Abstract

This study aims to determine the teachers state map, equity-based teacher teacher’s teaching load Junior High School in District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Informants to be interviewed in this study were school principals, teachers, school supervisors and Head of the Education and Culture junior Pekanbaru. Instruments used in the form of interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used to describe the data mapping and equal distribution of teachers by teachers’ teaching load Junior High School in District Tenayan Kingdom is a qualitative analysis. The results showed that the first, the implementation of the mapping program and the equal distribution of teachers has not gone well in school because teachers are still many shortcomings. Secondly, There are many teachers who have not been able to meet the mandatory teaching load at least 24 hours per week face to face. Third, the solution of barriers to the implementation of the program of mapping and generalization of junior high school teachers throughout the District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru consists of several things of which to be transparent and accountable, carried out by the condition and where teachers live and give them the benefit of the mutation teacher to all the assembly of teachers in the environment of the District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Abstract

The aim of this research is how management of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru with subfokus are: (1) Achievement of vision and mission implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (2) Planning of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (3) Organizing of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (4) Implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (5) Supervision of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (6) The result of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. The approach of this research is qualitative gotten from respondents with data collection technique through documentation, observation, and in-depth interview. Further data analysis through data reduction, display data, conclusion and verification. The results showed that (1) Achievement of vision and mission implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized sufficient because it has fulfilled 3 aspects of 5 aspects from the objective standard (2) Planning of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized good because it has fulfilled 4 aspects of the 5 aspects from the objective standard (3) The organization of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized very well because it has fulfilled 5 aspects of 5 aspects from the objective standard (4) Implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized well because it has fulfilled 4 aspects of 5 aspects from the objective standard (5) Supervision of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized  sufficient because it has fulfilled 3 aspects from 5 aspects from the objective standard (6 ) The result of program the information center and counseling youth in SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is categorized less because it has fulfilled 2 aspects of 5 aspects from objective standard.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education which investigate through management function in public primary school 40 and public primary school 117 Pekanbaru. Informant which interviewed in this research were the school principal, coordinator of inclusive education, teacher and student guardian. While the instrument used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used to describe the implementation of inclusive education in primary public school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru. The result of this research shown that the implementation of inclusive education has been going well. The implementation  of inclusive education focuses on planning, organizing, actuating and controling the implementation of inclusive education. This research describe that inclusive education management believed to be able to contribute on education quality in public primary school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the map quality, quality manual, quality assurance and SOP institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. Informants to be interviewed in this research is the principal and Vice Principal at SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. The instruments used are shaped intervie, observation and documentation. Data analysis which is used toexpose the data quality assurance program school case studies of SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Soweto), used a qualitative analysis. The results showed that first, map quality SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru were already attempting to carry out the task of drafting the program and evaluation of the quality of education the school mapping. Second, the guideline of quality SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru minimum service standards. Third, quality assurance SDN 36 SOP and SDITAl Fityah Pekanbaru meets the standards and infrastructure customized SNPS and SPM. Fourth, institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru refers to the institutional structure which guarantees the quality of staffing and are handled by the head of school.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) Planning of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang of Bangkinang Sub-district, (2) Organizing extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School Negeri 005 in Binuang, Bangkinang District, (3) Implementation of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District, (4) Evaluation of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District, and (5) Inhibiting factors of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study through through observation, interviews, making field notes, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses a qualitative descriptive analysis strategy model and a qualitative verificative analysis strategy model. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) In making the extracurricular activity, the principal holds a meeting together with the teacher and the committee. Then the principal makes the decree shown to the teacher who is given the task as an extracurricular coach who has expertise in the extracurricular field and authorizes (2) The principal together with the extracurricular instructor facilitates the governing structure led by the headmaster directly and assisted by other teachers as the supervisor of the activity, (3) The implementation of this extracurricular activity is done at the school yard involving all the students Selecting their preferred extracurricular activities, (4) In evaluating the principal to assess the outcomes of the extracurricular in the form of student-owned personality and student achievement as a result of their participation in extracurricular activities, and (5) T extracurricular activities such as low student motivation to follow extracurricular activities and low support of parents to children to follow this activity.

Managerial Supervision Head of Technical Implementation Unit of Education and Culture Office of Tapung Hulu Sub-district has not been maximal in supervising and supervising in the preparation and development of school-level curriculum. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan atau korelasi antara: 1) motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru; 2) kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru; 3) motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel independen terdiri dari motivasi berprestasi (X1), dan kepuasan kerja (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja guru (Y). Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMP di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota sebanyak 149 orang, dan sampel 109 orang yang ditentukan dengan penarikan sampel secara acak proporsional (proportional random sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linear ganda yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk menguji kelayakan regresi dilakukan asumsi klasik dan keseluruhan analisis ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ini dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang adanya pengaruh antar variabel-variabel (1) Budaya Sekolah  terhadap Motivasi kerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, (2) Budaya Sekolah  terhadap komitmen guru SMK di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, (3). Motivasi Kerja terhadap komitmen guru SMK di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini didapatkan melalui penyebaran instrument kepada 103 orang guru SMK di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis jalur dengan Persamaan struktur   : X2 = rx2x1X1 + ε1 dan Persamaan struktur : Y  = ryx1X1+ ryx2X2 + ε2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model struktural yang diajukan diterima. (1) Budaya sekolah memiliki pengaruh langsung dan bermakna terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 1,9% (2) Budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen guru sebesar 6,5%. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen guru sebesar 18,5%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan berguna bagi perbaikan dan peningkatan Komitmen  guru SMK  di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti  dengan cara  budaya sekolah dijadikan pedoman dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan internal maupun eksternal sehingga guru memiliki    motivasi dalam bekerja demi kemajuan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Pengetahuan Administrasidan Self-efficacy dengan Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah pada SD seKecamatan Bagan Sinembah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode surveydengan teknik korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah se KecamatanBagan Sinembah dengan jumlah sampel 55 kepala sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulandata berbentuk kuesioner dan tes objektif.Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang Hubungan antaraPengetahuan Administrasi dan Self-efficacy dengan Pengambilan Keputusan KepalaSekolah pada SD se Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah dengan menggunakan angket.Validitas butir di uji menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan koefisienreabilitas instrumen dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Alpa Cronbach.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara Pengetahuan administrasidengan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan koefisien korelasi ry1= 0,601 dan persamaanregresi Ŷ= 74,890 + 1,265X1. 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara self-efficacydengan pengambilan keputusan dengan koefisien korelas ry2= 0,600 dan persamaanregresi Ŷ= 34,312 + 0,677X2. 3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuanadministrasi dan self-efficacy dengan pengambilan keputusan dengan koefisien korelasiganda dan =2. 1y R 0,770 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 24,733+ 0,557X1 + 1,041X2

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) persepsi pada sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) persepsi pada sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh guru yang telah tersertifikasi diSMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis. Dalam penelitian ini sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh, karena semua guru yang telah tersertifikasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis.Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi pada sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,435, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar0,341. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh persepsi pada sertifikasiguru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar0,490.
