Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the performance of teachers who received certification allowances and had not received certification allowances at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Besi and SMK PGRI Sampit 2018/2019 academic year. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.The subjects in this study were lecturers or teachers in SMK 1 of Kota Besi and SMK PGRI Sampit totaling 48 (Forty-eight) people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. There is a difference in the performance of certified teachers and certified teachers whose performance is better than that of uncertified teachers

Abstract

This research purpose is to know performance study at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Subject in this research is Head of Quality Assurance Agency STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Analysis technique use in this research is categorization using average values. Output in this research is to show performance study in the economy study program have a good category with value 64,44%. Guidance and counseling study program have a good category with value 63,61%.

Abstract

Parents have a very influential role in providing education as a personal development effort of children. Parents can have a creative child if they apply appropriate methods of educating children. In the right way, the creativity of the child will definitely grow well and optimally. This study was conducted to determine the influence of the role of parents to the creativity of children. The Population of this research are 244 students of VIII grade in SMP Negeri 4 Sampit and then only 25% or 63 students will be objects. Analysis techniques of this research is simple linear regrecy analysis.Based on the results of this study that is the contribution of parents to the development of children's creativity in SMP Negeri 4 Sampit 2016/2017 academic year. Contribution of parent's role to creativity is 0,260 or 26%. It means that the parent role variable influences 26% to the creativity of the child.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini hasil belajar antara siswa yang satu dengan siswa yang lain hendaknya memiliki kesamaan, berdasarkan dari kenyataan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang satu dengan siswa yang lain ternyata berbeda, hal tersebut diperkuat sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh dari Dapodikdas Dinas Pendidikan Kab.Kotim pada bulan Desember 2015, jumlah peserta UN Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dari sekolah Negeri maupun sekolah Swasta tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, dari jurusan IPS ada 1032 peserta dan yang tidak lulus 5 peserta. Dari data di atas, hal ini sejalan dengan yang diungkapkan oleh Noehi Nasution (Syaiful Bahri Djamarah, 2008:195) yang menyatakan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), sekitar 25% hasil belajar disekolah dapat dijelaskan dari IQ, sedangkan 75% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Faktor lain yaitu dari faktor eksternal salah satunya adalah lingkungan sekolah. Lingkungan sekolah merupakan bagian item dari faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS SMA negeri dan swasta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rata-rata hasil Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar antara siswa yang bersekolah di Negeri dan Swasta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To Know The Effect of Self Efficacy to Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (2) To Know the Influence of Academic Procrastination on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (3) To Know the Influence of Self Efficacy and Academic Procrastination simultaneously on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit.The population in this study are students of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit on semester 2, 4, and 6 which amounted to 165 students and taken as a sample of 30% of 51 students with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis are: (1) There is no Effect of Self Efficacy on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (2) There is no Influence of Academic Procrastination on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (3) No Effect of Self Efficacy and Academic Procrastination collectively to the Achievement Index on the Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan perpustakaan dan internet terhadap indeks prestasi bagi mahasiswa merupakan hal yang penting karena dengan memanfaatkan perpustakan dan internet mahasiswa dapat memperoleh indeks prestasi yang tinggi. Indeks prestasi digunakan sebagai tolak ukur prestasi akademik seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan secara simultan pemanfaatan perpustakaan dan internet terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit Tahun Akademik 2014/2015. Pendekatan dalam penelitian mengunakan kolerasional sebab akibat dengan populasi sejumlah 271 mahasiswa dan sampel sejumlah 68 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang memenuhi persyaratan analisis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan pemanfaatan perpustakaan dan internet terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit Tahun Akademik 2014/2015 dengan kontribusi sebesar 9,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaanmotivasi menyelesaikan skripsi antara mahasiswa yang bekerja denganmahasiswa yang tidak bekerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan skala motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Uji-t. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh Hasil uji t dengan nilai t_hitung>t_tabel (4,706 > 2,021) dan signifikansi diperoleh P value (0,000 < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi yang sangat signifikan antara mahasiswa yang bekerja dan tidak bekerja. Motivasi mahasiswa yang bekerja lebih rendah dibanding yang tidak bekerja dengan perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 8,44 dan perbedaan berkisar antara 4,82 sampai 12,03.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how students' self awareness of the cleanliness of campus environment in STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit Academic Year 2016/2017. The population in this study is all students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit amounting to 412 students Academic Year 2016/2017. The sampling technique used is a random sample technique or a random sample where the sample amounted to 206 students. Researchers use this technique because the population in the study exceeds 100. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the result of the research, most of the students who have high category as many as 29 respondents (14.07%) consisting of 6 male respondents and 23 female respondents, for the medium category are 146 respondents (70.87%) consisting of 39 respondents Men and 107 female respondents, and for the low category of 31 respondents (15.04%) consisting of 7 male respondents and 24 female respondents.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Student Satisfaction Differences on Lecturer Characteristics of the big five factors of Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to experience in Teaching and Learning at the Educational Program of Economic Studies of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. This research was a comparative research using quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were the 4th semester students of the Educational Program of Economic Studies of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit which amounted to 28 person. The data analysis used was Analysis of One Path Variant (One Way Anova) Based on the results of data analysis, it could be concluded that there were the student satisfaction differences on the characteristics of lecturers type Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to experience. This was indicated by the value F arithmetic> Ftable; 3.364> 2.26 with significant value p = 0.020

Abstract

This study aims to know the factors that influence the students interest choosing majors a computer and networks in the middle school to vocational country 2 sampit. This study using descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is students secondary school to vocational coutry 2 Sampit majors a computer and network, class X, XI and XII a number of 302 students. The techniques a sample of in this study bstratifrld disproportionately random sempling that amountsnto 75 student, and technique collecting date on the of researchers is the questionnarie or inquiries.Based on the results of the analysis of factor, and the internal factor that influence the students interes choosing in the middle school to vocational country 2 Sampit establishedwith aspects for 0,795, the interests of 0,479, the attention of 0,814 and aspects of interest to indicator angagement of 0,931.internal factor of aspects of interest to indicator involvement affect the students interest choosing majors a computer and the value of 0,931 network.
