Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tepatnya wilayah Kab. OKU Timur yang terdiri dari 20 kecamatan, 305 desa defnitif, 7 kelurahan, dan 20 desa persiapan. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), memiliki dua unit usaha dan satu unit usaha prioritas. Jenis-jenis usaha yang ada pada BUMDes dapat di cluster menjadi beberapa bagian, yakni: agriculture and farming bergerak dibidang (perkebunan dan pertanian), banking bergerak dibidang (simpan pinjam/permodalan), brokering bergerak di layanan (perantara), Holding bergerak dibidang (potensi desa), livestock and fishering bergerak dibidang (peternakan dan perikanan), renting bergerak dibidang (sewa/peminjaman), serving bergerak dibidang (jasa), trading bergerak dibidang (perdagangan). Pada zaman ini kemajuan teknologi semakin berkembang pesat. Teknologi bukan hanya merambah di bidang sosial dan ekonomi tetapi juga sampai ke bidang Pendidikan. Untuk memudahkan proses pendataan kehadirian guru di sekolah dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Absensi. Sistem tersebut digunakan untuk memonitoring kehadiran guru sehingga proses absensi tidak dilakukan secara manual. SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Madang Raya masih menggunakan absensi secara manual atau tradisional dengan mencatat di buku absensi sehingga mudah terjadi kerusakan dan kehilangan pada buku catatan absensi guru. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membuat sebuah sistem absensi guru berbasis desktop di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Madang Raya untuk memudahkan merekap data kehadiran guru sehingga proses absensi akan lebih efektif, efisien dan akurat. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang akan penulis lakukan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka yang akan dijadikan acuan pada penelitian ini. Perancangan sistem informasi aplikasi absensi guru di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Madang Raya menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic dan Database Microsoft Access. Dengan adanya sistem absensi guru ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dan guru-guru dalam mendata dan merekap absensi sehingga meminimalisir kerusakan dan kehilangan buku absensi sehingga proses pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih efektif, efesien dan akurat.

The Role of Pancasila in the Development of Science In the Era of Globalization. English translation. The role of pancasila in the development of science in this era of globalization is important in the development of science, one of which is science. The main problem in this article is the lack of young people to update science such as not knowing knowledge about the use of learning media, for example the zoom meet application tool, even though when they master zoom meet it will make learning easier. The purpose of the research in this article is to explore the role of Pancasila in developing science at the student level. This research method uses the method of analyzing and reading journals, articles and books. The results and discussion in this article are to make it easier for us students to learn when the lecturer cannot attend. In practicing pancasila, it is very important to advance the country and graduate students who are based on pancasila. Research recommendations show that science in this era of globalization is very important and influential for students to form a developed and pancsila-based country that understands the values of pancasila and to realize an advanced learning atmosphere with no observance.

Sirekap is a mobile application that was built to help the public monitor and oversee the development of the 2024 elections held in Indonesia. The research aims to apply the Support Vector Machine algorithm in analyzing sentiment about the use of the Sirekap application in 2024. The Support Vector Machine method is used to classify user sentiment into classes, namely positive, negative, and very negative. The amount of data used is 15,000 data sourced from Sirekap application reviews on Google PlayStore, with more detailed research stages including data collection, data preprocessing, data labeling, visualization, word weighting, and testing and analysis. The results show that the Support Vector Machine algorithm provides an accuracy of 88% for the Sirekap 2024 application. These results are expected to help developers to develop further the Sirekap 2024 application in improving the quality of the application and providing better user comfort Based on the results of the sentiment analysis of Sirekap 2024 application users on the Google Play store using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, an accuracy rate of 88% was obtained in classifying the sentiment of reviews into positive, negative, and very negative. This shows that the Support Vector Machine method is quite accurate for sentiment analysis of Indonesian text data. Overall, most reviews are very negative with a percentage reaching 76.9%, followed by negative reviews at 12.6%, and the least are positive reviews at 11%.

Public sentiment towards the Free Nutritious Meal Program on the Instagram social media platform is the subject of this study. Using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, we classify sentiment from Instagram user reviews into positive, negative, and neutral categories. The SVM algorithm demonstrates a strong performance, with an accuracy of 0.90 in classifying sentiment. Moreover, the sentiment analysis reveals that most public reactions are neutral towards this program. This study has the potential to significantly influence decision-making by providing insights into how the public views government programs and the importance of considering sentiment.

This study aims to develop the Sido Makmur Village information website to improve the quality of public services, expand access to information, and encourage community participation in village development. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and inductive conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of the village website had a positive impact on administrative service efficiency, faster information delivery, and increased citizen engagement, particularly among the younger generation. The website also served as a strategic platform for documenting activities, presenting financial reports, and promoting village potential more widely. Despite challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and technical capacity of human resources, the desa-sidomakmur.com website proved to be an innovative solution in strengthening transparent and participatory village governance based on information technology.

This article discusses the development of a web-based Academic Information System (AIS) for Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School using the Laravel framework. The main objective of this study is to create an integrated and efficient system to manage student academic data, including grades, report cards, attendance, and information about both instructors and students at Al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall approach, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data collection was carried out through interviews with pesantren administrative staff and observation of ongoing academic processes. The findings of the study show that the AIS developed successfully facilitates the digital management of academic data, reducing reliance on manual note-taking, which is prone to errors and slow. The system provides essential modules such as student data management, grade input, attendance recapitulation, student financial reports, and class schedules. System testing using the black box testing method shows that all functions are operating well and meeting the needs of the user. Thus, this system is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in the management of academic information, as well as support better decision-making at the Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School.

With the development of technology, the way people communicate with each other has changed significantly. With the entry of the internet into the business world, marketing strategies have to undergo new changes. As more and more people are connected to the internet, digital marketing is becoming increasingly important. As a result, the purpose of this study is to find out how e-commerce affects the marketing of Culinary MSMEs. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses a literature review method. This method is very suitable and relevant for analyzing the relationship between the use of e-commerce and culinary MSME marketing because it can provide an accurate understanding of current technological advances and find problems and weaknesses in the existing literature. The results of the study show that there is a strong correlation between the research theme and the theme of culinary small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) marketing. Most studies use quantitative data to measure how factors such as social media use, e-marketing combinations, and digital marketing influence purchase intent. Many studies have studied the positive effects of using e-commerce, but few studies have studied the adverse effects or challenges that MSMEs face when adapting to new technologies.
