Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence Road Infrastructure, Water and Electricity, on GRDP in South Sumatra Province.  The data used in this study is secondary data which includes GRDP data at constant 2010 prices, road length according to good road conditions, water data using the amount of water supplied, and electricity data using the distribution of electricity sold in South Sumatra Province from 2018-2022. The data obtained will be analyzed through panel data regression. The results showed that road infrastructure development has a positive and significant impact on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), while water infrastructure has a positive but insignificant impact on GRDP. In addition, electricity infrastructure also has a positive and significant impact on GRDP. The results also show that the road and electricity variables jointly affect the GRDP variable in South Sumatra Province in 2018-2022.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan generasi muda melalui pelatihan public speaking dan manajemen diri di Desa Jumputrejo Sukodono Sidoarjo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skills peserta. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk melibatkan generasi muda dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan yang signifikan akan keterampilan komunikasi dan manajemen diri. Pelatihan mencakup teknik dasar public speaking dan manajemen diri yang efektif, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk praktik berbicara di depan umum dan mengelola emosi. Evaluasi pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang menggembirakan pada kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan organisasi peserta. Meskipun ada kebutuhan untuk latihan secara kontinu, program ini telah sukses memberdayakan generasi muda di desa, membekali mereka dengan soft skills penting yang dapat membuka peluang dalam kehidupan sosial dan profesional.

Abstract

Lingga-Yoni artifact is found to be a part of various traces of Javanese civilization. The artifact was created and is still meaningful for Javanese society. Its meaning depends on the point of view taken. As a part of critical thought, there are several points of view selected to find the meaning of the lingga-yoni artifact, they are anthropological, formal-structural, mythological, philosophical, and positivistic. From the positivistic point of view, lingga-yoni artifact might be assessed as the basis of probability and causal laws viewed from the relevant construct of positivistic thoughts.
