Abstract

Menyusun karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu syarat menempuh program sarjana (S1) bagi seorang mahasiswa. Permasalahannya tidak semua mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah dengan baik, salah satunya dalam bentuk skripsi. Studi pendahuluan di Universitas Darma Persada menjelaskan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa masih kesulitan menulis karya ilmiah. Karena masalah ini, perlu untuk mengajar dan mendukung mahasiswa dalam menulis skripsi. Desain program dirancang sebagai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian tersebut dilakukan oleh tim Dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen Universitas Darma Persada. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara online, yaitu melalui internet. Tahap pertama adalah pelatihan dengan teori dan praktek, tahap kedua adalah instruksi untuk penyelesaian tugas akhir. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilannya dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Selain itu, mahasiswa dapat secara mandiri mempublikasikan artikel di jurnal ilmiah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide training in the form of skills in building online-based businesses. In simple terms, the activity trains participants on how to market a product using the internet as the main capital. This online business training consists of three parts, namely providing material about business online, the direct practice of creating an account and using social media Instagram and marketplaces, and creating persuasive messages in order to attract buying interest. The results of this study are quite good. Housewives at Saung Singgah TPU Pondok Kopi, who participated in this training, we're able to understand the online business well, were able to create accounts on social media Instagram and the marketplace as a means of online sales quite well even though there were still mothers in making persuasive messages. -Mothers who have not been able to and have not been able to make good persuasive messages. It is hoped that the sustainability of this activity will provide deeper knowledge and insights about online-based businesses through social media and marketplaces.

Abstract

This study is specifically aimed at predicting online purchasing decisions on the influence of the halal label and the lifestyle of instant noodle consumers of Nongshim products, either simultaneously or partially. This type of study is an explanation based on causal-and-effect with quantitative analysis. The source data consist of primary data enhanced. The sampling technique utilized was purposive sampling with a Rao calculation with a precision level is 0.05. The final sample was obtained from 97 respondents. Analysis method used the utilize of the multiple regression linear. The results inferred that only lifestyle is able to prediction towards online purchase decisions while the halal label is not able to predict. Furthermore, halal label and lifestyle are able prediction towards online purchase decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

Nowadays, we have entered the era of digitalization 4.0 which makes the internet play a very important role in supporting and facilitating humans in their daily activities through a variety of existing technologies. The problems identified were several poor ratings accompanied by complaints submitted by Dinsey+ Hotstar customers regarding the use of the application and there was a lot of competition among Video On Demand (VOD) which caused an unstable subscription rate in Q4 2020 until Q1 2022. This study objectives to examine the influence of User Experience and Brand Experience on Customer Satisfaction at Disney+ Hotstar digital streaming services in Bekasi City. This study applied a causal research type by a quantitative approach. The final was 100 which were rounded off from the results of the calculation of Slovin's formula, and also with conditions met, i.e., at least three times in 1 month final. The data analysis technique uses a multivariate approach with a regression technique. The results of empirical research after the alternate hypothesis test was carried out on User Experience and Brand Experience to Customer Satisfaction resulted in research findings that stated a significant influence on Disney+ Hotstar Customers as partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Rebranding on brand image and customer loyalty to Gojek. The data used are primary data from questionnaires distributed to 214 UNSADA student respondents who used Gojek services in the past year. The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, the sampling method used purposive sampling, and the sample size was determined using the quota sampling method. Furthermore, the analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and testing by LISREL. 8.8. based on the research results, there is a positive effect of Rebranding on customer loyalty through the brand image on Gojek. This is indicated by each t-value (t-values) which is 11.01 (rebranding to brand image), 5.20 (brand image to customer loyalty), 2.68 (rebranding to customer loyalty)> 1.96 (???? = 5%). As well as the test results of the influence of the intervening variable through the Sobel test, the value of t > 1.96 (???? = 5%) is 4.76. Based on these results, it can be said that brand image is a variable that has a positive influence or has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pengguna bahan bakar minyak Pertamina di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang telah melakukan pembelian bensin pertalite di pertamina di wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan minimal 3 kali dalam 1 bulan terakhir. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas dan uji heteroskedastistias) dilakukan sebagai persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi dalam analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menggunakan uji (F), secara parsial menggunakan uji (T). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secaa simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan Kualitas Produk secara parsial atau sebagian mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial parsial atau sebagian mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Dengan melihat banyaknya persaingan antar merek Smartphone yang bermunculan seperti Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo, Samsung, Realme yang menyebabkan persaingan yang kompetitif dalam hal penciptaan dan pengenalan seluruh produk-produk mereka ke konsumen. Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas dari keputusan pembelian Smartphone Xiaomi studi pada konsumen di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Jenis pienielitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif Subjek dalam pienielitian ini adalah konsumien yang miengietahui dan miengunjungi Instagram Xiaomi sierta miembieli Smartphonie Xiaomi dalam jangka waktu maksimal 3 bulan tierakhir sierta bierdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Social Media Marketing secara efektif berpengaruh atas keputusan pembelian dan Brand Identity juga secara efektif berpengaruh atas keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Kedua faktor di atas memberikan kontribusi efektivitasnya keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi studi pada konsumen di wilayah DKI Jakarta sangat tinggi yaitu 89,2 persen.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of brand ambassadors on buying interest through the brand image in Tokopedia e-commerce and using primary data from the distribution of questionnaires from 210 respondents domiciled in East Jakarta who uses Tokopedia. Samples were taken using purposive sampling and determining the number of samples using quota sampling. The analysis test was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and processing using LISREL ver. 8.8. The results showed that the influence of brand ambassadors through the brand image on buying interest in e-commerce Tokopedia was positive, or there was a significant relationship. Based on these results, it can be said that brand image as an intervening variable has a positive influence or has a significant relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of consumer brand switching for environmentally friendly skincare products in the DKI Jakarta area, in terms of brand personality, online customer reviews, and variety seeking. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population includes consumers who use environmentally friendly body care products in the DKI Jakarta area. A purposive sampling technique was used in this research with the final sample set at 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in the research uses multiple regression. The effectiveness of brand switching is influenced by the three factors above simultaneously. Brand Personality and Online Customer Reviews do not have a significant influence on Brand Switching for environmentally friendly skincare products, while there is a significant influence on Variety Seeking.Keyword: brand switching, effectiveness, variety seeking

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan merek dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan Le Minerale pada masyarakat di Jakarta Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausalitas dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan merek Le Minerale yang mengonsumsi produk sebanyak 4 kali dalam 2 bulan terakhir, dan penentuan sampel akhir sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, yang mensyaratkan validitas data dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan merek dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan Le Minerale pada masyarakat di Jakarta Timur. Kedua variabel tersebut memiliki probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan berkontribusi sebesar 70,6%. Kemudian, secara parsial kepercayaan merek dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen merek Le Minerale, dengan probabilitas signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,000.
