Abstract

ABSTRACTTargets and achievements of healthy tourism development are an evaluation of government policies in maintaining the function of public goods as an effort to realize sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the targets and achievements of the development of tourism areas in Banyuwangi Regency in accordance with macro healthy tourism indicators and in tourist destinations with the highest number of tourist visits. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method, then a sample of 12 research respondents was obtained, namely from Bappeda, Health Office, Culture and Tourism Office, and Tourism Awareness Groups in 10 tourist destinations with the highest number of visits in 2020. The analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. about the targets and achievements of the implementation of the Healthy Regency indicators in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that at a macro level, Healthy Tourism Development in Banyuwangi Regency had reached the target as a Regency that deserves to be categorized as healthy tourism by 82.5%, while in the top ten tourist destinations it shows that there are still tourist destinations that have scores below 80%.Keywords: Development, healthy tourism, Banyuwangi Regency

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid pandemic caused a decline in sales results for UMKM in Banyuwangi, many of whom experienced losses due to the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy. Economic recovery requires the help of many parties, one of the things that banks also need to do. The aim of this research is to: 1) determine the role of sharia banking in efforts to improve the UMKM economy in Banyuwangi. 2) know BSI's strategy in providing UMKM financing. This type of research uses qualitative. This research has 2 informants, namely 3 key/main informants and 2 supporting informants. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman theory. The results of this research show: 1) the role of sharia banking in maintaining the UMKM economy after the Covid-19 pandemic by using a restructuring program where customers are given installment concessions or tenor extensions. 2) The strategy of sharia banks in providing financing has its own concept, namely being selective, customers must be more tenacious in ideas and innovation and holding a KUR program to help and encourage business. Abstract

Abstract Tourism is a promising sector in increasing people's income, but what is the impact of tourist visits and local income on the human development index as a measure of quality progress in the area. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the large contribution of tourist visits and local revenue in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the influence of tourist visits and local income on the human development index is significant with a determinant coefficient value of 90.4%. The high coefficient value indicates that tourist visits and local income are variables that can increase the Human Development index in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out how the marketing strategy for health products at PT. Indonesian Alwahida Penawar Herb Stockist in a Gentile stockist and know how to review Islamic economic law in the marketing strategy of the company. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. Research results namely The strategy used by HPAI stockists is a strategy that uses Sharia MLM. The marketing strategy undertaken by HPAI stockists also does not contradict Islamic economic law, which is seen from the absence of conflicting provisions on animals No: 75 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2009 concerning Sharia Tiered Direct Sales (PLBS).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the practice of price fixing on fishery products in TPI Muncar, Banyuwangi Regency? as well as knowing how the practice of pricing on fishery products at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency in the perspective of Islamic economics?. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, which describes the data that the researchers collected both from observations, interviews and documentation during research at at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency. The practice of fixing the prices set at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency, there are two ways, the first is in the practice of fixing the prices carried out by the fish collectors Mrs. Kati and the fish collectors Mrs. Trima from methods such as the price competition method, and the pricing based on demand is appropriate with Islamic economics, while the pricing method used by Mr. Soep such as using the promotion method is still not in accordance with Islamic economics because it still contains elements of coercion.

Abstract

In the district of Banyuwangi home industry or small industry is growing and developing rapidly. Banyuwangi has home industry centers, one of which is in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the business ethics in buying and selling transactions at tofu home industry in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency in terms of Islamic Business Ethics. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. As for this study using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. Home industry knows that Mr. Masduki and Mr. Mukhlis in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency have fully implemented Islamic Business Ethics. Because it is in accordance with the principles of unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and truth, virtue, and honesty. In contrast to home industry tofu, Mr. Habib Hasan, who is still unable to carry out Islamic Business Ethics. Due to having violated the principles of unity, balance and honesty, because Mr. Habib is still reducing the quantity of goods and hoarding merchandise before selling. It is better for tofu home industry traders to always uphold Islamic religious values. because with Islamic Business Ethics it will benefit all parties, both traders and consumers

Abstract

Amidst global challenges, local wisdom offers authentic solutions for fostering harmony. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Omplong LAZISNU Program on the formation and strengthening of attitudes of love and tolerance within the community. Qualitative methods were used to collect data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis utilized an interactive model. The results indicate that the participatory and inclusive nature of the Omplong program can strengthen social bonds (ukhuwah) and foster empathy. Direct involvement in the giving process fosters a sense of ownership and humanity. In terms of tolerance, this program has proven effective in reducing prejudice because aid distribution implements the principle of rahmatan lil 'alamin. The conclusion is that community-based philanthropy is not merely an economic instrument for poverty alleviation but also a powerful social capital for fostering harmony. This model represents local wisdom that contributes to building the foundation of love and tolerant.

Abstract

Sustainable infrastructure development in rural areas is crucial for enhancing the quality of life within communities. Tamansari Village, with its unique potential and challenges, requires a comprehensive approach that takes social factors into account. Effective infrastructure not only improves accessibility but also fosters inclusive social development, strengthens community solidarity, and empowers local populations. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on infrastructure development strategies. Primary data is gathered through direct interviews with community leaders and the village head, while secondary data is sourced from previous research findings. Tamansari Village, located in Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, has made significant progress in its development. The concept of sustainable development emerged from the consensus among commission members that many infrastructure projects carry risks in managing village finances. Mr. Khoirul Anam, the Village Secretary, highlights the importance of careful planning and execution to ensure that development is not just temporary but yields long-term benefits. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pengurus serta ustadz/ustadzah Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, Karangdoro, Tegalsari, Banyuwangi dalam menggunakan sistem pembayaran bisyaroh secara nontunai (cashless), sebagai upaya mendukung transparansi dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan madrasah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan partisipatif, meliputi tahap persiapan, penyuluhan, demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran digital, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Analisis hasil pretest dan postest tersebut diperoleh peningkatan skor 20% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa   kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai manfaat dan mekanisme pembayaran bisyaroh secara cashless, sekaligus mengidentifikasi kendala literasi digital dan infrastruktur yang perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran aplikasi mobile Muamalat DIN dari Bank Muamalat, bank syariah pertama di Indonesia, dalam mempermudah transaksi syariah di KCP Genteng, khususnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya serta memperluas inklusi keuangan bagi nasabah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap nasabah dan petugas KCP Genteng yang aktif menggunakan Muamalat DIN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran aplikasi Muamalat Digital Islamic Network (DIN) dalam mendukung kemudahan transaksi syariah bagi nasabah Bank Muamalat KCP Genteng, Banyuwangi. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menilai sejauh mana aplikasi ini memberikan efisiensi waktu dan biaya, serta bagaimana persepsi nasabah terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaatnya dalam transaksi sehari-hari
