Abstract

One of the challenges experienced by every university is to improve the quality of the tridharma of higher education, where the most important component in improving the quality is the lecturer. Pamulang University as one of the universities with the largest number of lecturers in Indonesia, namely 2024 lecturers, of course requires many aspects to improve its quality in order to realize the vision it wants to achieve. This study aims to produce a model of strengthening creativity in the form of a constellation model of the influence between variables and their mathematical model. From the mathematical model, it can be derived into a research hypothesis. The research begins by interviewing informants who are considered competent in providing the expected answers for further data reduction, data codification, data analysis, and conclusion drawing. The research was conducted at Pamulang University from June 2020 to February 2021. From the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that there are variables that are thought to have a positive and dominant influence on creativity, namely professional commitment, job satisfaction, and achievement motivation, while the intervening variables are job satisfaction and achievement motivation

Abstract

This study aims to explore Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) within the educational context, focusing on the contributions of individuals and organizations to the innovation processes within educational institutions. In the face of the complex dynamics heightened by the challenges of the pandemic, the role of innovation has become increasingly crucial to ensure the quality of learning and the achievement of high educational standards. Educators, as primary subjects in this context, are expected to cultivate creative thinking abilities, explore emerging technologies, and advocate for innovative ideas to drive positive change in the education sector. The recent model proposed by Demircioglu et al underscores the critical role of network behavior in shaping IWB, emphasizing the significance of an innovative climate and knowledge sharing as key factors stimulating IWB. The research methodology involves a comprehensive and integrative literature review, providing an in-depth analysis of relevant literature. The study concludes by highlighting the necessity of collaboration among governments, school administrators, educators, educational staff, and the community to create an innovative and responsive educational environment.

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah sebagai pimpinan sekolah merupakan faktor penyumbang keberhasilan dalam upaya penguatan tata kelola, akuntabilitas, dan pencitraan publik. Keberhasilan ini tidak terlepas dari kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam tugas, peran, dan fungsinya. Pemberian pelayanan yang prima kepada seluruh warga sekolah, mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan warga sekolah, fokus pada kinerja dan pertumbuhan serta dampak untuk kemajuan sekolah dan bagi masyarakat, kepemimpinan ini disebut kepemimpinan melayani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penguatan kepemimpinan melayani yang berupa model konstelasi pengaruh antar variabel beserta model matematikanya. Dari model tersebut kemudian diturunkan hipotesis penelitian yang selanjutnya akan diuji menggunakan analisa jalur (path analisis) pada tahap penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian diawali dengan mewawancarai informan yang dianggap kompeten dalam memberikan jawaban yang diharapkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data, kodifikasi data, display data, analisis data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta kabupaten Bogor pada periode Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan beberapa veriabel yang diduga berpengaruh positif dan dominan terhadap kepemimpinan melayani, yakni kecerdasan adversitas, kepribadian proaktif, teamwork sebagai variabel eksogen, komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana status ekonomi (2) Bagaimana tingkat prestasi belajar siswa (3) Bagaimana tingkat motivasi berwirausaha siswa (4) Bagaimana pengaruh status ekonomi dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produk kreatif kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Boja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, responden yang diteliti sebanyak 152. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dengan metode dokumentasi. Dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Boja Tahun akademik 2021/2022. Data diuji untuk mencari kebenaran dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) status ekonomi orang tua siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Boja termasuk kriteria sedang dengan penghasilan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 2499.000. (2) Tingkat prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produk kreatif kewirausahaan seluruhnya telah memenuhi KKM, dengan nilai terkecil 75, nilai tertinggi 95, dan rata-rata 86,01. (3) Motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Boja termasuk kategori tinggi, dapat dilihat dari hasil keseluruhan bahwa 2 siswa 1% dalam kategori sangat rendah, 12 siswa 8% dalam kategori rendah, 37 siswa 24% dalam kategori sedang, 97 siswa 64% dalam kategori tinggi, dan 4 siswa 3% dalam kategori sangat tinggi. (4) Pengaruh status ekonomi dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produk kreatif kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Boja diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 123,270>F tabel 3,055 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara status ekonomi dan matapelajaran produk kreatif kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. (5) Koefisien determinasi antara status ekonomi, dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha sebesar 62,3%, sedangkan sisanya 37,7% diterangkan oleh variabel lain dari penelitian ini. Abstract

Dessert Box termasuk makanan penutup yang dikemas didalam box bening. Dessert box juga memiliki ciri khas rasa yang manis dan menyegarkan. Produk dessert box mempunyai peluang bisnis yang sangat besar. Konsep dessert box sendiri sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan masyarakat terutama bagi para mahasiswa serta pegawai kantoran. Sajian kuliner yang sangat praktis, dengan tampilan yang menarik, dan juga cita rasa yang sangat cocok di lidah. Selama ini di Home Industry Add People, dalam melakukan pesanan masih dilakukan secara manual. Secara manual ini masih sering menimbulkan permasalahan yang terjadi. Sebagai contoh, ketika customer melakukan pesanan secara mendadak dengan jumlah dessert box yang dipesan melebihi stok yang tersedia. Sehingga hal ini menimbulkan komplen dari beberapa customer. Customer mengirim list pesanan secara berulang, sehingga pihak Add People kesulitan dalam memproses pesanan.  Banyaknya customer yang memesan dessert box dari berbagai desa, sehingga hal ini membuat pihak Add People kesulitan dalam mengelola data customer dan data reward. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah Aplikasi Pemesanan Dessert Box Berbasis Website pada Home Industry Add People yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan para customer dalam melakukan pemesanan. Abstract

One of the challenges and important aspects in supporting the implementation of school management is the availability of a comprehensive and integrated digital database. However, there are still obstacles in development and development directions that still need to be managed optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to manage a digital database that can be accessed by students, teachers and school principals online. The aim is to conduct an initial study of digital database management to support school management. This Community Service was carried out by school principals, teachers and school operators in Limo District, Depok City to improve data-based planning initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data-based planning training is carried out in two stages, namely coaching discussion, action in the form of training and evaluation. The process is carried out in 5 steps, namely (1) a session starting from the self, (2) a concept exploration session, (3) a comprehension elaboration session, (4) contextual demonstration sessions, and (5) an action plan preparation session. The results of the service show that Data-Based Planning Activities have had a good impact on School Principals, Teachers, and School Operators, and no obstacles were found in their implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the improvement of learning quality through strengthening visionary leadership and teacher creativity. This study employs a quantitative survey method, with a sample of 219 respondents. Data collection is conducted using a validated and reliable questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include descriptive and inferential analyses using t-tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results indicate that: (1) there is a direct influence of visionary leadership on the quality of learning, falling into the strong category; (2) there is a direct influence of teacher creativity on the quality of learning, also categorized as strong. The conclusion drawn from this study is that the quality of learning can be enhanced through strengthening visionary leadership and teacher creativity.

Abstract

Work productivity is the potential or power produced by individuals which is used to achieve maximum results to achieve effective and quality output. Based on preliminary research, it is known that the work productivity of teachers at PGRI Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency needs to be increased in order to achieve educational goals. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to increasing work productivity. The aim of this research is to carry out strategies and ways to increase work productivity by conducting research on the influence of organizational culture variables, interpersonal communication, task interdependence, job satisfaction and work motivation. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in an effort to increase work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to increase teacher performance and analyze the influence of transformational leadership variables, personality, and work motivation on the performance of private kindergarten teachers accredited "B". variables contained in the quantitative research stage. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis to determine the influence of variables who have non-PNS status and are certified educators. The sample resulted in 173 teacher respondents. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling. The results of research using the SITOREM path analysis method show that there is a direct positive influence between transformational leadership on teacher performance; There is a direct positive influence between personality on teacher performance; There is a direct influence between work motivation and teacher performance; There is no direct positive influence between Transformational Leadership on Work Motivation; There is no direct positive influence between Personality and Work Motivation; There is no direct positive influence between Transformational Leadership on Personality; There is no indirect positive influence between transformational leadership on teacher performance through work motivation; There is no indirect influence between Personality on Teacher Performance (Y) through Work Motivation. The results of the SITOREM analysis obtained optimal solutions from 23 indicators, 5 indicators were still weak so they needed to be improved and 18 indicators were good so they were maintained or developed. Improvements to indicators that are still weak are also given the following order of priority for handling: Conscientiousness – responsible, reliable, diligent; Salary/Pay; Instructional support – stronger influence of ethical/moral values of followers; Compensation; Productivity.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of servant leadership, personality, work motivation and trust on the professional commitment of elementary school teachers. The research, conducted in 157 accredited "A" public elementary schools in Depok City, involved 1,170 teachers. The one-year study utilized survey methods and a quantitative approach, focusing on causal relationships among variables. Variables studied included professional commitment (Y), servant leadership (X1), personality (X2), work motivation (X3), and trust (X4). Path analysis separated direct and indirect effects of independent variables on the dependent variable, seeking optimal strategies to enhance teachers' professional commitment. Results indicate that strengthening servant leadership, personality, work motivation, and trust directly enhances professional commitment, with indirect influence through trust and work motivation. Recommendations include improving indicators in weak variables, emphasizing sincerity in tasks, love for the job, and feedback. Optimal strategies involve improvements in servant leadership, trust, and work motivation to enhance professional commitment, providing clear guidance for implementation in the context of the research.
