Abstract

Analisis kuat tekan beton adalah proses penting dalam merancang dan membuat beton yang berkualitas. Pemilihan agregat lokal yang tepat dan berkualitas, serta pengujian agregat yang akurat, dapat membantu mengoptimalkan kekuatan beton yang dihasilkan. Di Kecamatan Tewah Kabupaten Gunung Mas banyak terdapat hamparan agregat lokal berupa batu dan pasir yang berada di darat maupun di sungai. Namun perlu dikaji apakah memenuhi kuantitas dan mutu beton jika dipakai sebagai bahan konstruksi sipil. sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton dari penggunaan agregat lokal yang berasal dari Kecamatan Tewah Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen. Hasil penelitian untuk nilai kuat tekan beton umur 7 hari rata-rata 207,950 kg/cm2, nilai mutu beton umur 28 hari rata-rata 145,390 kg/cm2, mutu beton umur 56 hari 136,303 kg/cm2, hasil kuat tekan beton mengalami penurun dari mutu rencana, hal ini disebabkan oleh air yang digunakan untuk pencampuran dan perendaman beton adalah air gambut atau air dengan pH rendah.

Abstract

Earthquakes are natural disasters that frequently occur in various regions of Indonesia, including South Minahasa Regency and North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted to determine the structural behaviour of residential buildings using RISHA and RIKO methods in terms of dynamic linear earthquake load response spectrum based on base shear, displacement and floor drift. A quantitative research methodology was used in this study. The project started with a literature review, data collection and structural modelling using the ETABS program. The basic shear force on the Z axis for the RISHA method house is 376,943 kN and for the RIKO method house it is 294,896 kN, according to the analytical results. For the RISHA method house, the maximum displacement value in the x-direction is 3,639 mm and in the y-direction is 2,791 mm, and for the RIKO method house, it is 21,741 mm in the x-direction and 21,976 mm in the y-direction. According to SNI-1726-2019, the story drift that occurs in the RIHA method house structure meets the requirements because its value is less than the ultimate limit of the story drift value of 60 mm. On the other hand, the story drift occurring in the RIKO method house structure does not meet the requirements because its value is greater than the ultimate limit of the story drift value of 60 mm

Abstract

The use of stone material from Tanjung Jariangau Village as an aggregate in the Hot Rolled Sheet Base (HRS-Base) mi. It is a form of optimal use of natural resources, therefore there is a need for efforts to equip natural resources around. Tanjung Jariangau Village, Mentaya Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province has natural resources in the form of stones that have not been properly utilised. The study was conducted to analyse the use of stones from Tanjung Jariangau Village as aggregates in the Hot Rolled Sheet Base (HRS-Base) mi. It is hoped that the stone material from Tanjung Jariangau Village can provide a solution to the need for HRS base materials in Central Kalimantan, especially in the surrounding area. Research will be carried out in the laboratory, physical properties in aggregates will be eamined to the Marshall test. The calculation results from the Marshall test obtained optimum asphalt content (KAO) of 6.02%, stability of 922.284 kg, inter-aggregate voids (VMA) of 18.372%, voids in the mi (VIM) of 4.357%, voids filled with asphalt (VFA) of 78.168% and Marshall quotient (MQ) of 278.259 kg/mm.

Abstract

Air gambut banyak ditemukan di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Air gambut berwarna coklat kemerahan, memiliki kadar organik dan keasaman yang tinggi. Umumnya air gambut seringkali digunakan untuk air pencampur beton, padahal air gambut tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagai air pencampur beton. Kapur Tohor (CaO) adalah kapur non-hidrolik yang berasal dari pembakaran batu alam yang komposisinya sebagian besar berupa kalsium karbonat. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar air gambut dapat digunakan untuk pencampur beton dengan menambahkan kapur tohor. Kapur tohor digunakan sebanyak 0,00 g/l; 0,045 g/l; 0,05 g/l. Beton direncanakan memiliki kuat tekan 25 MPa pada umur 28 hari. Benda uji dibuat menggunakan air gambut yang telah diberi kapur tohor dan direndam dalam saluran air gambut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kuat tekan beton yang menggunakan air gambut-kapur tohor sebanyak 0,045 g/l dan 0,05 g/l memiliki kuat tekan sebesar 27 MPa dan 25 MPa pada umur 7 hari dan terus meningkat hingga 39 MPa dan 44 MPa pada umur 56 hari, sedangkan beton yang tidak dicampur kapur tohor memiliki kuat tekan sebesar 24 MPa pada umur 7 hari dan terus menurun hingga 17 MPa pada umur 56 hari. Penggunaan kapur tohor untuk campuran air gambut dapat menjadi solusi agar air gambut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai air pencampur beton.

Abstract

Bukit Tunggal Ward is one of crowded settlements where the residents mostly working in informal and other non-formal sectors. The existence of creative craft industries along with training and assistance can be a solution for growing entrepreneurship to this area resident, to increase the economic conditions in the area, and also can help in improving families economic conditions in Bukit Tunggal Ward. To increase income and the economy, it is necessary to provide skills in the form of creative crafts (craft) industry which is carried out through training using counseling methods, training and direct practice of handicraft arts (craft). It is hoped that this activity can be a solution in an effort to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the economy of the area, as well as being able to meet the needs and improve the economy of the families of the Bukit Tunggal Ward. Data collection was carried out through field studies, namely collecting data directly in the field by conducting interviews with the Head of RT.02/RW.03, Palangka Village. The data obtained was analyzed simply and the community of housewives living in Bukit Tunggal Ward was selected. Craft activities consist of: (1) preparation, observation; (2) location sourvey and coordinations; (3) socialization and assistance; and (4) evaluation. The results of the training are crafted handbag, wallet and gift bag. The activity hopefully have begin a positive movement in the local community which can influence the communitities in Palangka Raya and Kalimantan Tengah as a whole, as the craft activities can be a possibility to increase the community’s welfare.

Abstract

The construction of a pier in Desa Pulau Telo Baru, Kapuas Regency, aims to enhance the local economy and support the development of sustainable tourism. This project involves community participation in natural resource management and environmental preservation, as well as the development of a food court as a social area for visitors and locals. The methods used in this research include village potential discussions, field surveys, and the collection of primary data related to geographical and socio-economic conditions. The research results are in the form of a Budget Plan (RAB) covering preparatory work, reclamation, substructure, and foundation, with a total budget of IDR 1,484,659,068.00. The construction of the pier and food court improves transportation accessibility, attracts more tourists, and contributes to tourism sustainability and the improvement of the local community's quality of life. This project creates job opportunities, increases the community's income, and strengthens infrastructure to support tourism activities.

Abstract

This research definitively compares Building Information Modeling (BIM) with conventional methods to optimize reinforcing bar usage in multi-story building construction. Reinforcing bars are high-value materials, accounting for 20-30% of construction material procurement costs. The BIM method uses Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling and reinforcement, and Cutting Optimization Pro software for cutting optimization. The conventional method uses AutoCAD and MS Excel. The analysis results clearly indicate that the BIM method is more efficient with a volume of 183,618.77 kg compared to the conventional method's 194,562.98 kg. BIM generates significant savings for D10 (14.51%), D13 (47.29%), and D16 (40.15%) diameter bars. BIM combined with Autodesk Revit automatically generates Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) that are integrated with 3D models. This approach ensures seamless updates, eliminates error risks, and delivers superior clash detection capabilities. BIM's waste optimization strategy achieved a significant reduction in total reinforcement waste by 13,288.28 kg, from 32,148.83 kg to 18,860.56 kg. This was accomplished through the use of precise 3D modeling, despite slight increases in waste observed in D13 and D16 due to differences in calculation approaches.
