Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kulitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara terus menerus telah dilakukan dengan baik secara konvensional maupun inovatif, seperti pelatihan dan peningkatan kualifikasi guru, penyempurnaan kurikulum, pengadaan buku dan alat pelajaran, perbaikan sarana dan prasaran pendidikan lainnya. Mengelola kelas merupakan saah satu peranan yang dilakukan seorang guru dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu untuk menciptakan kondisi belajar yang optimal dan menetralisir keadaan jika terjadi gangguan di dalam kelas selama proses belajar mengajar. Manajemen kelas merupakan suatu kegiatan terkecil dalam usaha pendidikan yang justri merupakan “dapur inti” dari seluruh jenis manajemen pendidikan. Dalam manajemen kelas inilah kemudian terdapat istilah “pengelolaan kelas” baik yang bersifat intruksional maupun manajerial. Manajemen kelas adalah segala usaha yang diarahka untuk mewujudkan semua pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan serta dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan baik sesuai dengan kemampuan. Atau dapat dikatakan bahwa manajemen kelas merupakan usaha sadar untuk mengatur kegiatan proses pembelajaran secara sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student management that takes place at Mulia Private School in Rantang City Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation study. In this study, the subjects of the study were the principal, vice principal in student affairs and several students and teachers in the subject area of ​​this school. This study shows that the ongoing student management process is in accordance with the scope of student management, and was prepared by the school in accordance with technical instructions from the education office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Instagram-based digital literacy on student learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai, (2) The effect of student interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai. (3) The effect of digital literacy and interest in learning on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai which is located at Jl. Sei Batanghari No. 6 Tanah Seribu Village, South Binjai District, Binjai City. The findings of this study indicate that: Instagram-based digital literacy has an influence on Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith Subject of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai by 15.4%, student learning interest has an influence on Learning Outcomes on Eyes Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai by 30.1%, digital literacy and student interest in learning together have an influence on Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith Subjects for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Maura El-Mumtaz Binjai is 47% while the remaining 53% comes from outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Madrasah Principal Managerial Competence on Teacher Performance at MAS AL-Washliyah 22 Tembung using a quantitative method. The research design employed is correlational. There are two variables in this study, the independent variable being Principal Managerial Competence (X), and the dependent variable being Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study indicate that in the partial t-test, the significance value (sig.) is 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of madrasah principal managerial competence on teacher performance at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. Furthermore, based on the statistical model Summary, the R Square value is 0.606 or 60.6%. Thus, it can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of madrasah principal managerial competence on teacher performance at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung is 60.6%. The magnitude of this influence is categorized as strong.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy at MAN 2 Langkat. The study is a policy research project utilizing a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research include the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa for curriculum affairs, the curriculum development team, and teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis is conducted interactively, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Problem Structuring, The issues related to the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy at MAN 2 Langkat are addressed through various approaches, including the evaluation of infrastructure, perspectives of teachers and students, funding, and parental support. Identified problems include low reading interest and a lack of resources and facilities. 2) Monitoring, The monitoring of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy at MAN 2 Langkat is conducted periodically and systematically to identify progress and potential obstacles that may arise during the implementation process. 3) Evaluation, The evaluation of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy at MAN 2 Langkat is emphasized by the head of the madrasa. Key aspects of evaluation include monitoring curriculum implementation, stakeholder involvement, data analysis, and the impact on achieving educational goals. The evaluation process is conducted in stages, involving teachers, the head of the madrasa, and external parties such as the Head of the Religious Affairs Office and the Department of Religion.
