Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product, price, location, and promotion to the pharmacy customer satisfaction Faiza at Kendal Town. The population in this study were all customers at the pharmacy Faiza. While sampling in this study using Purposive sampling, in anticipation of the damage or return of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is distributed as many as 100 exemplar, so that the sample set of 100 exemplar can be met. There are 4 hypotheses were tested in this study in which each will test the hypothesis of the influence of the Product, Price, Location, and Promotion of customer satisfaction in the city pharmacies FAIZA Kendal. Analysis tool used is the validity of the Test, Reliability Test, Multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, which includes the Test of Hypothesis Testing t. Test results of validity of variables used in this study is valid, the results of reliability tests showed that the variables used in this study is reliable. the results of multiple linear regression that the product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and promotion (X4) has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R ²) that the value of Adjusted R Square, which means the variation of product changes (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and promotion ( X4) in influencing customer satisfaction. Hypothesis Test Results, Test t is a significant positive effect of product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), promotions (X4) to customer satisfaction.Key Word : Product, Price, Location, Promotion, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

Customer satisfaction can only be formed if the customer was satisfied with the service received. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer satisfaction PT Zulindo Tour. The population in this study were all customers of PT Zulindo Tour Veteran road no. 14 Semarang in the period 2010 and 2011 as many as 38 companies / schools. Sampling was done by using the withdrawal of nonprobability sampling design is by using purposive sampling is the sampling technique based on certain considerations. The consideration is the customer who never uses more than 2x PT Zulindo Tour. The samples that meet these criteria are 13 companies / schools. Each company / school divided the questionnaire as much as 5 copies. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis concluded that: the positive effect of service quality to customer satisfaction. The better the quality of service, then customer satisfaction will increase Key words: quality of service and customer satisfaction

Abstract

Based on observations made at the Office of Surveillance and the Customs and Excise Service Associate Study Holy Excise, efforts to improve the discipline of employees in the Office of Surveillance and the Customs and Excise Service Associate Study Holy Excise has been done one way to cut the State Finance Development Special Benefit (TKPKN). Abstract

The Importanat of the principal's leadership in implementing a character education program attracts the author to conduct research and this article discusses the results of a literature review conducted by the author. There are a number of articles on the review of principals' leadership and character educatiob especially in the world context that can be found. The purpose of thus review is to find out the principal's leadership in realizing character education in a world  context. Based on the results of the literature reviews from various countries in the world, the authors find the scope of the article being reviewed is still very limited and it is very difficult to get literature that combines th two variables. The results of the literature review about principal's leadership shows that the principal's leadership in carrying out his role as a leader has an impact on teacher performance and student personality. Literature review of charcter education shows that the principal has a big role in realizing students personality. Thus, the authors are interested in following up related to the principal's leadership in realizing character education.

Abstract

Kelangkaan kepemimpinan umat Islam yang kredibel dan berbudaya, menjadi penyebab utama keterpinggiran umat Islam dalam kancah perpolitikan Indonesia.Hal ini terjadi, lebih disebabkan adanya berbagai problem internal umat Islam dalam mensikapi perpolitikan di negerinya. Keterpingiran ini hanya bisa diatasi jika umat Islam segera melakukan aksi nyata untuk mengurai dan menyelesaikan problemnya. Aksi tersebut harus diwujudkan dalam langkah-langkah yang konrit agar umat Islam benar-benar dapat mewujudkan hadirnya kepemimpinan umat yang kredibel dan berbudaya,sehingga mampu memimpin Indonesia dan mewujudkan Indoesia menjadi negara yang baldatun thoyibatun wa robbun ghofur.

Abstract

Keterampilan dasar dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan unsur penting yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam mengemban profesinya. Keterampilan Dasar guru yang dimaksud dalam pembahasan ini adalah mencakup delapan aspek sebagaimana yang dikemukan oleh Turnay yang meliputi 1) keterampilan bertanya, 2) keterampilan melakukan penguatan, 3) Keterampilan melakukan variasi pembelajaran, 4) Keterampilan menjelaskan, 5) keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, 6) Keterampilan membimbing kelompok kecil 7) keeterampilan mengelola kelas 8) keterampilan mengajar keelompok kecil dan perorangan. Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasisi panca disiplin di Unit Kepengasuhan Pondok Pesantren Al Mukmin Ngruki. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen di Unit tersebut dan apa fasilitas pendukung yang ada. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskripti agar penelitian bisa dilakukan secara mendalam dan mampu menggambarkan hasil penelitian secara obyektif. Hasil penelitia menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis panca disiplin di Pondok Pesantren Al Mukmin telah melakukan proses yang baik menggunakan pola POAC (planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Proses manajemen pendidikan karakter tersebut di dukung oleh ketersedian guru yang memiliki kemampuan bahasa asing terutama Arab yang baik, guru agama yang memadai dan kyai yang memiliki kematangan dalam beragama serta desain lingkungan yang baik. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah durasi waktu kerja yang terlalu lama, kurangnya kesadaran sebagian guru dalam disiplin bahasa, dan perkembangan arus teknologi dan informasi.

Abstract

Character building is an important part of forming personality student's personality since an early age. Research This aims to analyze management strategies for education character based on religion at Al Amin Cemani Elementary School, as well as the impact of character development on students. The method used is a qualitative case study. Data collected through interviews with head schools, teachers, and students, as well as observation of activity learning and exploration documents. Research results show that the SD Al Amin management strategy uses the P-O-A-C pattern with optimized educator instruction, guiding, and providing exemplary education to participants, educating with empowering use in a way maximum to the means of the owned school. Impact of management strategy education based on this religion shows on the achievement competence of students in the educational process character. Test results material religious reach score 86.38, education morals noble average Very Good (A), and participants ' ability to memorize part Juz Amma of the Quran. Research recommends the need for schools to complete facilities and infrastructure,e schooasasexpansionn page premises, mosque expansion, additions to bathrooms and toilets, additions and extensions place of abl facilities, procurement of a religious laboratory, and facilities adequate to support the education process at the school.
