Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Prinsip Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah, dan Pemahaman Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Pada OPD Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sambas). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kasuatif (sebab dan akibat) dengan pendekatan Kuantitaif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di setiap OPD yang berjumlah 43 OPD, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling dimana responden nya adalah pegawai yang bekerja di bidang keuangan/akuntansi/tatausaha di setiap OPD Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa prinsip pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 atau > 0,05, hal ini juga dibuktikan karena ttabel < thitung (1,988 < 2,987), Sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan nilai signifikan 0,018 atau > 0,05, hal ini juga dibuktikan karena ttabel < thitung (1,988 < 2,423), dan Pemahaman standar akuntansi pemerintahan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan nilai signifikan 0,016 > 0,05, hal ini juga dibuktikan karena ttabel < thitung (1,988 < 2,458), secara simultan prinsip pengelolaan keuangan daerah, sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah, dan pemahaman standar akuntansi pemerintah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 33,692 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 3,105 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

This article aims to increase community empowerment by exploring the potential and mentality of children can be trained in instilling religious values and train children's mentality in communicating in public through competitions Al-Quran Learning Center (TPQ). The method used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. It is as a model approach in which it contains community empowerment and development. The ABCD approach is made to invite the community to recognize and explore the potential possessed by a community. The retrieval of these informants is done by interviews, observation and documentation. The data used research directly accommodated by Mataram Udik and taken from several articles from the scientific publication database Publish or Perish. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are great children who have mastered the competition materials. From these results, it can be seen that public awareness to improve human resources is still very lacking. The lack of mental training of children makes children hesitate to show their talents in public. From the competition activities, it is hoped that the people of Mataram Udik Village will start paying more attention to the importance of mental training and developing children's potential to shape children's behavior and character for the better.

Abstract

Margomulyo Village has a fairly large area of rice fields, plantations and dry fields where the majority of commodities are rice and corn. The existence of corn chips as a superior product and icon of village MSMEs can be drawn a line that corn cob waste is also wasteful. Briquettes are one of the waste management options where corn cobs contain high carbon materials. So that it can be used as a source of renewable energy for future needs. The purpose of making corn cob briquettes is to minimize waste disposal from corn cobs in Margomulyo Village.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin maju, teknologi digitaal menjadi bagian penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Khususnya media sosial, telah memberikan peluang baru dalam penyampaian dakwah dan edukasi Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah dan edukasi di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung, Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung telah memanfaatkan berbagai platform media sosial seperti Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, dan TikTok untuk menyampaikan materi keislaman, kegiatan pesantren, serta nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Penggunaan media sosial ini dinilai efektif dalam menjangkau kalangan santri, alumni, dan masyarakat luas, terutama generasi muda yang akrab dengan teknologi digital. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat tantangan seperti konsistensi konten, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan perlunya pengawasan terhadap etika berkomunikasi di dunia maya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam penguatan dakwah dan edukasi, selama dikelola secara profesional dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

A teacher plays a very important role in improving the quality of education for students at school. The qualityof education at school can be assessed from the level of quality of teachers in carrying out various activities,roles and responsibilities at school. One of the ways that schools and education agencies can improve thequality of education is by conducting teacher performance assessments, to determine the quality of teacherperformance. Therefore, evaluating teacher performance is very important, so that teachers can alwaysimprove their role in every student at school. Unfortunately, the teacher performance assessment process atSMAN 1 Ngantang is still manual, intuitive and less than objective, so the assessment results are stillconsidered unsatisfactory. Because of this, it is important to build a Decision Support System for TeacherPerformance Assessment at SMAN 1 Ngantang, to make it easier for schools to assess teacher performanceat school. Calculations in this system will use the MAUT method, this method was chosen because it canassess and rank alternatives based on the preference values and weights that have been given to each criterion.Keywords: Decision Support System, Teacher Performance Assessment, MAUT Method

Abstract

Agricultural waste, when managed properly, is not merely production residue but also holds significant economic potential. Margomulyo Village, as a major corn-producing center, has abundant corn waste. To address the waste problem and simultaneously boost the village's economy, the production of corn briquettes is an attractive alternative. Corn briquettes, as a biomass-based alternative fuel, are rich in carbon content and can be utilized as a clean energy source.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate differentiated literacy modules based on student interests to enhance procedural writing skills among fifth-grade students in Indonesian primary schools. In alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum, the modules were created using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Each module was designed to accommodate individual learning preferences, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic styles, and was enriched with diagnostic assessments of student interests and readiness. The content addressed four key language components: reading, listening, writing, and speaking, supported by multimedia features such as QR codes linked to videos and audio recordings. Expert validation indicated that the modules were highly feasible, with ratings ranging from 75 percent to 100 percent across media, content, and language aspects. Initial small-scale testing revealed minimal improvement in student outcomes, with a mean score increase of only 0.667 points and an N-Gain of 1.67 percent. Following revisions, a large-scale trial involving 27 students demonstrated significant effectiveness. The posttest mean rose to 80.93 from 47.78, with a statistically significant result (t = 27.671, Sig. = 0.000) and an average N-Gain of 63.75 percent. These findings confirm that interest-based differentiated instruction can effectively improve student achievement in procedural writing and offers a scalable model for inclusive literacy development in primary education.
