Abstract

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the discovery learning model assisted by quizizz. The subjects of the study were 30 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 1 Labuhan Haji, Lombok Timur. The research used a classroom action research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes from the pre-cycle to cycle I and cycle II. In the pre-cycle, only 23.33% of students achieved mastery, with an average score of 45.31. After the implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by Quizizz in cycle I, the mastery percentage increased to 56.70%, and in cycle II, it reached 90.00% with an average score of 86.21. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by quizizz is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial dan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu santri MA dan SMK Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang dengan sampel berjumlah 212 santri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala stress-related growth, skala dukungan sosial, skala optimisme. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil uji hiposesis pertama menunjukkan ada peran signifikan dukungan sosial dan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua menunjukkan ada peran signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan ada peran signifikan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Selain itu, terdapat temuan lain dalam penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada perbedaan stress-related growth antara santri MA dengan santri SMK dan antara santri laki-laki dengan santri perempuan di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang.

Abstract

Abstract. In Indonesia, until now the welfare of mothers and children is still not optimal which can be seen from the high maternal mortality rate (MMR), infant mortality rate (IMR) and high stunting rates. Until now, many mothers have a dual role where pregnant women who work in public spaces must get their maternity rights, but in reality, the right to maternity leave in the field of employment has not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the government issued the RUU KIA. The purpose of this research is to find out the policy analysis on maternity leave in the RUU KIA if it is related to the maslahah mursalah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a normative juridical approach. The type of research data uses literature study, using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method in this study was in literatur, which was then processed using descriptive data analysis methods. The results of the study concluded that the rearrangement of maternity leave to 6 months in RUU KIA has greater benefits and even this maternity leave policy in the RUU KIA is considered appropriate because it contains benefits that are in line with the syara' but are not contained in the syara'. If seen from the level, it is included in maslahah dharuriyah. where the maternity leave policy is a benefit related to the basic needs of humanity in this world and the hereafter. Abstrak. Di Indonesia, sampai saat ini kesejahterann ibu dan anak masih belum optimal yang dimana dapat dilihat dari tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI), Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) dan tingginya angka stunting. Sampai saat ini banyak ibu yang berperan ganda yang dimana bagi ibu hamil yang bekerja di ruang publik harus mendapatkan hak maternitasnya namun kenyataanya, hak cuti melahirkan di bidang ketenagakerjaan belum telaksana dengan maksimal. Maka dari itu pemerintah mengeluarkan RUU Kesejateraan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis kebijakan cuti melahirkan dalam RUU KIA jika dihubungkan dengan maslahah mursalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Jenis data penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini secara literatur (library research), yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaturan ulang cuti melahirkan menjadi 6 bulan pada RUU KIA memiliki manfaat lebih besar dan kebijakan cuti melahirkan dalam RUU KIA inipun jika dihubungkan maslahah mursalah dinilai telah sesuai karena mengandung kemaslahatan yang sejalan dengan syara’ namun tidak terdapat dalam syara’. Jika dilihat dari tingkatannya termasuk dalam maslahah dharuriyah. yang dimana kebijakan cuti melahirkan merupakan kemaslahatan yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan pokok umat manusia di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Mathematics learning about three dimensions has difficulties in solving learning, for that it requires a fixed learning method, one of which is problem-based learning. This study aims to understand and solve mathematics learning problems about the third dimension with the problem-based learning method. The samples taken were class XII IPA 4 in the 2019/2020 academic year as many as 25 students. The instrument used is a written test with 5 assessments. It is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) on mathematics learning problems about three dimensions in class XII IPA-4 Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year at SMA N (Public Senior High School) 9 Cirebon City. The data collection techniques conducted were observation, interviews, data processing, and documentation. The results of the research from the initial study data obtained that from the number of students 25 students only 9 students who have a complete score and the rest, namely 16 students do not get a complete score, with a total student score of only 1702 and an average of 68.08 and gets a percentage of completeness 36%. Then improvements were made in two cycles, in the first cycle with two assessments, in the first cycle it produced an average score of 74.92 and the percentage of completeness was 56%. While in Cycle II, the average score was 78.64 and the percentage of completeness was 80.77%, thus the percentage of completeness from Pre Cycle I, Cycle I, and Cycle II increased.
