Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan model supervisi Kepala Sekolah, pelaksanaan supervisi Kepala Sekolah, dan hambatan pelaksanaan supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru TK Aisyiyah pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak 4 orang Kepala Sekolah dan 10 Orang guru TK Aisyiyah yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling pada tujuan penelitian dan subjek penelitian yang akan memberikan informasi penting dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data berupa   analisis data hasil observasi dan wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru TK Aisyiyah, selanjutnya data disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi dan terakhir menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru TK Aisyiyah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu model supervisi tradisional dengan 3 tahap yaitu pra-observasi, observasi secara tidak langsung dan post-observasi dengan kegiatan diskusi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan fungsi manajemen, bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan model supervisi akademik pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo (2) mengetahui usaha pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo (3) menentukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas pada Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model Supervisi yang digunakan adalah model supervisi tradisional/konvensional. (2) Usaha yang dilakukan pengawas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo belum maksimal karena tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. (3) Kendala tidak maksimalnya pelaksanaan supervisi oleh pengawas karena ketidaksiapan guru untuk disupervisi baik dari segi mental maupun kelengkapan administrasi. Penelitian berimplikasi pada perbaikan model supervisi akademik pengawas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo, peningkatan usaha pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo serta meminimalisir faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas pada guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo. Secara praktis, perlu peningkatan kompetensi pengawas, terutama kompetensi supervisi akademik yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas guru dan kualitas pembelajaran.  Abstract.  This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The approach used is the management function approach, aimed at describing the supervisory, knowing supervisors' efforts to enhance the competency of kindergarten teachers and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of supervisory, academic supervision in kindergarten in Palopo City. The results of this study indicate that the Supervision Model used is a traditional/conventional supervision model which has not maximized yet. The second, Efforts by supervisors to improve the competency of kindergarten teachers have not been maximized because the follow-up to supervision results is only carried out by supervisors in the form of teacher working groups. The last result is about the obstacles, they were not the maximum implementation because teachers did not prepare to be supervised. The research has implications for improving the supervisory, academic supervision model to enhance the competency of kindergarten teachers in Palopo City, increasing supervisors' efforts to strengthen the competence of kindergarten teachers in Palopo City and minimizing the inhibiting factors for the implementation of supervisory, academic supervision on Kindergarten teachers in the City Palopo. Practically, it is necessary to increase the competency of supervisors, especially academic supervision competencies related to improving the quality of teachers and the quality of learning.

Abstract

Optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap capaian proses pembelajaran AUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran sistem online AUD pada masa pandemic covid-19 di Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 70 orang guru, orang tua, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesionar dalam bentuk google form yang dianalisis dengan Teknik analysis interacative Model, uji keabsahan data menggunakan Teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa optimalisasi peran guru dan orang tua yaitu: 1) membuat video tutorial; 2) melakukan video call; 3) melaksanakan pembelajaran melalui zoom, WhatsApp; 4) membuat alat peraga yang menarik; 5)  melakukan Visit Home; 6) mengumpulkan video pembelajaran, foto, LKA dan hasil karya anak,7) mendampingi anak saat pembelajaran berlangsung; 8) mengawasi dan membimbing anak mengerjakan LKA dan membuat video; 9) membuat laporan kepada guru. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu, penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan bagaimana mengoptimalkan peran guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran sistem online anak usia dini pada masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya religiusitas dalam memahami fenomena Covid-19 di PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam pemahaman anak usia dini tentang Covid-19 dengan menggunakan pendekatan religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket kepada 50 orang tua siswa untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua di rumah telah memberikan pemahaman kepada PAUD tentang Covid-19 dengan menggunakan pendekatan religius yang terdiri dari dimensi religiusitas yaitu ritual, intelektual, dan konsekuensi. Dalam aspek ritual anak usia dini diajarkan kepercayaan bahwa Covid-19 adalah bencana yang harus disandarkan kepada Tuhan. Dimensi intelektual dilakukan dengan memahami pentingnya protokol kebersihan dan kesehatan. Selain itu, konsekuensi / dimensi sosial dilakukan dengan memahami pentingnya saling menghormati bagi seluruh anggota keluarga dan masyarakat, menciptakan harmonisasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memperkuat imunitas fisik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills through group B Meronce activities at TK PKK To'lemo, Lamasi Timur District, Luwu Regency. The design of this research refers to Classroom Action Research, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. This research will be conducted at TK PKK To Lemo Cokroaminoto which is located in Lemo Village, Lamasi Timur District, Luwu Regency. The data source of this research was the students of group B which consisted of 13 boys and 7 girls with a total of 20 children. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by a) Observation, namely checklists, anecdotal notes, and works; b) Documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the activities carried out through meronce showed an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2, the average of children's fine motor skills was 7.15 with a percentage of 35.75%. Based on this, through meronce activities for group B children at TK PKK To'lemo, Lamasi Timur District, Luwu Regency, it can improve children's fine motor skills. Based on this, this research is declared complete.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan sumber ajaran agam Islam, sehingga setiap ummat Islam memiliki keharusan untuk membaca al-Qur’an dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid. Fenomena yang terjadi bahwa masih angka buta aksara al-Qur’an masih relatif tinggi menjadi tugas bagi kita semua untuk berpartisipasi menuntaskan buta aksara al-Qur’an tersebut. Data pretest pada peserat menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki kemampuan yang belum mengenal huruf sebanyak 10 orang, yang belum bisa menyambung huruf sebanyak 5 orang dan yang mampu membaca namun tidak sesuai ilmu tajwid ada 5 orang.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yakni untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar al-Qur’an dan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an pada ibu-ibu pra-sejahtera di lorong Tentram dengan menggunakan metode dirosah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 peserta 7 orang telah lancar membaca al-Qur’an dan 13 orang telah mengenal huruf dengan baik dan mampu melafalkan sesuai kaidah.

Abstract

Traditional herbal medicine is a heritage used for treatment and health maintenance in Indonesia. One is to improve physical fitness with ginger, free-range chicken eggs, palm sugar and honey. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of herbal medicine on the physical fitness level of swimming athletes in Palopo to discover if traditional herbal drinks affect physical fitness levels. This study uses an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design with the number of samples in this study are 15 athletes combined into one group. This research was conducted for 16 meetings. The analysis was carried out in the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo campus; the groups were combined into one and given treatment in the form of herbal drinks after carrying out pretest activities with a dose of 250 ml. To measure the final data of the fitness test after consuming the herbal drink, a posttest was carried out, which later became a comparison of whether there was an effect of the herbal drink on the level of physical fitness. The results of this research show an improvement in physical fitness by drinking traditional herbal medicine the Palopo Swimming athletes. Thus, there is a significant relationship between consuming conventional herbal medicine and Palopo swimming athletes' physical fitness.

Abstract

This descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative research aims to describe early childhood learning methods during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palopo City. This study is motivated by several problems; the lack of parental involvement in accompanying children to study at home, economic factors, the internet network, and a lack of interest in children participating in learning so that early childhoodcannot develop optimally. Data was gathered through interviews and questionnaires administered via the media google form to 69 teachers and principals in Palopo City.Data analysis uses source triangulation with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study's results indicate that teachers still use children's worksheets (LKA) assignments for learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study's novelty is that teachers use a new approach, namely, the visit-home method. Even though there are still a few, who use the home visit method, the home visit method is considered beneficial because the learning carried out is more effective compared to online. Students understand learning material more quickly and are interested in participating in learning at home. Researchers hope this home visit method will not only be applied during a pandemic.

Sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood is very important because it can help children develop disciplined character. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the principal and 5 accompanying teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study it was found that there were 3 stages in sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood, namely sound scale planning, sound scale implementation and sound scale evaluation. The planning of the sound scale was planned by the guidance counselor and then a meeting was held with the teacher and socialization to the parents of students, the implementation of the sound scale had 4 scales, scale 0, scale 1, scale 2, scale 3, scale 4. Scale 0 when the call to prayer is echoed, scale 1 talking with someone, scale 2 expressing opinions/speaking in small groups (3-20 people), scale 3 talking/playing in open spaces in large groups (20-50 people), scale 4 emergency: fire. Sound scale evaluation has advantages and disadvantages. The teacher has made a plan, implemented and evaluated which is able to develop a child's discipline attitude through habituation activities so that it can be concluded that the planning, implementation and evaluation carried out to instill discipline in children is in accordance with what is expected by the teacher.
