Abstract

Abstract: The terminology of various theology concepts is very basic in human life, especially when man realizes that he is a creature  that have duty to submissive and obedient to God as his creator. Talking about the relationship between man and God will, so other beliefs to the prophets, angles, and another creatures should be aroused, We must prove everything of ours believing in the real life. Therefore, thestudy of theological view,  alsobe associated with the functions and obligations of human beings responsible in this life. There are various concepts of belief in God, the Prophets, Angels,  and  another creatures, is how tobecome an habit over the years, it becomes very important to be revitalized in a more meaningful understanding of the dynamics of human daily life. Through that theological beliefs, expected to reflect the improvement of human performance and dedication in order to carry out the mandate as earth’s caliph. Abstrak: Terminologi tentang teologi dengan berbagai kosep dan teorinya merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam kehidupan manusia, apalagi ketika menusia me­nyadari bahwa dirinya sebagai makhluk memiliki kuajiban untuk tunduk dan patuh kepada penciptanya Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Berbicara masalah hubungan antara manusia dan Tuhan akan me­refleksikan kepercayaan lain yang wajib muncul adanya, seperti kepercayaan kepada Nabi, Malaikat dan kepercayaan kepada makhluk halus lainnya. Keper­cayaan kepada semuanya itu harus di­buktikan secara nyata dalam kehidupan keseharian manusia. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian tentang pemikiran teologi, juga harus dikaitkan dengan fungsi dan kwajiban manusia yang bertanggungjawab dalam ke­hidupan di dunia ini. Berbagai konsep tentang ke­percayaan kepada Tuhan, Nabi,  Malakat dan lain sebagainya yang bersifat transendental sebagai­mana menjadi kebiasaan selama ini, menjadi sangat penting untuk direvitalisasikan dalam pemahaman yang lebih bermakna demi kepentingan di dunia dalam dinamika keseharian manusia. Melalui pembumian keyakinan teologis itu, diharapkan mampu merefleksikan kepada pe­n­ingkatan kinerja dan dedikasi manusia dalam rang­ka mengemban amanat ke­khalifah­annya di bumi ini. Abstract

Abstract

Momentum kebebasan demokrasi memberi angin segar bagi kelompok fundamentalis-radi­kal merangsek ke tengah publik untuk menyua­ra­kan aspirasi politis-ideologisnya. Sialnya, cara, gaya, karakter atau pendekatan yang digunakan kerap berseberangan dengan iden­ti­tas dan bangunan budaya bangsa ini. Kekerasan kerap menjadi menu tidak asing lagi yang melekat dalam tubuh kelompok fundamentalis-radikal. Dengan berjubahkan agama dan atas nama agama, Islam sebagai agama  rahmah dan toleran menjadi kabur dibumi Indonesia ini, tertutupi oleh merebaknya fenomena radikali­tas dan ekstrimitas kelompok-kelompok funda­men­talis-radikal. Abstract

The development of technology and financial literacy has increased the number of Indonesians who use stocks as an investment instrument. This also has an impact on the popularity of Islamic stocks. This is because many people are interested in Islamic investment instruments. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on stock price movements. Sharia stock prices have also experienced very volatile movements due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This phenomenon raises the question of whether investing in Islamic stocks during the COVID-19 pandemic is against Islamic economic law. This is because Islamic stock prices seem to be filled with uncertainty and have experienced a very significant price decline. Moreover, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of stock investors is increasing rapidly. This article aims to analyze Islamic stock investment during the COVID-19 pandemic through the perspective of Islamic economic law. To analyze this issue, this article collects data through library research. The data were analyzed using qualitative methods. In the end, this article finds that investing in Islamic stocks during the COVID-19 pandemic does not contradict the principles of Islamic economic law. Instead, this article suggests that the public can take advantage of a certain momentum to start investing in Islamic stocks.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship between the philosophy of Islamic economics and the realization of servitude to Allah Almighty, focusing on how economic activities support the achievement of Maqasid al-Sharia and sustainable economic development. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework is based on the principle that wealth is a trust from Allah that must be managed according to Sharia guidelines to balance material and spiritual needs. Literature Review: The literature review examines the role of Sharia regulations, such as the prohibition of riba, zakat, and charitable giving, in fostering social justice and economic stability. Additionally, the study highlights the concept of stewardship (khalifah) in wealth management, emphasizing the ethical responsibility of individuals to use resources in ways that please Allah. Methods: This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method, incorporating primary and secondary sources on Islamic economics. Data analysis is conducted systematically to identify the relationship between the philosophy of Islamic economics and the application of Sharia values in economic activities. Results: The findings reveal that mechanisms such as the prohibition of riba, zakat, and the concept of khalifah significantly contribute to reducing social inequalities and promoting economic solidarity. Furthermore, Islamic economics encourages ethical innovation, halal production, and sustainable development through balanced resource utilization. Implications: The study's implications emphasize the need to strengthen Sharia-based policies to support sustainable development goals and foster a just and cohesive society. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the philosophy of Islamic economics, ethical wealth management, and sustainable development orientation, providing a comprehensive perspective on applying Sharia values in the modern economic context.

Abstract

Background: The background of this research lies in the ongoing debate regarding the epistemological foundations of Islamic psychology. Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyze the role of *al-hads* (intuition) as an epistemology in Islamic psychology, assessing its relevance as a source of knowledge in understanding the human psyche. Method: This research adopts a qualitative approach with a literature review and conceptual analysis methodology, involving the examination of classical and contemporary texts within Islamic thought, particularly those related to *bayani*, *burhani*, and *'irfani*. Result: The results show that *al-hads*, in the form of revelation or intuition, can be considered a source of absolute truth in Islamic psychology, while *al-hads* in the form of personal inspiration or intuition, distinct from prophetic revelation, is more relative and dependent on individual experience. Conclusion: The study concludes that although *al-hads* is often regarded as irrational or unscientific, it can serve as a valid epistemological foundation in Islamic psychology, where the relationship between reason and intuition enables a more holistic approach to understanding psychological dynamics in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Academic investigations in this paper wants to elaborate the two concept of theistic existentialism and Sufism on human perfection (Insan kamil) of Seyyed Hossein Nasr perspective. According to Nasr thought human is not dealing with the concept of any other creation of god like animal, thress or miniral. For human developing in the world, human being is ceated deferrently of any aspects of things. By using the comparison method analysis of ideas contained in the literature this article aims to direct the human will for actions in their life and with the method of interpreting of the hermeneutics ways of these ideas the researcher entrenched searching for sources relevant to the topic of this study. From the results of this study it was concluded that humans do not merely exist based on their material form or physical form, but humans who exist consciously of their existence are human nature according to the flows of existentialism. The human existence surely determinated by god wills and god almighty. It is different with humans who are conceived by modern sciences as experiencing disparities in understanding of humanism. So humans are often seen from a certain aspect. And this is according to the conclusion that found is caused the crisis of modernity. For this reason, measuring humanity as a creature is expected to have a large role in alleviating various crises that arise in the modern world. Humanism consciousness or human consciousness becomes an important mode of transufquration in concepting humans in the existentialism dimension.
