Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membuka peluang untuk melakukan transaksi bisnis melalui telepon seluler. Perdagangan melalui seluler inilah yang disebut dengan m commerce. Menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai efisiensi dalam berbagai aspek pengelolaan informasi, yang diwujudkan dalam kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu pemrosesan, serta keakuratan dan kebenaran informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi e-commerce Android yang mempermudah distribusi produk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah karena penjualan dilakukan dalam bentuk tunai dan piutang serta pembelian bisa dilakukan dalam bentuk ritel dan grosir, agar mudah mengelola data distribusi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development yang dimulai dari menganalisis data hingga implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pelanggan dapat melihat pembelian langsung yang dilakukan pada perangkat mobile dengan memilih beberapa menu yang disediakan dan menyelesaikan transaksi pembayaran. CV Cahaya Jiwa Sejahtera juga dapat mengelola data penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara efisien dan efektif

Abstract

Social media allows the public, especially the younger generation, to access information and knowledge or communicate with others online. Unfortunately, the phenomenon of bullying has evolved into cyberbullying, encompassing various forms of violence such as taunting, insults, intimidation, or harassment carried out by young individuals through digital technology or social media platforms. Therefore, considering the available data, there is a need for a method to classify text comments on social media, whether they fall into the category of cyberbullying or not. One of the methods used is the creation of a cyberbullying classification model using a Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Naive Bayes algorithms. This research aims to analyze cyberbullying in social media by comparing three different algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and SVM. The research results show that in the classification analysis, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model performed the best, with an accuracy of 85%, precision of 79.93%, and recall of 94.29%. The Naive Bayes model also provided satisfactory results, with an accuracy of around 82.19%, precision of 81.29%, and recall of 85.10%. Meanwhile, the Random Forest (RF) model had a lower accuracy of approximately 73.15%, with a precision of 74.05% and a recall of 77.79%.

Abstract

This research has explored how Android-based e-commerce is used for catering entrepreneurship in Selayaran Archipelago. The project seeks to build an e-commerce platform that will alter the balance of power in the region's restaurants, utilizing the electronic medium for improving local food businesses and promoting sustainable economic development. With the accelerated growth of applications for local food delivery, mistakes abound in how local food businesses attempt to expand frontiers and remedying internal efficiency failings. One uses the Research and Development (R&D) method to work out needs analysis, design, development and system test in different Selayarautlay restaurants. Interviews and surveys were carried out in Selayar among restaurant owners and customers involved with eating out, so that we might understand the problems and opportunities of applying digital hardware. The results indicate that the Android-based e-commerce platform positively contributes to business growth by increasing visibility, reducing transaction times, and enabling more personalized customer interactions. This implementation offers valuable insights into digital transformation for small to medium-sized restaurant businesses in rural areas, providing a model that supports local entrepreneurship through technological innovation. The findings suggest that developing e-commerce capabilities in the restaurant sector can not only improve service quality and customer satisfaction but also create a sustainable model for local economic growth in the Selayar Archipelago.

Abstract

Pemberian bantuan bahan dan alat kepada pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu strategi penting pemerintah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan sektor industri nasional serta memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi lokal. Namun, proses seleksi penerima bantuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual kerap menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti ketidaktepatan sasaran, ketidakefisienan waktu, kurangnya objektivitas, serta minimnya dokumentasi. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya sistem yang mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara lebih sistematis, efisien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis Model Matematik GAP (Generic Access Profile) guna meningkatkan akurasi dan keadilan dalam proses seleksi penerima bantuan. Model GAP digunakan untuk membandingkan profil ideal dan profil aktual IKM berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti legalitas usaha, status binaan, lokasi, dan kebutuhan alat. Selisih nilai (gap) tersebut dikonversi ke dalam bobot evaluasi menggunakan tabel GAP standar, lalu diolah untuk menghasilkan skor akhir sebagai dasar pemeringkatan dan rekomendasi bantuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic dengan dukungan basis data relasional. Hasil pengujian white box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai desain dan mampu menghasilkan laporan seleksi yang akurat dan terverifikasi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Model GAP dalam SPK ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi seleksi dan mampu memberikan rekomendasi bantuan yang lebih objektif, transparan, serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sistem ini juga berpotensi untuk direplikasi dalam seleksi bantuan di sektor lainnya.

Abstract

The use of CCTV systems in daily life is increasingly widespread, along with the growing need for security and surveillance. However, malfunctions in both hardware and software components of CCTV devices remain a challenge, especially for technicians and non-technical users who lack sufficient expertise. This study aims to develop an expert system using the Backward Chaining method to assist technicians and users in accurately and efficiently diagnosing various types of CCTV malfunctions. The Backward Chaining method is employed due to its ability to trace symptoms back to the root cause using a rule-based logical inference approach. The system is implemented as a mobile application for Android platforms, with a knowledge base constructed from the expertise of CCTV technicians at PT. Smart CCTV Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the expert system provides significant ease in diagnosing CCTV issues and offers relevant recommendations to both technicians and users. Thus, this system is expected to enhance efficiency in troubleshooting processes and support better decision-making in the management of digital security systems

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a computer-based information system for storing, managing and analyzing, and calling geographic differential data that has grown rapidly in the last five years. This rapid technological advance has led more and more people to benefit, one of which is to provide information on crime reporting and tracking in the city's Gorontalo police. This research is focused on the city's Gorontalo police related to reporting and tracking information especially related to crime location information. From the results of the study found that there is still very little use of technology to present information to the police in Gorontalo city, this is certainly a condition that irony in the midst of the rapid state of technology development today. Research System is implemented and can make it easier to provide information navigation point location reporting and tracking crimes that occur in Gorontalo police area of the city and have been through system testing (Blackbox and Whitebox).

Abstract

- Timely student graduation is an important indicator in assessing the quality of higher education management. However, not all students are able to complete their studies within the prescribed study period, making it necessary to implement data-driven predictive approaches to identify students at risk of delayed graduation. This study aims to compare the performance of the Decision Tree and Naïve Bayes algorithms in classifying timely student graduation based on academic data. The dataset consists of alumni records from the Informatics Engineering Study Program for the 2015–2016 cohorts, totaling 610 valid records after data cleaning and attribute selection. Predictor variables include gender, class type, and Semester Grade Point Index (IPS) from semester 1 to semester 5, while the target variable is graduation status. Model evaluation was conducted using an 80% training and 20% testing split, and performance was measured through a confusion matrix to obtain accuracy, precision, and recall values. The results show that the Decision Tree achieved an accuracy of 69.54%, while Naïve Bayes achieved 68.38%. The 1.16% difference indicates that the Decision Tree performs slightly better for this dataset. These findings suggest that early semester academic performance significantly contributes to predicting timely graduation and can support data-driven academic decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology has an impact on the world of marketing, marketing trends are switching from offline to online. The level of consumption of Gorontalo people continues to increase, but the market will only look crowded on any given day or ahead of the religious big day only. The current condition, the quiet interest of prospective buyers due to the easy access of technology in online shopping should be used as an opportunity to increase sales of market traders. In addition to selling conventional merchandise can also sell online. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based e-market application that allows traders in the central market to sell online and increase revenue and reduce operational costs.An e-commerce app called E-market. This e-market itself is not the first time because already e-markets that work with BRI that can be accessed https://e-pasar.bri.co.id/ but after being searched deeper into the website the Central market is not included in the digital market. The results of this study were later implemented in gorontalo Central Market traders with the intention of increasing their sales through online transactions, by not leaving the old sales system (Offline).

Abstract

Bullying in the workplace not only has a negative impact on the individual who is the victim, but also has negative consequences for the organization and witnesses who witnessed the incident. The purpose of the study is to describe the psychological aspects related to bullying in the work environment using a valid theoretical conceptual framework. This study combines the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approaches to investigate the phenomenon of bullying in the work environment with a focus on the gender dimension. The findings suggest that gender has a significant role in influencing the experience of bullying in the workplace, with significant differences between individuals based on their gender. The integrative models of ANP and SEM successfully identified the complexity of the relationship between related variables such as the strength of interpersonal relationships, gender differences, and organizational policies, while also highlighting the negative impact of bullying on individual psychological well-being and organizational productivity. This study shows that all indicators of bullying behavior in the workplace have a p > value of 0.3 based on the results of confirmatory factor analysis. These indicators are threats to professional status (0.591), threats to individuals (0.538), isolating (0.399), excessive workload (0.649), and acts that cause instability (0.310). These results indicate that each of these factors is significant and relevant in measuring bullying behavior in the work environment.
