Abstract

This research aim to know an information traffic pattern in community of Campus Enterpreneur which using Whatsapp messenger. This research method is case study and do in depth interview and observation. Aplied concepts in four pattern, base on Borderwijk and Van Kaam concept, these are allocution, conversation, consultation and registration. The result of information traffic pattern is in the beginning of recruitment, controlled in-formation to the coordinating center of the Chairman (alokusi stage). Once incorporated in social networks, the conversation takes place between one member and the other (the conversation phase), about the mission vision, goals, organizational structure, work pro-gram, and existence in the community. The Chairman’s directive ensures that every re-gional activity can work (consultation phase). And the Chairman receives and controls information from the members of the region regarding the agenda to be held (registration stage).

Abstract

This research is motivated by some data and facts. First, there are still many cases of violence that involve or happen to children; second, improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is one of the important efforts that must be continuously made in improving the quality of education; third, Al Junaediyah IT Vocational School has an interesting program in an effort to improve the quality of education. The research process starts from July 1 – September 20 2022 at SMK IT Al Junaediyah Sukabumi. The research method uses a qualitative method with an analysis process including: data reduction, data display, and data conclusive drawing/verification. The results obtained from this study are: 1) the civilization school program as an integrated program includes improving the quality of human resources, infrastructure, academic and non-academic activities; 2) The strategy for improving the quality of education is carried out through efforts to improve the aspects of: 1) parental participation; 2) class and school management; 3) the professionalism of school principals and teachers; 4) incentives and disincentives; 5) Islamic; 6) knowledge and skills; and 7) discipline. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy to improve the quality of education through the Civilization School program has been implemented properly and has had a huge impact on graduates. Relevant to these conclusions, the researcher recommends that schools be able to immediately start implementing school management in accordance with international standards.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the dominant factors which influenced the proliferation of village. As commonly known, these factors are used to accelerate development based on community aspirations. West Kalimantan Province was selected as the object of research since this province is the third largest province in Indonesia but only has few numbers of municipalities. In order to speed up the development in West Kalimantan, the local government needs to proliferate the region into small ones. It will make the regional government easier to manage its control than that of municipality with a larger area. This research used logit estimation in analysis and employed data from the Statistics Indonesia of West Kalimantan Province. The findings show that there were a number of factors affecting the proliferation of villages in West Kalimantan Province in 2008–2018, namely population, unemployment, poverty and regional head periods. Conversely, variables that did not significantly influence were HDI, GRDP and regional income variables. Meanwhile, other factors that also had a significant effect, but reduce the chances of proliferation of village were average rubber production and the percentage of state electricity consumption

Abstract

Buying and selling is an activity carried out by everyone to meet various needs, both in the form of physical needs and spiritual needs. The aim of this research is to obtain data and information about the opinion of the Syafi'i Madhhab regarding the sale and purchase of hair, both natural human hair and synthetic hair. The research method is descriptive research with normative and sociological legal approaches. The results of the study show that buying and selling hair according to the Madzhab including the Shafi'i Madhhab is not allowed according to Islamic law itself, buying and selling real hair is forbidden because hair is a member of the human body that cannot be traded while synthetic hair has differences of opinion looking at the purpose of using hair extensions, factors that cause buying and selling hair due to economic factors, the number of enthusiasts of hair extensions and following current trends as well as a lot of natural human hair needed for hair extensions.

Abstract

Philosophy of science is part of epistemology (philosophy of knowledge) which specifically examines the nature of science (scientific knowledge). Science is a branch of knowledge that has certain characteristics. Philosophy of science is a philosophical study that wants to answer several questions regarding the nature of science, such as, what objects does science study? What is the true nature of the object? What is the relationship between objects and human understanding (such as thinking, feeling and sensing) which produces knowledge. The aim of this research is to know, understand and comprehend the meaning, aims, essence, approach, way of working, foundation, objects, values ​​and uses of philosophy of science. This research uses a qualitative method, namely a descriptive and analytical research method. The results of this research are that philosophy of science is the study of all phenomena of human life and thought critically and described in fundamental concepts. Philosophy of Science is really needed in proving that accidents and phenomena and substances are proven to exist or are possible, because with reason you can prove a substance and that substance is formed from philosophy.

Abstract

Program Kampung Iklim (ProKlim) merupakan inisiatif nasional untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim. Salah satu bentuk penguatan ProKlim yang relevan dan aplikatif di tingkat rumah tangga adalah melalui pengembangan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan kesehatan dan iklim masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan TOGA yang terintegrasi dengan kegiatan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan budidaya TOGA, dan pendampingan pembuatan kebun TOGA di pekarangan warga dengan membagi menjadi 5 titik lokasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang manfaat TOGA, peningkatan ketersediaan tanaman obat di rumah tangga, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya ketahanan iklim berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan indikator adaptasi ProKlim, khususnya di sektor kesehatan dan ketahanan pangan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain yang tengah mengembangkan ProKlim.

Abstract

As a large country with a majority Muslim population, it is certainly an irony that the consumption needs of the Indonesian people are not fully guaranteed to be halal, and no party can really ensure that raw materials or finished products are circulated and traded. guaranteed halal in the market. This study aims to study in depth about the halalness of food products in an effort to protect consumers of izzi bakery products in pp Al-mashduqiah benchmark kraksaan. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The definition of methodology as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and data from documentation. The data analysis technique uses secondary data, namely interviews and direct observation. Based on interviews conducted at izzi bakery, it shows that halal food products in an effort to protect consumers have been implemented by employees at izzi. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that izzi bakery products have implemented standardization of halal products and the Consumer Protection Act in an effort to ensure the achievement of consumer protection.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a set of goals and objectives, policies and rules that provide direction to marketing efforts over time, Strategy is the overall concept of how a company regulates itself and all activities with the aim of making the business run successfully, competitive, and generate returns to shareholders, Islamic marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering, and changing values ​​from one initiator to its stakeholders. This study aims to determine the sharia marketing strategy of the case study of the kraksaan bamboo terminal shop. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and uses case study research. one form of real adaptation that has been implemented as well as empowering its potential for the benefit of the environment. From the research above, we can conclude that the sharia marketing strategy at the kraksaan bamboo terminal shop is to carry out its business activities professionally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management model of the Islamic boarding school cooperative business unit as a form of economic independence. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and uses a type of case study research. The object of this research is the women's cooperative. Data were collected using direct interviews with three informants, consisting of the Head of the Kopontren, the Head of the Business Unit, and the Kopontren's Management (Kasir). The Al-KhairiyahIslamic boarding school is able to improve the economy of the pesantren by developing business units in the pesantren without outside assistance such as the women's cooperative business unit in this pesantren. In every industry, a management strategy is needed so that it can develop properly, in Kopontren not only employees who play a role in the industry but the head of supervision from the caregivers and the head of the unit so that the business unit achieves effectiveness and efficiency of the Al-KhairiyahIslamic boarding school which is able to improve the economy of the pesantren by developing business units. existing in the pesantren without outside assistance such as the women's cooperative business unit in this pesantren.
