Abstract

Character comes from the Latin word chiseled. However, it differs from the Greek, which means Karasso blueprint, the basic format prints, such as the fingerprint. This terminology usually refers to an idealist-spiritualist approach in education, it’s known as normative educational theory. The priorities are transcendent values as the motor of history, both for individuals and for social change. National Education Act states clearly that a noble character is an important aspect in educating children. Even the character of a nation is determined by the character of his people. In addition, Formation of character would be attempt to the shape of character. Character education is the provision of views on various values of life, such as honesty, intelligence, caring, responsibility, truth, beauty, goodness, and faith. Thus, character-based education can integrate information obtained during the study to be a way of life that is useful for reduction of life issue. Character-based education will demonstrate its identity as a self-conscious human beings, human beings and citizens.

Abstract

Pokok dari semua pokok yaitu aqidah. Dan aqidah adalah beriman kepada Allah SWT, yang berpusat pada pengakuan terhadap eksistensi dan kemahaesaan-Nya. Didalam Al-qur’an secara garis besar berisi dua prinsip besar yaitu berhubungan dengan masalah keimanan yang disebut aqidah dan yang berhubungan dengan amal yang disebut syariah, tauhid adalah pondasi bagi semua bangunan islam, dan tauhid adalah bagian yang sangat penting dari inti ajaran islam. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif melalui penelusuran data-data kepustakaan atau Library Research, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan ayat adalah metode Tafsir Qur’an surat Al-An’am ayat 74-79 menurut pandangan tafsir Fi Zhilail Qur’an karya Sayyid Quthb, dan tafsir Al-Munir karya Prof. Dr. Wahbah Az-Zuhaili, yaitu dengan metode muqorrin atau komparatif, dengan membandingkan antara dua tafsir di atas, dimulai dengan menyebut ayat-ayat yang akan ditafsirkan, kemudian membandingkan antara kedua penafsiran tersebut, lalu menarik kesimpulan dari tafsiran-tafsiran di atas, sedangkan metode pembahasannya menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memperoleh pendidikan aqidah yaitu pertama, Tauhid Uluhiyah ajaran yang dibawa oleh Nabi Ibrahim dengan menunjukkan kesesatan-kesesatan ayahnya dan umatnya dengan menyembah benda-benda langit (ayat 74) dan juga menunjukkan karakter atas penolakan kesesatan yang dilakukan kaumnya (76-78) dan juga penegasan Nabi Ibrahim tidak mengikuti keyakinan yang dianut oleh ayah dan kaumnya (ayat 75 dan 79), kedua Tauhid Rububiyyah pengajaran tauhid kepada ayah dan kaumnya berdebat, dan meyakini bahwa Allah satu-satunya sang pencipta, dan sang pengatur, ketiga Tauhid Asma Wa Sifat yang terdiri atas meyakini bahwa Allah bersifat wujud, kidam, dan baqa.

Abstract

Contemporary phenomenon, if we pay attention together that the morals of students who have grown up or are teenagers are very concerning, there are many cases that we meet directly or are spread on social media regarding the moral behavior of teenagers today. Many of them do not reflect themselves as a Muslim who is moral and well behaved. One example of students who are brave with teachers, teachers who should be respected and valued but there are still students who don't listen to their teacher's advice and still behave poorly towards their teacher and their friends. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the muhasabah an-nafs method in the formation of akhlakul karimah. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method, namely analyzing events and understanding existing phenomena then creating a comprehensive and complex picture. The results of this study show that the muhasabah an-nafs method in the formation of akhlakul karimah plays an important role because with this program students can self-introspect from what students have done. With muhasabah an-nafs students can also increase the good deeds that have been done can be increased in the future both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

In every time memorizing the Qur'an, everyone has different difficulties whether it is from their children who cannot read the Qur'an or children who are able to read the Qur'an but are still stammering in reading it, therefore a method is needed that can facilitate students in memorizing the verses of the Qur'an. The method is a tool used to facilitate student memorization, one of which is the Talaqqi method, this method is very important in achieving success in memorizing the Qur'an. Because, the success and failure of a goal is determined by the method, which is an integral part of the learning system. One method that can improve the quality of memorization is the Talaqqi method, what is meant by the Talaqqi method is the meeting of teachers and students in a halaqah then students deposit or listen to the memorization that has just been memorized to the teacher or Ustadzah. The Talaqqi process is carried out to find out the results of a prospective Hafidz's memorization and get guidance as needed. The implementation of the Talaqqi method has an impact on the quality of student memorization in terms of the amount of memorization or in terms of reading. There are several ways that the ustadz or ustadzah can improve memorization of the Qur'an. Where the Talaqqi method has the characteristic of meeting directly with the ustadz or ustadzah in learning and memorizing. Meanwhile, the presence of an ustadz or ustadzah in memorizing the Qur'an plays an important role in bringing students to the correct memorization. Which in this study aims to determine the application of the Talaqqi method at SMPIT Mardhatillah Sukoharjo. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, to obtain information from ustadz or ustadzah and from students using observation, interview and documentation methods.

Abstract

Makalah ini berisi dasar hukum berlakunya penetapan kalender Hijriah yang didasarkan pada hisab dan rukyak. Kalender Hijriah yang dimaksud adalah kalender yang diciptakan berdasarkan pada pergerakan bulan mengelilingi bumi, kalender ini disebut kalender Kamariah (lunar calendar). Kalender Hijriah dibuat didasarkan pada lama rata-rata satu bulan sinodik, yaitu 29,530589 hari atau 29 hari 12 jam 44 menit 2,9 detik. Jadi kalender Hijriah secara aritmetik dibuat dengan cara menetapkan jumlah hari dalam satu bulan ada 30 dan 29 hari secara berganti-ganti. Dalam Almanak Hisab Rukyat dicantumkan 15 (lima belas) ayat al-Qur’an dan 9 (Sembilan) hadis Nabi saw. yang terkait dengan Kalender Hijriah. Dari ayat-ayat yang ditampilkan itu ternyata tidak ada yang secara langsung memuat kata tarikh atau takwim. Oleh karena itu apabila dihubungkan dengan pengertian Kalender Hijriah di atas maka ayat-ayat yang secara langsung membahas tentang prinsip-prinsip Kalender Hijriah hanya ada 3 (tiga) ayat saja, yaitu: Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 189, Q.S. Al-Taubah ayat 36, dan Q.S. Al-Kahfi ayat 25. Sementara dalam hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. walau pun redaksi hilal itu berbeda beda namun menunjukkan pengertian yang sama, bahwa hilal sebagai dasar dan acuan dalam penentuan awal bulan Kamariah. Hadis itu juga menegaskan bahwa Rasulullah saw. berpuasa dan memerintahkan umat Islam untuk berpuasa berdasarkan kesaksian rukyat hilal awal Ramadan. Kalender Hijriah ini amat penting untuk diketahui oleh umat Islam, karena kalender ini dijadikan dasar dan patokan untuk menentukan waktu-waktu ibadah, misalnya untuk mengetahui memulai dan mengakhiri ibadah puasa Ramadan, salat Idul Fitri, zakat, haji dan peringatan hari-hari besar Islam lainnya.

Abstract

Abdurrahman Wahid memikirkan berbagai sudut pandang yang tidak berdimensi dan sudut pandang yang beraneka ragam sehingga sulit untuk dipahami. Masyarakat harus bisa mencermati pemikiran Gus Dur untuk dapat memahaminya. Di mata sebagian orang, teks seperti Gus Dur banyak mengandung konteks, atau harus dibaca sesuai konteks di balik teks tersebut. Namun bagaimanapun juga sebagai bagian dari pemikiran Gus Dur bisa dikategorikan sebagai pemikiran yang moderat. Dalam persoalan pluralisme, ia menekankan realitas kehidupan beragam keyakinan dan pola keyakinan bangsa Indonesia harus dihormati, sehingga ia mengambil jalan tengah antara pemikir fundamentalis dengan pemikir liberal. Bahwa dalam demokrasi, ia menerima demokrasi sebagai sebuah keniscayaan untuk memperjuangkan pluralisme yang telah digagasnya sambil sangat membela demokrasi Pancasila, karena ia mengambil jalan tengah antara penganut agama negara dan negara sekuler, sedangkan dalam hukum Islam, ia berpendapat bahwa Hukum Islam hendaknya dikembangkan sesuai dengan kehidupan sekitar, dan lebih menekankan pada substansi (esensi) agama dibandingkan makna tersurat dari ajarannya. Bahkan pandangan ini sebagai konservatif jalan tengah yang menutup pintu ijtihad dengan paham liberalisme yang terlalu bebas dalam ijtihad.

Abstract

One prominent issue in contemporary Islamic Studies discourse is the adaptation of methodologies and epistemologies that have significantly evolved, causing themes in Islamic Studies to be perceived as rigid and static due to not keeping pace with contemporary scientific developments. The controversy surrounding the adoption of these methodologies generally divides the Islamic community into two opinions. The first opinion suggests that the current lag in the Islamic community is not due to a lack of responsiveness or adaptability to various scientific-philosophical-academic advancements. Instead, it asserts that the lag is a result of Muslims abandoning their rich intellectual and scientific heritage. Therefore, the proposed solution to revive the Islamic community from its decline is through a "back to the past" approach, retracing the steps of the classical Islamic scientific civilization that once flourished. This viewpoint is represented by Muhammad Abdul Rauf. On the other hand, the second opinion contends that the adaptation of methodologies is imperative if the Islamic community is to avoid falling behind in the competition of scientific-philosophical-academic discourse, which has implications for the rapid growth of civilization with the scientific-philosophical-academic world as its axis. This perspective is represented by Fazlur Rahman.

Abstract

The view of islamic law regarding the distribution of inheritance in the andong boyolali community, which uses javanese customary law in the method of inheritance distribution, causes many problems in the distribution of inheritance and conflicts over the rights of the assets obtained. This article is intended to provide understanding and explain especially to the dignitaries in the community and in general to the general public regarding the distribution of inheritance in accordance with islamic law based on the koran, hadith and ijma of the ulama, so as not to cause many problems in the distribution of inheritance. And acquired property rights. The type of research that will be used in this study is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Intended to obtain information and existing data, which relates to the problem of the many problems in the distribution of inheritance. In this study, the authors focus on the analysis of the views of islamic law.
