Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu negara dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor salah satunya adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sendiri erat kaitannya dengan faktor pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, yaitu analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen yaitu, pendidikan yang diproxy dengan Angka Melek Huruf (AMH) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang di proxy dengan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau selama periode 2009-2012. Tes asumsi klasik dilakukan sebelum menjalankan model analisis regresi linier berganda.Tes diagnostik  dijalankan melalui tes CUSUM dan CUSUM (of square) untuk melihat data yang digunakan dalam keadaan stabil atau tidak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, variabel pendidikan yang di proxy dengan Angka Melek Huruf (AMH) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang di proxy dengan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

In order to effectively realize the company's vision and mission, one of the most important components is human resources. Employees are the most important asset in an organization so that each employee is required to work optimally based on their abilities. This research aims to measure the potential possessed by employees who take part in performance evaluations and to fulfill the self-development needs of employees at CV BM. The subject in this research was 1 person who was in the position of cutting & design coordinator. Data collection methods use psychological tests and interviews. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the assessment show that the subject does not meet the potential standards expected in the position of cutting & design coordinator with a recommendation of "Not Recommended" and needs to be developed in the aspects of problem solving ability, leadership in groups, ability to collaborate in teams, work flexibility, emotional stability and communication. . The conclusion of the potential review assessment for the cutting & design coordinator position requires development through a coaching program, so that the subject can increase his competence and remain able to work optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui Pengaruh Advertising terhadap Keputusan Investasi Saham dengan Customer Perceived Value sebagai variable interverning pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2024. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersumber langsung dari responden yang disajikan dalam bentuk skala likert. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tekhnik Sampling Non-probabilitas, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 123 orang Mahasiswa yang telah melakukan pembelian saham. Metoda statistik data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Advertising berpengaruh psitiff dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Customer perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer percerived value. Advertising terhadap keputusan pembelian dimediasi customer perceived value disebut partial mediation

Abstract

This study investigates the validity and reliability of the Employee Well-Being Scale tailored for university lecturers. The scale was designed to measure the multi-dimensional aspects of well-being among academic staff. Participants included 123 full-time lecturers from various universities across Indonesia, selected through random sampling to represent diverse academic environments. Inclusion criteria required lecturers to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience and active involvement in academic activities such as teaching, research, and administrative duties. The instrument was administered via an online survey to maximize efficiency and participation. Data analysis employed Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using SPSS software. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure confirmed sample adequacy with a value exceeding 0.5. The Anti-Image Matrix revealed sufficient Measures of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) values (>0.5) for individual variables. Total Variance Explained analysis identified the percentage of variance accounted for by extracted factors, while the Scree Plot helped determine the number of significant factors. The Rotated Component Matrix ensured that items strongly loaded onto their respective factors. Reliability testing yielded a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.948, indicating high internal consistency. The results validate the Employee Well-Being Scale as a reliable tool for assessing well-being among university lecturers, offering robust psychometric properties for further academic and practical applications. This study contributes to the development of evidence-based measures for promoting employee well-being in the higher education sector.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana transportasi online memengaruhi jumlah pekerjaan yang tersedia di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan statistik melalui SPSS Versi 25. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak transportasi online terhadap peningkatan lapangan pekerjaan. Studi ini menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta asumsi klasik (normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinieritas). Penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak disengaja atau Accidental Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membuat 17 pertanyaan berdasarkan indikator terori yang mereka gunakan. Penelitian tersebut melibatkan semua driver Gojek yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru terdiri dari 56 driver online. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Gojek berkontribusi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki pekerjaan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa transportasi online atau Gojek, telah menjadi sumber pekerjaan baru yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Hasil dari kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa alasan orang bergabung menjadi driver Gojek adalah karena mereka melihat peningkatan pendapatan setelah menjadi driver Gojek. Driver Gojek dapat memperoleh pendapatan rata-rata tiga juta rupiah per bulan. Fleksibilitas juga memotivasi driver selain peluang peningkatan pendapatan. Salah satu faktor yang menarik bagi driver Gojek untuk bergabung adalah kebebasan mereka dalam mengatur waktu kerja mereka. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak ada aturan kerja yang terlalu memberatkan driver dan fleksibilitas mereka dalam menentukan waktu kerja mereka.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan di UPT SDN Unggulan Bontomanai maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat dan Solusi implementasi kurikulum Merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas II di UPT SDN Unggulan Bontomanai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas II UPT SDN Unggulan Bontomanai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas II di UPT SDN Unggulan Bontomanai sudah efektif. Adapun faktor pendukung yaitu bimbingan guru atau pendidik, peserta didik itu sendiri, orang tua peserta didik dan bahan ajar atau media pembelajaran yang menunjang, sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat ialah tidak semua peserta didik bisa tertib pada saat pembelajaran sehingga hal demikian sudah dipastikan mengganggu peserta didik yang lain. guru harus memberikan pemahaman dan bimbingan kepada peserta tentang pentingnya pembelajaran bahasa indonesia dan ketertiban dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini, maka secara perlahan peserta didik akan mengerti. Adapun dampaknya yaitu berdampak positif baik kepada guru maupun peserta didik.

Abstract

Financial knowledge regarding investments in the capital market has become increasingly important for the younger generation, particularly Generation Z, who are in the early stages of their professional lives. Investment in the capital market offers the potential for higher asset growth compared to traditional financial instruments but also comes with risks that must be managed wisely. This community service program aims to provide an overview of the importance of capital market investments for Generation Z, focusing on how they can take advantage of these opportunities early on to prepare for a better financial future. By gaining a thorough understanding of capital market instruments such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, Generation Z is expected to make more informed investment decisions. This community service initiative also discusses the challenges faced by Generation Z in investing and the solutions that can be implemented to overcome these obstacles. Abstract

Teachers in remote schools often experience psychological stress and professional burnout due to limited resources, heavy workloads, and lack of psychosocial support, which negatively affect both teacher well-being and learning quality. This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ mental well-being and professionalism through a Tech-Based Psychosocial Mentoring Innovation, supporting SDGs 3, 4, and 8, as well as University Key Performance Indicators (IKU) 3 and 7 by empowering educators in low-resource settings. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation (needs assessment, development of the “Healthy Teacher” psychosocial module, and creation of a Google Site–based Learning Management System), implementation (three-day training on stress management, emotional regulation, and reflective mentoring), and evaluation (using the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index, daily reflections, and focus group discussions). Results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ well-being, with WHO-5 scores increasing from moderate to good levels. Teachers also reported improved stress management, higher motivation, and stronger collegial support. The program produced ten psychoeducational videos, a digital LMS, and a sustainable reflective teacher community supported by two internal mentors. Overall, this innovation effectively enhanced teachers’ psychological well-being and professionalism in remote schools and can be replicated in other rural or low-resource educational settings to promote sustainable teacher well-being and school quality improvement.

Abstract

This study examines the structural relationships among organizational culture, employee well-being, and psychological flourishing in higher education. Grounded in Denison’s cultural framework and the PERMA model of well-being, the research proposes that employee well-being mediates the relationship between organizational culture and flourishing. A quantitative explanatory design was employed involving 210 lecturers from private universities in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that organizational culture has a strong and significant positive effect on employee well-being (? = 0.733, p < 0.001). Employee well-being significantly predicts psychological flourishing (? = 0.276, p < 0.01). However, organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on flourishing. Mediation analysis reveals that employee well-being fully mediates the relationship between organizational culture and psychological flourishing. The model explains 53.7% of the variance in employee well-being and 7.4% of the variance in flourishing. These results suggest that institutional culture enhances flourishing primarily through strengthening lecturers’ multidimensional well-being. This limitation should be more explicitly acknowledged to avoid overstating the model’s explanatory power. The study contributes to positive organizational scholarship by integrating cultural theory, PERMA-based well-being, and flourishing into a unified framework within the higher education context
