Abstract

AbstractBased on first observation, known that the total of NICU general patient in Kemuning Room 2015th of RSAB Harapan Kita are 941 patients. After grouping has been found that the total distribution of NICU general patient in Province DKI Jakarta are 707 patients. This research aims to map the distribution of NICU general patient Kemuning room 2015th in thematic map at RSAB Harapan Kita Province DKI Jakarta. This is a descriptive study. Stages of the study consisted of collection, data presentation and map usage. From the results of data grouping and processing using ArcGIS 10 is known that distribution of the highest total of NICU kemuning room in RSAB Harapan Kita Province DKI Jakarta is in West Jakarta as 493 patients. Palmerah District as 121 patients, Palmerah Subdistrict as 42 patients. Distribution of the lowest total is in North Jakarta as 23 patients especially in Kelapa Gading District 1 patient and Koja District 1 patient. Distribution of health care providers at 10 km from RSAB Harapan Kita as 204 society medical center and 95 hospitals. Presentation of information can be displayed using thematic maps utilizing Geographic Information System and total of patient distribution can be useful for Planning and Marketing Section RSAB Harapan Kita to inform the NICU service to healthcare provider located in 10 km from RSAB Harapan Kita.Keywords : geographic information system, arcgis 10, patient distribution AbstrakBerdasarkan observasi awal, diketahui jumlah pasien umum NICU ruang kemuning tahun 2015 di RSAB Harapan Kita adalah 941 pasien. Setelah pengelompokkan, didapatkan jumlah penyebaran pasien umum NICU di Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah 707 pasien. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memetakan penyebaran pasien umum NICU ruang kemuning tahun 2015 dalam bentuk peta tematik di RSAB Harapan Kita Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data,penyajian data dan penggunaan peta. Dari hasil pengelompokkan data dan pengolahan menggunakan ArcGIS 10 diketahui penyebaran jumlah pasien umum tertinggi NICU ruang kemuning di RSAB Harapan Kita Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah di Kota Jakarta Barat yaitu 493 pasien, Kecamatan Palmerah yaitu 121 pasien, Kelurahan Palmerah 42 pasien. Penyebaran jumlah pasien umum terendah adalah di Kota Jakarta Utara yaitu 23 pasien khususnya di Kecamatan Kelapa Gading 1 pasien dan Kecamatan Koja 1 pasien. Penyebaran penyedia pelayanan kesehatan yang berada 10km dari RSAB Harapan Kita sebanyak 204 puskesmas dan 109 rumah sakit. Penyajian informasi dapat ditampilkan menggunakan peta tematik dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis dan dari peta tematik jumlah penyebaran pasien dapat dimanfaatkan bagian Perencanaan dan Pemasaran RSAB Harapan Kita untuk menginformasikan pelayanan NICU yang ada kepada penyedia pelayanan kesehatan yang berada di 10 km dari RSAB Harapan Kita.Kata kunci : sistem informasi geografis, arcgis 10, penyebaran pasien

Abstract

Orang tua meliputi ayah dan ibu yang dititipkan olah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa seorang anak, anak diharapkan dapat menjadi manusia yang berkarakter seperti berakhlak, bertutur kata baik, santun, toleransi dan dapat komunikatif. Pendidikan karakter anak diperoleh di lingkungan rumah, sekolah dan masyarakat. Orang tua merupakan guru pertama anak dalam mendapatkan pendidikan karakter, anak akan meniru kebiasaan baik dan buruk orang tua karena pada hakekatnya anak akan meniru apa yang mereka lihat. Anak-anak di lingkungan TPST Bantargebang, Sumur Batu merupakan sebagian dari anak-anak yang kurang beruntung dalam pendidikan. Mayoritas anak-anak tidak sekolah dikarenakan kendala ekonomi yang menyebabkan anak tidak mendapatkan pendidikan formal. Sebagian besar anak yang berada di lingkungan yang sehat akan membuat anak menjadi sehat, sedangkan anak yang berada dilingkungan yang jahat akan membuat anak akan menjadi jahat. Hal tersebut yang memotivasi RUMI (rumah baca rumi) dalam memberikan pengetahuan kepada anak-anak di lingkungan TPST Bantargebang, Sumur Batu supaya anak-anak dapat mengetahui hal-hal yang dibenarkan dan tidak. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif studi kasus, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan TPST Bantargebang, Sumur Batu. Ada lima pendidikan karakter yang diteliti meliputi karakter nilai religious, jujur, toleransi, disiplin dan komunikatif. Orang tua di TPST Bantargebang, Sumur Batu sudah menjalankan peran komunikasi dalam pendidikan karakter pada anak di kesehariannya tetapi kurang dipahami oleh anak, hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya kemampuan komunikasi, dan pengetahuan orang tua dalam memberikan pemahaman pendidikan karakter. Adanya RUMI menurut orang tua dapat membantu pemahaman pendidikan karakter anak dalam keseharian. Pendidikan karakter penting diberikan kepada anak sedini mungkin karena Pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini merupakan tahap pembentukan, apabila hal ini diabaikan akan membahayakan masa depan anak, bangsa dan negara.

Abstract

A variety of beneficial advancements made possible by the use of digital technology can be fully taken advantage of, particularly in the usage of influencers. 100 samples of @cheekykiddo material comments from TikTok were utilized in this study to examine the effects of influencer types and TikTok social media content on the perception of the Cimory Yogurt Squeeze product brand. The quantitative analysis strategy in this work uses a multiple linear regression analysis methodology. The study's findings demonstrate a strong correlation between the TikTok social media content and the influencer criteria. These findings are evident from the statistical test results, which show a strong correlation between the brand image of the Cimory Yogurt Squeeze product, which is promoted and advertised through the TikTok social media account @cheekykiddo, and the influencer criteria and TikTok social media content. With the correct influencers chosen, research recommendations to address the phenomena of using TikTok social media to develop a brand image on a brand are very powerful in helping the audience accept the message that the business wants to deliver. In order to effectively promote a message or product, influencers need to use and maximize social media. While viewers who are aware of the shared video content can pick and rate the appropriate material so that the advertisements can be believed.

Abstract

It is undeniable that English is one of the subjects that is a scourge for most students. On the other hand, whether we realize it or not, English is indispensable in various aspects of science and everyday life. This activity aims to provide assistance to students at MI Ya Bunayya Hidayatullah Manokwari. Mentoring activities are carried out by providing private tutoring. In each activity students are separated into small groups of 1-3 people according to their respective grade levels. With this method, all students can participate in more intensive learning activities. If you pay attention, it can be seen that the enthusiasm and motivation of students to learn is increasing. It is hoped that this activity can trigger the enthusiasm of the students to enjoy and learn English more.

Abstract

Pemberlakuan belajar Daring pada masa pandemic covid-19, sangat berdampak terhadap aktifitas guru, orang tua dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa selama pembelajaran daring berlangsung siswa sekolah dasar di Dusun Campae Desa Tanarigella mengalami penurunan minat belajar. Hal ini terlihat pada indikator: 1) Anak memiliki keterbatasan dalam membaca dan menulis. 2) Anak merasa jenuh dan bosan saat belajar di rumah. 3) Anak tidak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Rendahnya minat belajar anak dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa sementara itu pedampingan orang tua juga tidak maksimal karena sibuk bekerja, yang sebagian besar pekerjaanya sebagai petani. Orang tua mengalami kesulitan untuk membagi waktu antara waktu bekerja dengan waktu mendampingi anak belajar. Permasalahan tersebut merupakan hal urgen yang membutuhkan pemecahan atau solusi. Adapun solusi yang diberikan oleh tim KKN-T Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo yaitu melalui Bimbingan Belajar Kelompok. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di Dusun Campae. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner sedangkan teknik analisis data secara naratif deskriptif. data Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian Bimbingan Belajar Kelompok Model STAD ini adalah minat belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19 meningkat. Sehingga harapan penulis semua stakeholder Pendidikan terutama guru dapat mengimplementasikan kegiatan bimbingan belajar dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram. Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Saat ini juga penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi berperan penting dalam membangun bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Khususnya usaha coffee shop seperti Kopilikasi. Penelitian berjudul analisa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumen memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui peran media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumennya dan mengetahui konten yang menarik audiens di media sosial instagram. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. Saat ini instagram berperan penting dalam proses promosi Kopilikasi dan berhasil menarik minat beli konsumen dan konten yang dibuat berhasil menarik perhatian audiens nya di instagram

Abstract

World Health Organization 4.5% of 149/100.00 maternal deaths worldwide are caused by anemia. One of the indirect causes of maternal death is anemia. Anemia is a condition where hemoglobin levels decrease below normal limits. The general aim of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of giving green beans on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women in the Sambau Community Health Center Working Area, Batam City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test with control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 pregnant women, 16 pregnant women in the intervention group and 16 in the control group. Each respondent was given treatment by administering 500 ml of green beans, 2 times a day for 7 days. Hemoglobin levels were measured twice, namely pre-test before being given green beans and post-test after being given green beans. The results of the analysis using the Independent T Test analysis showed that the mean difference between the intervention group and the control group was 0.86, which means the average hemoglobin in the intervention group was greater than the average hemoglobin in the control group. And data obtained sig(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, which means there is an effect of giving green beans on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers can apply green beans to pregnant women to increase Hb levels.?

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Sido Makmur Village information website to improve the quality of public services, expand access to information, and encourage community participation in village development. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and inductive conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of the village website had a positive impact on administrative service efficiency, faster information delivery, and increased citizen engagement, particularly among the younger generation. The website also served as a strategic platform for documenting activities, presenting financial reports, and promoting village potential more widely. Despite challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and technical capacity of human resources, the desa-sidomakmur.com website proved to be an innovative solution in strengthening transparent and participatory village governance based on information technology.

Abstract

This study examines the efficiency of assets in the Indonesian manufacturing industry sector in obtaining sales, particularly in the post-pandemic era. Despite the growing enthusiasm of both domestic and foreign investors in the sector, there has been an increase in layoffs (PHK), which poses a paradoxical situation. On one hand, investors are showing interest in the manufacturing industry, while on the other hand, there is an unfortunate rise in the number of employees being laid off. This contradiction sparks interest in analyzing the efficiency with which manufacturing companies utilize their assets to generate sales. The research uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, focusing on the manufacturing industry. The analysis employs financial ratio analysis, specifically the Total Asset Turnover ratio, to assess asset utilization. The findings show that the Total Asset Turnover ratio is 0.94X, which is below the industry standard of 1.1X (0.94 < 1.1). This indicates that the asset efficiency in obtaining sales is relatively low. The results suggest that manufacturing companies should evaluate and revise their policies to ensure that their assets are utilized more effectively. By designing accurate and targeted sales strategies, companies can improve their asset turnover and optimize their operations. This research highlights the importance of evaluating asset efficiency in the context of sales generation, especially in a sector experiencing contrasting dynamics between investor enthusiasm and rising layoffs. It emphasizes that strategic planning and policy adjustments are crucial for manufacturing companies to achieve better outcomes in terms of asset utilization and sales performance.
