Students’ pressures while working on their undergraduate thesis caused psychological impact called stress. The researcher was intended to find out whether any roles of the Qur'an as a guideline for Muslims reducing the stress level. It is a field research with a quantitative experimental approach which used two groups(pre-test- post-test) design with two variables: training of meaning and reading verses of the Qur'an (X) and stress level (Y). The subjects were 12 students divided into 6 students in each of experimental and control group. The experimental group used paired samples t-test and got a p-value of 0,035, p <0,05 means there was a difference of scores between pretest and post-test. The control group obtained a p-value of 0.849, p <0.05 means there was no difference in scores between pretest and post-test. Based on the results of different test analysis using independent samples t-test obtained the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.01 showed that there is a significant difference in stress level between the two groups. The results indicate that the training of meaning and reading of Quranic verses can reduce the stress level of students who are working on an undergraduate thesis in the Islamic Psychology Study Program of the State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin.

Entrepreneurial mental readiness is an important thing that students need to have before starting a business. The results of the initial assessment show that students have low entrepreneurial mental readiness. Given the importance of mental readiness in entrepreneurship, the researchers arranged training in prophetic entrepreneurship to improve the students' mental readiness for entrepreneurship at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. There were 82 research subjects, then divided into experimental and control groups each consisting of 41 people. The design used in this study was an untreated control group design with pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was carried out using Paired Sample T-Test to determine the effect of training prophetic entrepreneurship on the experimental and control groups before and after the training. The results of the analysis show that training prophetic entrepreneurship can improve student entrepreneurship mental readiness with an effectiveness of 57%.Keywords: Prophetic Entrepreneurship, Mental Readiness, Entrepreneurship

Kendala yang dilalui mahasiswa ketika proses menyusun skripsi semakin bertambah di saat keadaan wabah pandemi Covid-19 melanda. Oleh karenanya mahasiswa diharapkan mempunyai pandangan yang positif, hal ini juga berkaitan dengan kepribadian seseorang yaitu suatu perkembangan diri seseorang yang asalnya dari sifat individu tersebut yang dimiliki ketika manusia dilahirkan ke dunia, salah satunya adalah kepribadian ihsan yaitu kepribadian baik atau positif di dalam islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian ihsan dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsinya. Dari uji korelasi antara kepribadian ihsan dan stres akademik diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi r= -0,527 dengan p= 0,000 p < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara kepribadian ihsan dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi, hal ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang menyusun skripsi memiliki kepribadian ihsan yang tinggi dalam aplikasi sehari-harinya maka akan sukar mengalami stres akademik. Sebaliknya, jika mahasiswa yang menyusun skripsi memiliki kepribadian ihsan yang rendah dalam aplikasi sehari-harinya maka akan mudah mengalami stres akademik.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made significant changes to people’s lives. Including career women who work from home, feel the impact of these changes. Challenges and burdens borne by career women in the middle of public stigma about women who should be at home, doing domestic work, taking care of their husbands and children and then increasing when they have to do it together with office work at home. The purpose of this study is to reveal the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during covid-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article uses the library method. A mother who has a dual role during a pandemic finds her work responsibilities getting more difficult. The burden is in the form of the responsibility of accompanying school children from home and work responsibilities which apparently during the pandemic are increasing. Especially when children learn online. Here the role of a mother increases because she has to act as a teacher to accompany her child. This makes career women find it difficult because they are also carrying out their duties from home (WFH) at the same time. Career women often find it difficult because they have to divide their focus between work and accompanying children during online school. So that the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic increases because roles in work and family are carried out in the same place at the same time. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat perubahan yang sangat signifikan bagi kehidupan masyarakat, diantaranya adalah melaksanakan pekerjaan dari rumah. Termasuk juga wanita karir yang melakukan work from home, merasakan dampak dari perubahan tersebut Tantangan dan beban yang dipikul wanita karir di tengah stigma masyarakat tentang wanita yang seharusnya berada di rumah, melakukan pekerjaan domestik, mengurus suami dan anak kemudian bertambah saat harus mengerjakannya bersamaan dengan pekerjaan kantor yang dilakukan dari rumah (work from home). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan konflik peran ganda yang dialami oleh wanita karir saat Work From Home saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Seorang ibu yang mempunyai peran ganda selama pandemi merasa tanggungan pekerjaannya bertambah lebih sulit. Beban itu adalah tanggung jawab mendampingi anak sekolah dari rumah serta tanggungan pekerjaan yang semasa pandemi ini semakin bertambah. Terlebih saat anak-anak belajar secara daring. Disini peran seorang ibu bertambah karena harus berperan sebagai guru untuk mendampingi anaknya. Hal ini yang membuat wanita karir merasa kesulitan karena dalam waktu yang bersamaan mereka juga melaksanakan tugasnya dari rumah (WFH). Wanita karir sering merasa sulit karena harus membagi fokusnya antara pekerjaan dan mendampingi anak saat sekolah daring. Sehingga konflik peran ganda yang dialami wanita karir saat work from home di masa pandemi covid-19 meningkat karena peran dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga dilakukan di tempat dan waktu yang bersamaan.

Institutional policies that are not in accordance with the needs and work expectations of employees will have a negative impact on employee work attitudes and make employees lose commitment to their work. Without commitment, there will be no consistency within the employee. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have good work commitment and communication between employees and employees between leaders so that they can be considered regarding follow-up through their leaders. Because if employees have complaints that are not conveyed, then this can be one of the factors that results in decreased work engagement and also affects the work environment so that it makes employees have indifference, indifference and even apathy. The aim of the community service activity is the installation of a complaint box located at the TPI Banjarmasin Class I Immigration Office which is carried out to create a comfortable and prosperous working atmosphere for workers within the TPI Banjarmasin Class I Immigration Office. This is of course useful for making employees aware in the office environment to always increase their commitment to work and at the same time be a concern for leaders to continue paying attention to employees who have problems both internal and external. That commitment is very important for someone to have by submitting complaints through the complaint box. And it is hoped that it will be useful for users of the complaint box so that they can create a communicative and conducive work environment, so that it can produce good performance productivity. ABSTRAK Kebijakan institusi yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan kerja pegawai akan berdampak buruk pada sikap kerja pegawai dan membuat pegawai kehilangan komitmen pada kerjanya. Tanpa komitmen, tidak akan konsistensi dalam diri pegawai tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, maka diperlukan adanya komitmen kerja dan komunikasi yang baik pegawai antar pegawai maupun pegawai antar pimpinan agar dapat dipertimbangkan terkait tindak lanjut melalui pimpinan mereka. Dikarenakan apabila pegawai memiliki keluhan yang tidak tersampaikan, maka hal tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu faktor menurunnya komitmen kerja (work engagement) dan juga berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerjanya sehingga membuat pegawai memiliki sifat masa bodoh, acuh tak acuh bahkan apatis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu pemasangan sarana kotak pengaduan bertempat di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Banjarmasin yang dilakukan demi terciptanya suasana kerja yang nyaman dan sejahtera bagi para pekerja yang berada di lingkungan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Banjarmasin. Hal ini tentunya berguna untuk menyadarkan para pegawai di lingkungan kantor agar senantiasa meningkatkan komitmen terhadap kerjanya dan sekaligus menjadi perhatian bagi para pimpinan untuk tetap memperhatikan para pegawai yang memiliki masalah baik internal maupun eksternal. Bahwa komitmen sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh seseorang dengan menyampaikan keluhan melalui sarana kotak pengaduan. Dan diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi para pengguna kotak pengaduan tersebut agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang komunikatif dan kondusif, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produktivitas kinerja yang baik

The effectiveness of recruitment and selection is a measure of a company's success which lies in its quality if the availability of a number of human resources is sufficiently qualified and professional to support it. Internal recruitment, especially interesting limitations open new insights with a variety of experiences and solutions. To avoid these unpleasant internal recruiting deficiencies, it is recommended to equip employees with development programs that allow them to be up to date with changes in the external environment. Employee rotation is one of the internal recruitment which is to reduce employee boredom, increase employee motivation in the form of new work variations, create a fresh feeling at work, increase skills and more experience for staff employees, so if an employee is absent, it is the employee's job may be replaced by another employee. By holding employee rotation, employees can improve competence according to their expertise, because of course it can affect an employee's work productivity.

Self-management is a series of activities that are regulated to manage oneself well so that one is able to archieve the live goals that have been set. Self-management is very important in a person’s process to achieve something he wants to realize, for example memorizing the Qur’an. You can imagine how a teenager balances his two responsibilities to achieve his goals and dreams of being a memorizer of the Qur’an and becoming a student who excels in school, both in terms of managing time, planning, implementing plans, and other. This research is a type descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations and documentation. The research subjects were early teenage students who memorized the Qur’an at Tahfizh Al-Haramain Banjarmasin’s house as well as being active students in school. Data analysis techniques were carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that there are similarities regarding adolescent self-management which includes four aspects, while in the factors affecting self-management found differences and similarities but there are differences in how to perform activity factors that affect self-management.

Pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 terjadi cukup meresahkan bagi beberapa kalangan seperti pekerja harian lepas yang salah satu di dalamnya adalah mitra driver online di Kota Banjarmasin. Selain penurunan pendapatan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 perasaan khawatir akan tertularnya virus Covid-19 juga di rasakan oleh beberapa mitra driver online di kota Banjarmasin yang di mana perasaan tersebut merupakan salah satu dampak yang di timbulkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Dampak negatif psikologis yang diakibatkan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 meliputi post-traumatic stress symptoms termasuk di dalamnya termasuk kecemasan, kebingungan, dan kemarahan yang secara garis besar yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat luas berupa perasaan depresi, stress, dan kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis pandemi covid-19 pada driver online di kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mitra driver online yang beroperasi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di kota Banjarmasin yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui maka dari itu peneliti menggunkan rumus Lameshow dengan penetuan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunkan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah di perolah dampak atau gejala psikologis yang di timbulkan pandemi Covid-19 berada pada keadaan normal dengan persentase untuk gejala depresi sebesar 71,6%, gejala kecemasan dengan persentasae sebesar 37,7%, dan persentase gejala stress sebesar 58,8%

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam lebih dari satu organisasi terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara dilakukan dengan mahasiswa aktif di berbagai organisasi untuk memahami pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu yang buruk dan beban tugas organisasi yang berat menjadi penyebab utama penundaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik, meskipun keterlibatan dalam organisasi membawa keuntungan seperti peningkatan keterampilan kepemimpinan dan kolaborasi, pengelolaan waktu yang tidak efektif dapat menghambat pencapaian akademik. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penerapan strategi manajemen waktu yang baik serta dukungan dari institusi pendidikan agar mahasiswa dapat menyeimbangkan komitmen organisasi dan tanggung jawab akademik. Temuan ini sejalan dengan studi terbaru yang menegaskan bahwa kemampuan mengelola waktu secara efektif sangat penting untuk keberhasilan akademik dan dapat mengurangi stres akibat prokrastinasi. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa yang aktif dalam organisasi harus menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan waktu yang baik untuk meraih keberhasilan di kedua bidang tersebut. This study examines the impact of students' involvement in more than one organization on academic procrastination behavior. Using a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with students active in various organizations to understand their experiences. The results showed that poor time management and heavy organizational task load were the main causes of procrastination in completing academic tasks, although involvement in organizations brings benefits such as improved leadership and collaboration skills, ineffective time management can hinder academic achievement. This study emphasizes the need for the implementation of good time management strategies as well as support from educational institutions for students to balance organizational commitments and academic responsibilities. This finding is in line with recent studies that confirm that the ability to manage time effectively is critical for academic success and can reduce stress due to procrastination. Therefore, students who are active in organizations should realize the importance of good time management to achieve success in both areas.

This research aims to analyze organizational development at LPP RRI Banjarmasin through a diagnosis process. A quantitative approach was used involving 40 employees from various fields as the population. Apart from that, various sources from scientific journals, books and other references were used to support this research. Data were collected through a questionnaire covering seven main variables: goals, structure, leadership, relationships, rewards, supporting mechanisms, and attitudes towards change. The diagnosis process involves stages of orientation, gathering information, analyzing data, and making conclusions for improvement. The research results show that effective organizational development requires a deep understanding of organizational culture, adaptation to environmental changes, and commitment from leaders and employees. Organizational diagnosis helps identify core problems that hinder effectiveness and efficiency, and designs strategies to improve organizational performance. This study emphasizes the important role of leadership in organizational development and provides recommendations for achieving strategic goals more efficiently.
