Abstract

Abstract - The demands in this era of globalization refer more to technological developments for innovation and creativity in the world of education in order to be able to reform education and learning. With these innovations, it can improve the quality of education, especially in the learning process. E-learning is learning using electronic assistance, in addition to using e-learning must also use internet media. E-learning is flexible, students can study anywhere without any time limit. The purpose of this study is to describe the website-based e-learning process in thematic learning at MI Tarbiyah Wewit and describe the positive impact of website-based e-learning in thematic learning at MI Tarbiyah Wewit. The results showed that in the website-based e-learning process in thematic learning the teacher used the website as a medium to deliver material and evaluate lessons to students. In addition, teachers also use the website as a medium to collect student assignments. Website-based e-learning in thematic learning has several positive impacts at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyah Wewit. Some of these impacts are increased student learning outcomes and high enthusiasm of students in participating in learning and training students' social discipline attitudes. Abstract

In the digital age, hoaxes or false information are a significant challenge, as they can harm public comprehension, form inaccurate opinions, and endanger the health and safety of individuals. Artificial intelligence technology, particularly large language models (LLMs) like Llama 3, provides an innovative solution to these challenges. A sophisticated generative model with superior natural language processing capabilities, Llama 3 enables the effective detection and clarification of hoaxes. A dataset that is seven times larger than its antecedent, Llama 2, is utilized to train this model. The dataset has a token capacity of up to 128K and a context length of up to 8 K. By utilizing these capabilities, Llama 3 is capable of comprehending context, offering responses that are grounded in scientific data, and reducing response errors. Educational chatbots, interactive web platforms, and mobile applications that are based on Llama 3 can be implemented. This model effectively identifies and clarifies false information regarding cosmic rays that are purportedly hazardous through the presentation of pertinent scientific facts, as demonstrated by case studies. Llama 3's capabilities encompass its capacity to modify parameters to generate valid and pertinent responses. This renders it a critical instrument for bolstering community resilience to the dissemination of falsehoods, as well as digital literacy and awareness. Llama 3, which is open source, facilitates global collaboration in the development of a more secure and trustworthy information ecosystem.

Abstract

Museum berperan dalam mengumpulkan, memelihara, dan memamerkan koleksi sejarah, seni, budaya, serta mendidik masyarakat. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 66 Tahun 2015, museum berfungsi melindungi, mengembangkan, dan mengomunikasikan koleksi kepada publik. Untuk itu, diperlukan teknologi yang dapat menampilkan koleksi secara interaktif. Augmented Reality (AR) adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan dunia nyata dan digital, memungkinkan pengunjung berinteraksi dengan benda bersejarah secara real-time. Museum Sejarah NTT menghadapi tantangan dalam memperkenalkan sejarah dan budaya daerahnya. Dengan teknologi AR berbasis object tracking, pengunjung dapat memindai objek bersejarah melalui perangkat seluler untuk melihat informasi tambahan seperti teks dan gambar. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang menekankan langkah sistematis dan berurutan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model target tracking AR secara real-time untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran interaktif di Museum Sejarah NTT. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi ini, museum dapat lebih efektif dalam mendukung pendidikan dan pelestarian budaya, sekaligus memberikan pengalaman yang lebih menarik bagi pengunjung.

Abstract

Tanah memiliki peran penting dalam sektor pertanian dan pengelolaan lahan. Namun, metode konvensional dalam identifikasi tanah masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal efisiensi waktu, biaya, serta ketergantungan pada tenaga ahli. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis web dalam mendeteksi jenis tanah menggunakan teknologi Machine Learning melalui Teachable Machine. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi tujuh jenis tanah, yaitu aluvial, andosol, entisol, inceptisol, humus, kapur, dan pasir, berdasarkan citra digital yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai lokasi di Kupang dan internet. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pelatihan model Machine Learning menggunakan Teachable Machine, yang kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam platform berbasis web. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat akurasi sistem dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis tanah serta memberikan rekomendasi tanaman yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mencapai tingkat akurasi 90%, dengan variasi akurasi untuk masing-masing jenis tanah. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan lahan menjadi lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di wilayah Kupang.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the price of the XRP cryptocurrency using deep learning methods, specifically Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). Given that high price volatility can pose challenges for investors, this study analyzes and compares the effectiveness of the two models in processing complex time series data. In addition, this study also evaluates the influence of external factors such as price volatility and market sentiment on prediction accuracy. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide valuable insights for investors and traders in formulating more appropriate investment strategies, as well as contributing to the development of new methods in financial data analysis and crypto price prediction, so that this study is relevant to both academics and practitioners in the financial industry

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases are diseases with the highest mortality where the mortality rate for this disease is 73%. Kidney disease is one of the non-communicable diseases in which disorders that occur in the kidney, are in two organs shaped like red beans on both sides of the lower back, precisely below the rib cage. Kidney disease taken in this study were 7 diseases namely kidney stone, kidney failure, kidney cancer, acute kidney failure, kidney infection, kidney cysts and polycystic kidney disease. Where in detecting the symptoms of this disease, a truly expert system and expert data are needed, and the implementation of the system makes it easier to develop alternative services using an Android smartphone where users will choose symptoms to be detected early, of course only specifically for detecting kidney diseases. This system will be easy to apply and use because it has only one display. And this system has run well according to the rules of symptoms and diseases that are given or applied.

Abstract

This research was made aiming to implement and improve the effectiveness of learning media through mobile-based mobile learning for all courses in Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system students. The research target to be achieved is an additional learning media that is interesting and easy to use so that it can increase student interest and student achievement. This research will discuss how to design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of using Mobile Learning applications. This application is made so that students can easily access a course material using the Mobile Learning application by Smartphone and also to increase the effectiveness of conducting online lectures at the Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system study program. To measure the effectiveness of the use of mobile learning it is necessary to test among them, from the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test using SPSS 16 it is found that the research subjects are normally distributed and based on the results of the Paired Samples Test t-test it is known that the significant value is 0,000> 0,05. While t-count = -11,142 and for t-table at a significant level ? = 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom (df) n-1 or 50-1 = 49. Two-sided testing (significance = 0.025) results are obtained for t-table = 2 , 00958 with a significant level of 0.025. In the result t-count < t-table (-11.142 <2, 00958) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that the use of mobile learning media can improve student learning outcomes at the Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM information system.

Abstract

Kupang City is municipality city and East Nusa Tenggara Capital city at once. Its glowing population, from time to time, causing varied problems, as such, in creasing pollution, limitedness resources, infrastructures and economic growth, thus generate broad impact, without exception, public healt threatening. Mamami Hospital is a prevate ownership healty mean in Kupang city,runing public trasition healt service, by general practioner, medical specialis on tooth , child, midwife service,internal disease, surgical operation, ophthaltmologist, tediarticiant, public care healt reference. Mamami Hospital, estimated, faces to potential problems, first, of its ignorance healt care information by a large member of Kupang‘s population, and second, possesses no available and accurate data on its patiens recording on digital device. Personally to thanks every one, the owner especeally, who received me to practice my digital device application skill at Mamami Hospital, writer would like to contributed a public information for mamami hospital. Further information on method of this research, researcher uses discription, bibliography observation and interview. Based on above finding, writer apprently suggest Mamami Hospital’s, agent to answer its need to cultivate in their relationsip with patients by public health information from digital device. This public information facilitate them to communicate each other on their need.

Abstract

Kupang city is one of the cities in Indonesia that has a high level of religious tolerance, this is supported by the Peace Gong archipelago, but this is inversely proportional to religious education in the city of Kupang, especially the Islamic religious education because of lack of religious instruction in formal education institutions . The Qur'an Educational Park is an institution that plays an important role in providing religious education, the procedure of reading and understanding al-quran. But the lack of community knowledge about the location of the Quranic Education Park has left the public confused to find and choose the right religious education institutions to give their children education about religion. For that, there need to be built an application that can display the location and information about the Qur'an Educational Park located in the city of Kupang. With Android-based development, it will simplify the community because Android smartphone users are quite a lot and ensure the accuracy of user location data. In addition to showing the location, the application will also provide information about the Qur'an Educational Park in Kupang City that has been marked on google maps.

Abstract

This research has successfully developed a prototype for an automatic accident notification device using the Node MCU Microcontroller and Crash Sensor. The device is designed to detect accident incidents and provide a quick response by sending notifications containing the location of the accident through Short Messages (SMS/Telegram) to the relevant units in real-time. The Crash Sensor and Node MCU work together to detect and track incidents, while the GPS marking system and cellular communication module are used to track and send the coordinates of the accident location. The prototype was tested in various accident scenarios to test the accuracy and responsiveness of the system. The results showed that this prototype is capable of detecting and sending notifications about incidents with high speed and accuracy. The SIM800l module used in this prototype has a message delivery success rate of 90%. The implementation of this technology has the potential to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency response to accidents, reducing handling time and potential further losses. Furthermore, this research indicates potential for further integration with traffic control systems or emergency services, which will form a more coordinated and effective response to accident incidents.
