Abstract

Perkembangan properti saat ini semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal itu berdampak juga pada perkembangan bisnis di bidang interior yang semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Masyarakat sekarang mulai berani menggunakan jasa konsultan desain interior untuk memperindah huniannya atau pun untuk membuka bisnis. Maka dari itu jasa konsultan desain interior sekarang banyak dicari oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan melihat adanya peluang bisnis di atas maka dari itu penulis mendirikan jasa konsultan desian interior yang bernama C.O STUDIO INTERIOR DESIGN. C.O STUDIO INTERIOR DESIGN akan memberikan jasa konsultan dengan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan klien, memberikan kualitas kerja yang profesional, dan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. C.O STUDIO INTERIOR DESIGN memberikan jasa konsultan yang berfokus pada proyek residensial dan komersial. Parrilla de Oro Restaurant & Meat shop adalah salah satu karya desain dari C.O STUDIO INTERIOR DESIGN. Restoran dan meat shop ini menyajikan makanan khas Spanyol yang belum ada di kota Jember. Konsep restoran dan meat shop ini disesuaikan dengan makanan yang dijual yaitu mediterania-spanyol style dicampur juga dengan style modern dan dibuat colorful. Tujuan dari konsep ini yaitu untuk memberikan nuansa yang berbeda dari restoran-restoran yang lain yang ada di Kota Jember serta memperkenalkan dunia desain pada masyarakat Jember yang masih baru mengikuti trend.

Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan perancangan desain interior bangunan hotel dengan konsep yang unik dan baru, yang berangkat dari sebuah cerita dongeng. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penulisan ini karena adanya keterbatasan ruang lingkup dan pengembangan konsep desain pada bangunan hotel di Banjarmasin. Padahal jumlah wisatawan maupun pengguna hotel yang memerlukan kenyamanan dan keunikan konsep hotel cukup meningkat menurut analisa yang telah dilakukan. Adanya pembangunan Hotel SIENNA Banjramasin ini menjadi kesempatan untuk menjawab problem yang ada. Laporan perancangan ini akan menjabarkan mengenai konsep desain dan aplikasinya terhadap desain interior bangunan hotel tersebut. Desain berangkat dari sebuah konsep yang berasal dari dongeng. Kehadiran penulis sebagai penyedia jasa desain interior memiliki fitur tambahan berupa layanan desain grafis yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan desain serta keinginan klien. Terdapat tuntutan mengenai bagaimana cara menciptakan sebuah grafis yang memperkuat konsep desain serta menjadi elemen yang memperkuat identitas perusahaan klien. Maka dari itu desain menjelaskan bagaimana analisa sebelum pengembangan dilakukan dan apa saja yang perlu digali lebih dalam lagi.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) infection remains a concern for developing countries especially Indonesia due to its high prevalence and mortality rate. Malnutrition is often observed in TB patients. Malnutrition can be assessed through the Body Mass Index (BMI) level. Low BMI levels can increase the progression of pulmonary TB and resulting more severe manifestations in chest X-ray. The severity of pulmonary TB is determined based on the assessment of chest X-ray lesions, which categorized as mild, moderate, and severe.Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between BMI levels and the severity of pulmonary TB in patients aged 18-64 years at Gotong Royong Hospital, Surabaya.Method: The method of this research is observational analytical with a cross-sectional design on pulmonary TB patients who underwent chest X-ray examinations before treatment. The study utilizes secondary data from the patient’s medical records, including weight, height, and chest X-ray images. Additional supporting data which is not available in the medical records were obtained through the patient responses using Google Form. Samples were taken according to the inclusion criteria and all data were collected at Gotong Royong Hospital from July to September 2023.Results: There are 39 samples collected in this research, consisted of 17 men and 22 women. The result based on Spearman correlation analysis revealed that the correlation between BMI levels and the severity of pulmonary TB has a p-value=0,397 (p > 0,05).Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between BMI levels and the severity of pulmonary TB in patients aged 18-64 years at Gotong Royong Hospital Surabaya.

Abstract

Perancangan arsitektur interior GAMA Ikan Bakar & Seafood merupakan proyek perancangan terhadap salah satu restoran terkenal di Semarang. GAMA Ikan Bakar & Seafood merupakan sebuah bisnis keluarga dengan cabang di kota Semarang dan Jakarta. Yang membedakan cabang Semarang dengan cabang lain adalah target pasar (menengah ke atas) dan cita rasa (menggunakan bumbu rempah khas Semarang). Permasalahan yang ingin diselesaikan adalah bagaimana menciptakan sebuah desain arsitektur interior GAMA Ikan Bakar & Seafood Semarang yang menjadi salah satu brand identity restoran cabang Semarang, tanpa meninggalkan value proposition restoran. Konsep penyelesaian yang diajukan adalah ‘The Tamarind’, tidak lain adalah buah asam jawa yang merupakan asal muasal nama Kota Semarang. Abstract

The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) presents a transformative opportunity for architects seeking to achieve sustainable design goals. AI’s ability to extract and analyze vast amounts of data during the pre-design, design and construction, and post-construction phases empowers architects to make data-driven decisions that optimize building performance. This data can provide strategies for material selection, time and energy efficiency, and resource management, ultimately contributing to the realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through building design. This research explores the specific applications of artificial intelligence in sustainable building design. To achieve this objective, a systematic literature review and case study analysis were conducted, utilizing academic journals and article reports as primary data sources. Specific keywords were employed to narrow the scope of the research. The analysis involved classifying AI applications and investigating their potential benefits in : 1) analyzing environmental conditions, such as historical and real-time climate data to optimize building orientation, and natural ventilation strategies, 2) facilitating the design process by providing real-time visualization and recommendations for achieving sustainable designs, 3) optimizing building materials and construction efficiency, by analyzing material properties, and providing accurate data during the construction stage to gives broader image on how to build efficiently and 4) simulating building performance, by predicting and doing assessment on the building’s energy consumption and thermal performance, allowing architects to refine design for optimal sustainability. By integrating AI into these workflows, architects can address critical challenges like global warming and climate change by creating high-performing, sustainable buildings. Abstract

Building integrated photovoltaic is considered as one of many potential strategies towards net zero energy building. Theimplementation potentials are found both on building’s horizontal and vertical envelope. For tropical area, it is knownthat solar incidence on a vertical plane is relatively lower than the one on a horizontal plane. However, potential of BIPVimplementation can be found in high-rise buildings where huge façade areas are available for PV integration. To predictthe energy generated by PV, many studies have already used a simulation method. Hence, the simulated result shouldbe compared with the one recorded in real condition. This study aims to present the potential of façade integratedphotovoltaic in tropical building area. A specified model is developed and used to calculate data of energy productionbased on the irradiance data generated by simulation and experiment. The results indicate the potential of PV’s verticalinstallation for buildings in tropical area. In the specified model, the percentages of energy substitution reach 31.04%to 35.65%, exceed the mix-used energy target set by Indonesian Government. Simultaneously, this result indicatessignificant reduction of building’s energy consumption and global emission that is derived from the use of non-renewableenergy source. Hence, it can be considered as one potential strategy towards Net-zero energy building. Furthermore, thecomparison of simulated results and measured results that less than 30% indicates that simulation using certain softwarecan be considered as a powerful tool to design strategies towards net-zero energy building. ABSTRAK Panel surya yang terintegrasi dengan bangunan diasumsikan sebagai salah satu dari banyak strategi yang potensial menuju terciptanya bangunan dengan konsep net-zero energy. Potensi integrasi PV ditemukan baik pada implementasinya di bagian-bagian selubung bangunan yang horisontal maupun yang vertikal. Untuk area tropis, diketahui bahwa radiasi matahari yang diterima oleh bidang vertikal relatif lebih rendah daripada bidang horisontal. Namun demikian, bangunan-bangunan bertingkat tinggidengan area dinding yang luas berpotensi untuk integrasi panel surya secara vertikal. Penelitian terdahulu banyak menggunakansimulasi untuk memprediksi jumlah energi yang dihasilkan panel surya. Untuk validasi, hasil simulasi tersebut perlu dibandingkandengan hasil pencatatan daya luaran pada kondisi sebenarnya di lapangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mencari kelayakan potensiintegrasi panel surya pada dinding bangunan di daerah tropis. Sebuah model digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah produksi energiberdasarkan data penerimaan radiasi matahari yang dihasilkan oleh simulasi dan eksperimen. Hasil studi menunjukkan potensiinstalasi panel surya secara vertikal di area tropis. Pada model yang dikaji, persentase substitusi energi yang dihasilkan panelsurya terhadap indeks kebutuhan energi mencapai 31.04% hingga 35.65%, melampaui target bauran energi yang ditetapkan olehPemerintah Indonesia. Hasil ini mengindikasikan berkurangnya konsumsi energi dan emisi global yang berasal dari penggunaanenergi tak terbarukan. Instalasi panel surya secara vertikal pada dinding bangunan dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satustrategi yang potensial menuju terciptanya bangunan net-zero energy. Lebih lanjut, perbandingan antara hasil simulasi dan hasilpengukuran lapangan dengan perbedaan kurang dari 30% mengindikasikan bahwa simulasi dengan perangkat lunak tertentudapat dianggap sebagai alat yang baik dalam perencanaan strategi desain menuju bangunan net-zero energy. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxation knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax socialization as a moderating variable. This study uses the slovin formula for sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data used is primary data sourced from distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME taxpayers in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis method is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which is used to understand whether the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is influenced by the moderating variable. This research is a type of causal research that aims to determine the cause - effect between variables. This study uses a quantitative research design to collect a number of data that is useful for explaining the characteristics of each variable with other variables. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, while the tax knowledge variable, and tax sanctions have no effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. Tax socialization cannot moderate tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on the compliance of MSME taxpayers in DKI Jakarta. Abstract

Blitar City is a small city in East Java Province. Blitar itself is a city that was established in 1906. Building a cafe with deeper design and behavior has been implemented into practice in Blitar City to provide a form of building design that originates from the voices of the people of Blitar City. In this project, Aluna Studio Interior Architecture Consultant adopts a holistic approach that integrates interior design with a deep understanding of how human behavior interacts with the spatial environment. The comprehensive study aims to identify the human behavior patterns of those utilizing this cafe from the employees who manage the establishment to the actual cafe customers. This is quite important to determine space placement and the correlation between space and comfort in using this cafe. This was studied using several methods, namely by direct interviews and randomly distributing surveys to the community in Blitar City. With the results of surveys and interviews collected, a classification is made of the desires of various respondents and the considerations of various other respondents. All this resulted in a limitation or special request from several respondents who had participated in taking this survey. The outcomes of this classification are also integrated with regulations for construction and principles of architecture, so that by using these guidelines and classifications we can produce optimal designs in terms of architecture and space arrangement that are comfortable and by the wishes of the community and the clients themselves.

Abstract

Late 2019 saw the emergence of the COVID-19 virus in China, and early 2020 saw its global spread. A room with good ventilation helps prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through surveys on Google Forms. The client's desire to be realized in this building design is the concept of smart, aesthetic, and green buildings. The client's needs that want to be realized in building design when using the services of an interior architecture consultant include requiring a building that has comfort and safety for users, a building with a healthy environment, and a building that maximizes the use of natural lighting and ventilation. Designing cafes, workspaces, and multi-purpose rooms with an approach to indoor health and comfort aims to create an environment that supports its users' health, comfort, and productivity. This approach can help answer the COVID-19 issue by creating rooms with good ventilation to prevent the spread of COVID-19. An approach to indoor health and comfort is a design that considers visual comfort, thermal comfort, noise control, healthy material selection, monitoring CO2 levels in the building, the introduction of outside air, and a smoke-free building. With this design, it is hoped that it can become an example of a building with this approach to indoor health and comfort so that many buildings will apply this approach to produce healthy and comfortable buildings for users.
