Abstract

Ditech Injection Workshop is a company engaged in the maintenance of car vehicles which was established in 1998, located at Jalan Cikutra 172 and Jalan Cipedes Tengah 196 Bandung. Ditech Injection Workshop strives to improve the quality of car repair services in order to maintain competition with other workshops. There is a problem in the Ditech Injection Workshop, there are 3 to 10 consumers in 1 day who only want to be served by one mechanic, but the information on activities being carried out by the mechanic and the work time is not scheduled so the admin does not know the work being done and the estimated waiting time what is needed by consumers. Based on these problems the development of information systems is carried out by applying the HRN (Hight Ratio Next) algorithm which can help in arranging the queue service schedule. Additionally it can provide mechanical scheduling information, provide waiting time information and service priorities. The results of this study are a mechanical scheduling information system by applying an HRN algorithm that helps provide mechanical schedule information, calculate service priorities and customer waiting times

Abstract

Asset management information systems are widely used by private and government companies because they can help companies and governments in managing assets that aim to manage, maintain, and supervise important assets. In this study, researchers tried to implement a system to manage asset management at PT. Kraft Ultrajaya Indonesia because there are still problems where asset management that does not have inaccurate information about the assets owned causes the managers not to have specific references used in determining needs in the procurement process. In addition, there is an inadequate monitoring process for the realization of assets received that are not in accordance with the purchase order form, resulting in a lack of information on the status of realization of assets received. In other cases there is also insufficient depreciation of asset maintenance information, resulting in inconsistencies in data and information regarding the condition of assets that are inconsistent with the condition of assets that are depreciated in the field, which may result in uncontrolling of the available assets. From this problem, researchers tried to implement an asset management information system in order to make it easier to help access historical data that is easy in the process of asset data processing and asset control starting from the asset planning process to revenue so that it can help the company evaluate each asset owned and simplify the decision-making process, thereby minimizing the purchase of excess assets that can harm the company and can also control every asset management that exists in the company. In addition, the asset management information system that is implemented will provide information on asset status management, especially the depreciation of each asset, so as to know the quality status of existing assets and the condition of asset depreciation.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital age, data is becoming a valuable source for decision-making and analysis. Clustering, as an important technique in data analysis, has a key role in organizing and understanding complex datasets. One of the effective clustering algorithms is k-means. However, this algorithm is prone to the problem of missing values, which can significantly affect the quality of the resulting clusters. To overcome this challenge, imputation methods are used, including mean imputation and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) imputation. This study aims to analyze the impact of imputation methods on CPU Benchmark Compilation clustering results. Evaluation of the clustering results using the silhouette coefficient showed that clustering with mean imputation achieved a score of 0.782, while with KNN imputation it achieved a score of 0.777. In addition, the cluster interpretation results show that the KNN method produces more information that is easier for users to understand. This research provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of imputation methods in improving the quality of data clustering results in assisting CPU selection decisions on CPU Benchmark Compilation data.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang terus berkembang, pemasaran digital menjadi kunci bagi keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Namun, banyak UMKM di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan UMKM dalam pemasaran digital di Kota Cirebon dilaksanakan selama satu hari, tepatnya pada tanggal 21 Juni 2024, di Rumah BUMN. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 pelaku UMKM yang berfokus pada pengenalan dan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Melalui pelatihan yang mencakup ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan platform digital, pembuatan konten promosi, dan manajemen media sosial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta: sebelum pelatihan, 76% peserta belum pernah menggunakan iklan berbayar, dan setelah pelatihan, pemahaman tentang social media marketing meningkat dari 16,4% menjadi 61,5%. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menciptakan kesadaran akan pentingnya kehadiran digital tetapi juga membekali UMKM dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui transformasi digital di kalangan UMKM.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam tata kelola pemerintahan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak, termasuk di tingkat desa. Namun, banyak desa menghadapi kendala dalam merancang sistem informasi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi desa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat menggunakan pendekatan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan melalui tahapan TOGAF meliputi Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Ar-chitecture, hingga Information Systems Architecture. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen pada sejumlah desa, serta divalidasi menggunakan metode member checking oleh para sekretaris desa. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur sistem informasi yang menggambarkan proses bisnis, kebutuhan data, serta sistem informasi yang relevan dengan karakteristik desa. Validasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,98 dari skala 5, yang menunjukkan level kematangan sistem pada Level 4 – Managed berdasarkan TOGAF Architecture Capability Maturity Model. Artinya, blueprint yang disusun telah terdokumentasi, terstruktur, dan siap dilanjutkan ke tahap implementasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar tahapan selanjutnya seperti Technology Architecture dan Migration Planning turut dikembangkan guna mendukung digitalisasi desa yang menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover customer perceptions of Eiger Adventure products on the Tokopedia platform through an Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) approach. Data in the form of 3,670 customer reviews were collected using web scraping techniques and processed through preprocessing, aspect extraction, sentiment labeling, and classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The text vectorization process was carried out using the TF-IDF method, while evaluation metrics included accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that the most dominant aspects were quality, model, and delivery. Positive sentiment was mostly found in the quality and model aspects, while delivery and size aspects were the main sources of complaints. The classification model achieved an accuracy of 61.6% and performed best in detecting positive sentiment. As an implementation, a web-based system was developed that is capable of conducting ABSA analysis in an integrated and interactive manner. This study concluded that although Eiger products are considered superior in quality, efforts to improve non-product services such as delivery and size information are urgently needed to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

New student admissions marketing content delivered through social media platforms like Instagram has become a crucial strategy for attracting prospective students. Jenderal Achmad Yani University utilizes Instagram as a promotional tool by displaying various information related to study programs, registration schedules, campus facilities, and student activities in engaging and engaging visual content. In addition to content quality, user engagement, such as the number of likes, comments, and other interactions, is also a key indicator in measuring the effectiveness of the promotion. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey of prospective students and followers of the official Universitas Achmad Yani Instagram account. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of new student admissions content and engagement on university admission intentions. The results showed that both content and engagement on Instagram significantly influenced prospective students' interest in applying to Jenderal Achmad Yani University. These findings underscore the crucial role of social media in shaping the image and attractiveness of higher education institutions. A consistent and interactive digital promotional strategy can help universities reach their target audience more effectively and increase new student enrollment intentions.

Abstract

User Experience (UX) is a crucial aspect in determining the effectiveness of digital learning systems. This study aims to design and evaluate a book-based digital learning system prototype using the Design Thinking approach. The research was conducted through five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations involving students, lecturers, and publishers. The evaluation applied a triangulation strategy combining the System Usability Scale (SUS), heatmap analysis, and semi-structured interviews. The results indicate an average SUS score of 70, which is above the minimum benchmark of 68, although improvements are still needed in visual design and navigation. Heatmap analysis revealed that most navigation elements were successfully used, but some icons were not recognized and certain menus were rarely accessed. The interviews reinforced these findings, highlighting that the system supports lecturers in monitoring and enhances student engagement, yet issues remain regarding button color contrast, label consistency, and the speed of accessing large files. These results demonstrate that Design Thinking, when combined with triangulated evaluation, can produce a book-based digital learning system that is more interactive, adaptive, and collaborative. This study contributes to the literature by emphasizing that integrating user-centered design with triangulation methods can significantly improve UX quality in higher education digital learning contexts.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis selalu sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ada, begitu juga dengan perkembangan bisnis laundry. Bisnis ini menjamur di kota yang banyak terdapat rumah kost dan kontrakan. Pemasalahannya adanya persaingan harga serta layanan yang berbeda disetiap laundry maka pihak laundry harus mengetahui pelanggan yang loyal agar dapat memasang strategi untuk dapat mempertahankan pelanggan lamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengelompokkan pelanggan berdasarkandata pelanggan melalui metode Partitioning Around Medoids menggunakan objek untuk mewakili sebuah cluster. Objek yang terpilih untuk mewakili sebuah cluster disebut medoid. Dengan tabel data awal berjumlah 1089 data yang diambil secara acak melalui normalisasi dan menggunakan Rumus Euclidean Distance. Pada iterasi pertama dengan total jarak terkecil keseluruhan data = 251,40. Pada iterasi kedua dengan total jarak terkecil keseluruhan data = 246,35 serta pada iterasi ke tiga total jarak terkecilkeseluruhan data = 265,87 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil total jarak keseluruhan data lebih besar dari total jarak sebelumnya maka proses iterasi dapat dihentikan. Dengan adanya sistem segmentasi loyalitas pelanggan tersebut pemilik akan mendapatkan kemudahan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang status barang laundry, pelanggan yang loyal dan tidak loyal melalui data pelanggan yang ada pada sistemtersebut berdasarkan perhitungan nilai recency, frequency, monetary pelanggan dengan menggunakan Metode PAM.

Abstract

Karyawan yang berbakat menjadi bagian penting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Menjadi masalah yang krusial bagi perusahaan ketika terdapat karyawan berbakat yang meninggalkan perusahaan untuk pindah ke perusahaan yang menawarkan peluang yang lebih baik. Kesiapan perusahaan dalam menghadapi masalah tenaga kerja dapat terlaksana dengan diberlakukannya sistem yang dapat memprediksi kasus atrisi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem prediksi awal terhadap atrisi karyawan. Dalam sudut pandang informatika untuk mencegah terjadinya atrisi karyawan, digunakan sistem Data Mining yang mampu memprediksi terjadinya atrisi karyawan tersebut dengan metode prediksi yaitu metode decision tree menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan adalah data yang diambil dari perusahaan PT.Indorama Petrochemicals yang berjumlah 1010 sampel data karyawan. Penelitian ini mendapatkan akurasi data sebesar 92,9% dengan algoritma C4.5 sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang baik pada prediksi atrisi karyawan tersebut.
