, the the Islamic Religious Education is necessary to be integrated into the Natural Sciences so that there will be an integrity between the kauliyah verse with the kauniyah verse. Method:This research used a research and development study. One of the characteristics of such a study is product. One of the products of this research is the integrated thematic learning of the Islamic Religious Education with the Natural Sciences in the form of learning scenario in syllabus and lesson plan. Findings:The results of the research shows that the implementation of the integrated learning in the integrated thematic learning of the Islamic Religious Education with the Natural Sciences at State Senior Secondary Schools in Purwokerto city is very significant in improving the faith and devotion of the students, as indicated by the results of the experimental study in which the implementation of the integrated learning is very effective and the responses of the students toward it, are indeed very good. Abstract

Abstract: This paper focuses on the problem of managerial commitment based on IQF. The IQF is an embodiment of the quality and identity of the Indonesian nation in relation to the national education system, the national job training system and the national equality assessment system owned by the Indonesian nation. The basic principle developed in the IQF is to assess a person's performance in scientific aspects, expertise, and skills in accordance with learning outcomes. One fundamental aspect is strengthening student competencies through various academic activities that support increased managerial competence, both intra-curriculum, and extra curriculum. By strengthening competencies in real terms, it is expected that graduates of study programs can be accepted or at least relevant to the world of work needed by the community. This type of research is qualitative research. The researcher explores in order to understand and explain the problems under study through intensive relationships with speakers, through interviews, observation, Forum Group Discussion, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching for and compiling data obtained from observations, interviews, FGDs, questionnaires and documentation by organizing data into categories, describing them into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones are important and which ones will be studied and make conclusions so that they are easily understood by themselves and others. The findings in this study outline the students have the same perception, namely the weakness or the lack of managerial lecture activities carried out in the form of practicum. This does not mean putting aside the delivery of material in a theoretical form, but it needs to be balanced between which material is practical and which is theoretical. There are five categories assessing the suitability of managerial programs, starting from very appropriate, appropriate, hesitant, inappropriate to very inappropriate. Of the five categories, 30% of informants stated that the current managerial competencies with the world of work are considered very suitable. Then 60% of the informants stated that it was appropriate and the remaining 10% stated that it was inappropriate. Doubtful and very inappropriate categories or choices of answers, each of which gets a percentage of 0%, this means that not one informant answered that. The student needs to strengthen managerial competencies Study Program of Islamic Education Management Postgraduate of IAIN Purwokerto can be grouped into three parts, namely strengthening in the process (academic), infrastructure, and cooperation (Lecturers). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena pendidikan merupakan investasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan dipandang sebagai kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat yang ingin maju. Komponen-komponen sistem pendidikan yang mencakup sumber daya manusia dapat digolongkan menjadi dua yaitu: tenaga kependidikan guru dan nonguru. Desain penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran melalui bimbingan berkelanjutan di sekolah binaan MI Ma’arif NU Kebandungan Bodeh Pemalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun RPP dengan lengkap; yang dibuktikan dari hasil peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP dari siklus ke siklus. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata komponen RPP 69% dan pada siklus III 83%. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan 14% dari siklus II.

Abstract

This research shows that the implementation of Teacher Performance Appraisal in schools has been implemented but has never been followed up by analyzing the results. Analysis is very important for schools to compile a Sustainable Professional Development program for teachers and as a tool for evaluating the implementation of Teacher Performance Appraisals in order to achieve better education quality. From the results of observations and interviews, there were assessors who were not objective, the value of Teacher Performance Appraisal with certified physical evidence was not yet appropriate. The average result of the Subject Teacher Performance Appraisal is 87% (good) and the Counseling Guidance is 88% (good). Average Teacher Performance Appraisal in pedagogic competence subjects 83% (good) and Counseling Guidance 97% (very good), subject teacher personality competence 98% (very good) and Counseling Guidance 100% (very good), social competence of subject teachers lesson 86% (good) and Counseling Guidance 83% (good), as well as the professional competence of subject teachers 83% (good) and Counseling Guidance 79% (good). However, there are several competency indicators for subject teachers whose mastery is 75% (sufficient) and Counseling Guidance 50% (moderate). Even though the results of the Teacher Performance Assessment have been good, the principal needs to control the implementation and reporting so that the results are more credible, can be accounted for, not only for aborting obligations as well as one of the requirements for submitting credit scores for teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the position and management of conflict in educational organizations. it is a way of maintaining harmonious relationships at school. Harmonious relationships at school will make the learning environment comfortable and conducive to the learning process. Harmonious relationships at school will make the learning environment comfortable and conducive to the learning process. And vice versa, if the relationship between members of educational organizations is disharmonious, it can lead to an uncomfortable learning environment. This disharmonious relationship is usually caused by conflicts between individuals in schools. Conflict can become a serious problem in any organization, regardless of the form and level of complexity of the school organization, if the conflict is allowed to drag on without resolution.
