Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau lembaga dalam mencapai tujuannya tidak terlepas kaitannya dari Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimiliki, karena SDM yang akan mengatur dan mengelola Sumber Daya lain yang dimiliki organisasi untuk membantu mewujudkan tujuan organisasi itu sendiri. Salah satu faktor agar tujuan organisasi tercapai adalah faktor disiplin kerja dari SDM yang ada dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode ex-post facto terhadap pegawai dan masyarakat pengguna layanan di kantor camat tidore utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: 1). Disiplin kerja pegawai dan tingkat pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Tidore Utara masih rendah 2). Terdapat pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja pegawai (X) terhadap variabel tingkat pelayanan (Y). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai kantor kecamatan tidore utara perlu ditingkatkan agar tingkat pelayanan juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) suatu bangsa secara umum dapat dilihat dari mutu pendidikan bangsa tersebut. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator salah satunya dapat dilihat dari posisi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Salah satu wahana untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yaitu melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas sehingga kualitas pendidikan selalu ditingkatkan dan diprioritaskan. Prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah yang rendah tidak bisa dibiarkan begitu saja karena berkaitan dengan kualitas SDM yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan arah pembangunan suatu bangsa, sehingga faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa perlu diperhatikan salah satunya adalah fasilitas belajar. Fasilitas belajar merupakan salah satu faktor eksternal yang mendukung hasil belajar siswa disekolah. Maka dari itu, keberadaan fasilitas belajar tidak bisa dibiarkan begitu saja dalam masalah belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif kuantitatif terhadap siswa di SMA Nusantara Tauro. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara serta nilai ulangan semester. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: 1). Fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori tinggi dan prestasi belajar pada kategori cukup baik. 2). Tidak ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas belajar tidak menentukan prestasi belajar siswa pada SMA Nusantara Tauro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurship education courses on the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the economic education study program semesters IV, VI and VIII STKIP Kie Raha Ternate who have attended entrepreneurship education courses, of the 50 students who were made respondents and distributed questionnaires. Only 47 questionnaires were analyzed. The research method used is explanatory survey with analysis techniques using multiple regression and using validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the Internal Factors and Entrepreneurship Education Subjects had no effect on the entrepreneurial spirit while the External Factors had a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Spirit. Meanwhile, the F test shows that the variables of Internal Factors, External Factors and Entrepreneurial Education courses together have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Supervision aims to guide and foster teachers to become professional teachers. With a professional teacher, the goal of improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's job as a supervisor to assist teachers in improving their teaching abilities. This research is specifically to find out how the role of principal supervision in SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah is. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data using participant observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results show that 1). The role of the Principal of SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah is still low, this is because the Principal prioritizes other roles so that the role of supervision is neglected. 2). The lack of supervision by the principal has resulted in the low performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah. 3) There needs to be local government attention in terms of encouraging school principals to carry out the principal's role optimally and comprehensively, especially the role of supervision. Because the role of supervision determines the quality of education in a school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk memperoleh penjelasan mengenai pengaruh pendapatan nelayan terhadap Pola Konsumsi masyarakat Desa Tawabi Kecamatan Bacan Barat Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan nelayan berpengaruh signifikan pola konsumsi masyarakat nelayan di desa tawabi kecamatan bacan barat kabupaten halmahera selatan. Dengan persamaan regresi Y= 17,302+ 0,449 X artinya bahwa jika X = 0 maka pola konsumsi sebesar 17,302 sedangkan apabila terjadi kenaikan pendapatan sebesar 1% maka pola konsumsi masyarakat naik sebesar 4,49%. Nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 0,144 artinya bahwa bahwa pola konsumsi masyarakat nelayan di pengaruhi oleh pendapatan nelayan sebesar 14,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam variabel penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penggunaan produk kencantikan lebih didominasi oleh wanita, kondisi ini kemudian dimanfaatkan berbagai perusahan atau produsen kosmetik untuk memasarkan produk-produk kecantikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk kecantikan The Body Shop cabang Ternate. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode verificative survey dan descriptif analysis. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah nonprobability sampling dengan accident sampling. Jumlah sample yang diambil 20 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bauran pemasaran berpengruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk kecantikan The Body Shop cabang Ternate dengan persamaan regresi = 2,486 + 0,600 X dan besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk kecantikan The Body Shop cabang Ternate adalah 0,8972 x 100% = 80,46%%.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of the role of the Sawai community in utilizing local plants to overcome food insecurity in Weda Tengah District. The community has great potential in planting, caring for, and developing plants such as sago, sweet potatoes, taro, and bananas which are part of the traditional food system. Local knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation can be utilized to create sustainable food security while opening up new business opportunities. However, the role of the community has not been optimal due to various obstacles such as degradation of agricultural land due to mining activities, dependence on food from outside the region, and weak institutional and policy support. In addition, access to training, technology, and markets is still limited, and there has been a decline in the regeneration of local knowledge. However, local plants still have great potential as a solution to food insecurity if they receive targeted and sustainable support. Therefore, community empowerment based on local wisdom needs to be improved in the regional food security development strategy

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of school culture on the performance of professional teachers. The research method used is a qualitative method using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations in collecting data on ten teachers and ten principals at state high schools in the city of Ternate. The results of the research show that teachers in senior high schools in the city of Ternate are trying to improve school culture which leads to high quality professional teacher performance.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has changed the educational paradigm, including economic education in universities. One of the innovations that has emerged is the virtual laboratory, which allows students and lecturers to carry out practices and experiments without the need for a physical laboratory. This article explores the benefits, challenges, and implementation of virtual laboratories in the context of economics education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach and applies the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis) method for data collection. Data analysis was carried out through critical appraisal of selected literature. Virtual laboratories allow students to engage in market simulations, economic policy experiments, data analysis, and economic modeling. This not only deepens theoretical understanding, but also develops practical skills such as data analysis and decision making. Lecturers can use virtual laboratories to increase teaching effectiveness and provide faster feedback to students. However, the implementation of virtual laboratories faces a number of challenges such as adequate technological infrastructure, development of relevant content, integration with existing teaching methods, effective assessment, and professional training for educators. Overall, virtual laboratories have great potential to improve the quality of economics education by providing a more interactive and in-depth learning experience for students, and preparing them to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed the global entrepreneurial paradigm through the integration of digital technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. These changes require the younger generation to have critical, creative, and adaptive thinking skills in response to digital transformation. However, in Indonesia, the entrepreneurial spirit still faces challenges such as low digital literacy, limited access to innovative financing, and weak cross-sector collaboration. This study aims to analyze effective strategies for fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era through a literature review of theories, research results, and the latest national policies. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review technique of scientific publications from 2019–2025 from various academic sources and official reports. The results of the study indicate that digital entrepreneurship education, strengthening the ecosystem based on the Quadruple Helix model, and the integration of national strategies such as Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups are key to building the entrepreneurial character of generation 4.0. In addition, experiential learning, collaborative innovation, and mastery of digital literacy have been shown to increase students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and creativity. Thus, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era not only impacts economic growth but also serves as a fundamental strategy for building the nation's economic independence and resilience towards Digital Indonesia 2045.
