Abstract

Kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan keuangan UMKM Informal di Desa Cibogo Hilir Plered Purwakarta melalui pemanfaatan digital finance bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada para UMKM Informal mitra PKM Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Juni 2022 secara tatap muka di Balai Desa Cibogo Hilir Plered Purwakarta. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 16 orang yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM Informal yang terdaftar di Bumdes Barokah Mandiri Cibogo Hilir Plered Purwakarta. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM Informal tentang manfaat penggunaan Digital Finance dalam pengelolaan keuangan

Abstract

Digital transformation requires more operational efficiency in the trade sector, with RPA turning out to be one of the key technologies for modernizing Accounting Information Systems. This paper seeks to identify the adoption patterns and dominant factors determining the success of RPA implementation in finance and accounting functions within the trade sector-a domain which, so far, has been underexplored as compared to the banking sector. By means of a Systematic Literature Review with PRISMA 2020 guidelines, along with the bibliometric analysis of 72 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2020 and 2025, this study maps the evolution in technology adoption. The study portrays that RPA's adoption has moved beyond the automation of mere back-office repetitive tasks, such as reconciliation and data entry, toward the orchestration of end-to-end trade processes spanning procurement and logistics, while integrating with AI for handling unstructured data. The study further finds evidence that successful implementation relies on a maturity path leading from accurate selection of routine and high-volume processes to standardization of data input. The sustainability of RPA advantages is defined by organizational capabilities through CoE and successful change management, while supported by strategic governance through alignment of business objectives with information technology.   The result of this study provides a theoretical framework and practical guidance for trading firms in ensuring investments in RPA result in performance metrics and increased compliance.

Abstract

The Community Service and Empowerment (P2M) program aims to provide assistance to Permata Kindergarten in implementing a digital-based financial recording system. Currently, recording at Permata Kindergarten is still manual, using paper/books to record receipts and expenditures. This manual recording is prone to errors and loss of books. The mentoring method at Permata Kindergarten is based on analysis, observation, interviews, and an educational and participatory approach to assess the situation and conditions of the partner, Permata Kindergarten. The P2M team provides mentoring, outreach, and training, focusing on cash receipts. The mentoring is conducted using simple software such as spreadsheets or cloud-based accounting applications. This digitalization of recording aims to simplify the automatic calculation process and reduce errors. With a digital financial recording system, Permata Kindergarten can record payments, create financial reports accurately and quickly, and monitor student payment status in real time. The implementation of this digital system is expected to improve the accuracy of financial management, which is crucial for building parental trust.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pemodelan risiko akademik mahasiswa serta prediksi kemungkinan kegagalan studi berdasarkan pola perilaku historis merupakan fokus utama institusi pendidikan tinggi. Model prediksi statis seperti Naive Bayes konvensional sering kali gagal menangkap perubahan perilaku mahasiswa sepanjang waktu pada data longitudinal, sehingga menghasilkan anomali prediksi. Penelitian ini, melalui Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR), mengkaji pengembangan Dynamic Naive Bayes (DNB) sebagai perluasan Naive Bayes yang memasukkan dimensi temporal dan transisi antar periode (misalnya perubahan status risiko antar semester), serupa dengan prinsip Dynamic Bayesian Networks. DNB diasumsikan mampu meningkatkan akurasi prediksi sebesar 10–15% dibandingkan model statis. Secara metodologis, pengembangan DNB didasarkan pada kerangka filsafat ilmu Thomas Kuhn dan Karl Popper. Mengacu pada paradigma Kuhn, kegagalan Naive Bayes statis dalam menangani data dinamis mencerminkan tahap crisis dan anomaly dalam normal science pemodelan prediktif risiko akademik, yang mendorong scientific revolution melalui adopsi model dinamis seperti DNB. Sementara itu, dari perspektif Rasionalisme Kritis Popper, hipotesis bahwa DNB memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat harus terus-menerus diuji secara ketat dan terbuka terhadap falsifikasi empiris menggunakan data baru. Integrasi kedua kerangka ini memastikan bahwa pengembangan DNB tidak hanya bersifat teknis, melainkan juga didasari pada pertumbuhan pengetahuan ilmiah yang kritis, rasional, dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: pemodelan risiko akademik; dynamic naive bayes; prediksi kegagalan studi; data longitudinal; tinjauan literatur sistematis; filsafat ilmu,;thomas kuhn; karl popper; Abstract - Student academic risk modeling, the study of predicting the likelihood of failure based on historical behavioral patterns, is a major focus for higher education institutions. Although predictive models have been developed, statistical approaches such as standard Naive Bayes often fail to capture changes in student behavior over time, which are characteristic of longitudinal data. This failure, known as anomalies, highlights the need for new models capable of addressing dynamic and temporal aspects, such as Dynamic Naive Bayes (DNB). This study, through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), examines the development of a DNB capable of processing or accounting for time factors, such as changes in risk status between semesters. Methodologically, DNB is an extension of Naive Bayes by incorporating transition time, similar to Dynamic Bayesian Networks, which is assumed to improve predictive accuracy by 10-15% compared to statistical models. Philosophically, the DNB development model is interpreted through the framework of Thomas Kuhn and Karl Popper. According to Kuhn, the failure of statistical Naive Bayes on dynamic data led to a crisis and anomaly in normal science (the use of standard predictive models), triggering the need for a scientific revolution (the adoption of DNB). Meanwhile, Popper's perspective (Critical Rationalism) demands that DNB predictive hypotheses must always be open to falsification through aggressive testing against new data. Abstract

Abstrask - Transformasi digital menuntut mahasiswa memiliki literasi digital yang tidak hanya mencakup kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga kesadaran etika dan keamanan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi karakteristik klaster menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap mahasiswa, berdasarkan empat dimensi literasi digital, yaitu digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, dan digital safety. Hasil analisis K-Means menunjukkan terbentuknya dua klaster utama, yaitu klaster literasi digital matang (Cluster 1) dan klaster literasi digital belum matang (Cluster 2). Cluster 1 memiliki nilai rata-rata literasi digital sebesar 4,57, sedangkan Cluster 2 sebesar 3,88. Dimensi dengan perbedaan paling signifikan antar klaster adalah digital safety (selisih 0,77) dan digital ethics (selisih 0,72). Analisis karakteristik responden menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa angkatan aktif (2022–2024) lebih banyak berada pada Cluster 1 (hingga 67%), dibandingkan mahasiswa baru (2025) dan mahasiswa over study (2021) yang didominasi Cluster 2. Selain itu, mahasiswa luar Jawa Barat memiliki proporsi literasi digital matang yang lebih tinggi (64%) dibandingkan mahasiswa asal Jawa Barat (51%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa literasi digital mahasiswa bersifat dinamis dan kontekstual, sehingga penguatan literasi digital di perguruan tinggi perlu difokuskan pada aspek etika dan keamanan digital secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: literasi digital; mahasiswa; K-Means clustering; digital ethics; digital safety; Abstract - Digital transformation demands that students possess digital literacy encompassing not only technical skills but also ethical awareness and digital security. An analysis of respondent characteristics shows that active students (2022–2024) are predominantly in Cluster 1 (up to 67%), compared to new students (2025) and overstudy students (2021), who are predominantly in Cluster 2. Furthermore, students from outside West Java have a higher proportion of mature digital literacy (64%) than students from West Java (51%). Abstract

Pertumbuhan UMKM coffee shop mendorong adopsi teknologi digital, namun sekaligus meningkatkan tantangan dalam pengelolaan food waste, efisiensi sumber daya, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Meskipun berbagai teknologi seperti point of sale (POS), inventori digital, analitik data, dan platform food sharing telah banyak digunakan, pemanfaatannya sering kali belum didukung oleh mekanisme tata kelola yang mampu menyelaraskan investasi teknologi dengan tujuan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan COBIT-Lite Sustainable IT Governance Model for Coffee Shop SMEs (CL-SITG-CS Model), yaitu model tata kelola TI yang disederhanakan dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik serta keterbatasan sumber daya UMKM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan konseptual berbasis sintesis literatur integratif yang mencakup IT Governance, COBIT 2019, digital capability, food waste management, circular economy, dan sustainable performance. Model yang diusulkan terdiri atas enam lapisan, yaitu: (1) COBIT-Lite Governance Direction, (2) SME Digital Governance Enablers, (3) Digital Capability, (4) Food Waste Management, (5) Circular Economy Practices, dan (6) Sustainable SME Performance. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi selektif terhadap objektif COBIT 2019, khususnya domain Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) untuk tata kelola dan Align, Plan and Organize (APO) untuk pengelolaan sumber daya, data, serta risiko, dapat menjadi fondasi tata kelola TI yang sederhana namun efektif bagi UMKM coffee shop. Model tersebut mampu mendorong pengembangan kapabilitas digital, mengoptimalkan pengurangan food waste, mendukung praktik ekonomi sirkular, serta meningkatkan kinerja keberlanjutan berdasarkan dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas paradigma IT Governance dari business–IT alignment menuju sustainability-oriented IT Governance, sedangkan secara praktis model CL-SITG-CS menyediakan panduan implementasi tata kelola TI yang sesuai dengan karakteristik UMKM coffee shop.
